Responsibilities : <ul><li>Set-up a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools by installing and adjusting work holding devices, tooling, spindle liners and bar feeders.</li><li>Operate a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools, ensuring that machine down time is minimised.</li><li>Verify programs and settings using a range of measuring equipment on first articles and apply appropriate adjustments and program modifications.</li><li>Ensure component compliance in accordance with engineering drawings and quality procedures using a range of inspection equipment.</li><li>Record daily operations on machine tools and provide operational equipment effectiveness (OEE) results daily.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the department. ABOUT: We are building a world class Global Trade Services (GTS) organization and the GTS - Automotive Business Unit senior analyst (based in Hungary) plays a critical role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Business Unit (BU). The GTS AUT BU senior analyst serves as a trusted advisor and key team member within TE’s Operational Compliance team for the BU. The purpose of this role is to facilitate TE’s compliance, at the BU level, with import and export regulations globally to enhance global trade compliance, reduce risk, increase responsiveness to issues and opportunities, and support effective operational aspects of international trade. This role reports into the Senior Manager GTS Automotive EMEAI and is a key member of the Global Trade Services (GTS) team. As part of the GTS team, the GTS AUT BU senior analyst will join a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of the business by providing business solutions for compliance with global trade laws and regulations. ResponsibilitiesConduct reservoir characterization studies, including Log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy and conceptual 3D geological modeling (Facies and reservoir properties).Contribute to field development plans through well planning using simulation ready 3D integrated model.Perform well planning, including creating well targets data with reservoir and drilling engineers, generating well trajectories and loading the directional data, preparing geological prognosis (including but not limited to tops, cross sections and correlation panels) along with monitor operational and geo-steering activities for all types of wells (horizontal, deviated, and vertical) in the office or offsite if needed, including monitoring, geo-steering and tracking wells, performing well evaluations while and post drilling, making well correlations, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic and fluid limits in light of the new drilling information, and making critical decisions for wellbore adjustments.Interact with concerned geoscientists in the Reservoir Characterization Department, Reservoir Engineers, and Drilling & Workover Engineers and communicate clearly with all parties involved in drilling activities, and prepare post-drilling analysis.Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree is preferred.You will have 15  years of experience in Field development activities or role of development geologist.You will have the ability to integrate all available Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Sedimentological, and 3D Geological model and other dynamic information for advance reservoir characterization studies to in-depth understanding for reservoir architecture and flow behavior.You will also have the ability to integrate all characterization studies to identify suitable locations for drilling.Extensive experience in subsurface mapping and be familiar of utilization of various geological applications and packages (such as DSG, Petrel, Petrosys, Geolog, Teclog etc.) is also necessary.Also, a minimum of two years’ experience in geo-steering (with triple combo log) and real-time operations is preferred.You need to be familiar with LWD and/or wireline borehole image interpretation and also with rig operations and vendor logging systems.Previous experience in reservoir geology, drilling operations, field development, sedimentology/stratigraphy or structural geology is necessary

Responsibilities:Acts as a “Financial Modeler and Advisor” for corporate strategy and related issues, and provides relevant strategic and financials insight to the Corporate Strategy organization, the CEO, and members of Corporate Management.Develops mid/long term financial analysis as part of business and investment planning, carry out P&L forecasting and model the impact of various corporate strategic scenarios. Updates the Company’s 10-year Investment Plan and generates pro-forma financial statements for the company and its business segments.Maintains and further develops the tools required to generate the investment plan financials and portfolio analysis, including the Corporate financial model.Implements quality control measures to ensure reported financials are accurate. Works across groups in Corporate functions to ensure inputs, price assumptions, policy parameters, and outputs are aligned.Conducts strategic performance and financial analysis, including: past and projected performance trends, evaluation of growth options and strategic choices. Handles increasingly complex and frequent requests for financial projections that require quick turnaround on multiple scenarios.Reviews the corporate portfolio of existing assets and proposed investments and making recommendations for any necessary adjustments according to approved criteria designed to maintain the desired portfolio diversification, expected rate of return and risk profile.Cultivate key matrix relationships across the organization and be able to persuade counterparts at different levels and advance corporate strategic thinking to ensure the organization is proactive in adjusting or developing its strategy.Prepares research and special studies and analyses as required, for the Corporate Strategy organization and various Corporate Committees.Prepares for, facilitates, and follows through on strategy and portfolio review meetings. Builds and maintains strong relationships with consultancies, industry experts, and best-in-class companies, keeping abreast of key developments in the strategic performance management space and other arenas that could impact the company’s competitive performance. Provides coaching and mentorship to junior staff.Requirements:Acts as a “Financial Modeler and Advisor” for corporate strategy and related issues, and provides relevant strategic and financials insight to the Corporate Strategy organization, the CEO, and members of Corporate Management.Develops mid/long term financial analysis as part of business and investment planning, carry out P&L forecasting and model the impact of various corporate strategic scenarios.
