Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy &amp; Management: <ul><li>Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all export markets.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and improve the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, ensuring smooth export processes.</li><li>Oversee the management of regional distribution centers (Singapore and Malaysia) and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to international customers.</li></ul> Export Management &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Manage all aspects of export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and customs procedures.</li><li>Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure shipments are cleared promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Stay current on global export laws, tariffs, and trade restrictions, advising senior management on potential impacts to the supply chain.</li></ul> Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, shipping partners, and third-party logistics providers to ensure service excellence and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, production, etc.) to align supply chain operations with business goals and customer requirements.</li></ul> Inventory &amp; Demand Planning: <ul><li>Ensure that regional inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.</li><li>Work closely with demand planning and sales teams to forecast export demand accurately and plan supply accordingly.</li><li>Manage inventory distribution to various international markets to balance supply and demand while minimizing transportation costs.</li></ul> Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including delivery lead times, export compliance, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any supply chain disruptions.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional supply chain performance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on export operations, international logistics, and trade compliance.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing the complexities of export logistics, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and export documentation.</li><li>Strong understanding of global trade regulations, including import/export restrictions, tariffs, and international shipping standards.</li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners to drive efficiency and cost reduction.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li></ul> Key Competencies: <ul><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity</li><li>Negotiation and relationship-building</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Utilize SAP ECC/Enterprise applications experience to enhance and streamline business processes.</li><li>Engage in business partnering to understand and address the needs of stakeholders across all key functions.</li><li>Lead the mapping and documentation of business processes across various departments.</li><li>Assist PM in Project manage/serve as PM on the delivery of IT services, ensuring value addition and coordination with regional/global teams and vendors.</li><li>Achievement of streamlined and well-documented key business processes, reducing organizational risk.</li><li>Successful definition and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with respective IT domains managers.</li><li>Effective leadership in system testing and validation for major implementations.</li><li>Support provided to finance, commercial, supply chain, and R&amp;D relationship managers through process documentation, user requirement gathering, testing oversight, and project management for small-medium projects.</li><li>Provision of business partnering services for smaller corporate functions such as HR, corporate affairs, and legal, including annual high availability application testing coordination.</li><li>Stakeholder communications and engagement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years Business Analyst, Business consulting and/or Project Management and Delivery. Responsibilities: <ul><li>To develop and establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in collaboration with marketing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>To be responsible for sales objective set for OTC team and manage sales strategies to achieve sales target, improve market share and profitability for the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Propose and implement adequate plans to tackle business opportunities and to offset potential risks and challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales / competition movements including market trends of new &amp; existing products.</li><li>To plan promotions and trade activities aligned to trade and shopper marketing strategy for brands.</li><li>To conduct joint business planning and maintain positive engagement with partners, building effective and strong working relationships with principals, pharmacies, and wholesalers.</li><li>To recruit, mentor and coach sales team/promoters and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions.</li><li>Responsible in managing trade activities and A&amp;P BTL expenditure within budget allocations.</li><li>Support on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.</li><li>Work with other cross-functional departments to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Demonstrate basic understanding of clients industry/business/products.</li><li>Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).</li><li>Key account management experience working with modern trade partners (Guardian, Unity, and Watsons) for Consumer Health/FMCG products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Ownership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with business and P&amp;C leaders to set up and execute global learning and development processes (assess competence development needs, create learning methods and solutions, develop training centre and trainers, deliver, and manage training) to meet company’s short- and long-term competence goals for the business&nbsp;</li><li>Help to set global/local priorities and budget for competence development based on the company strategy and business goals, work with P&amp;C, business, and L&amp;D network to make global/local plans for competence development. Help business to define business impact and learning outcomes for competence development programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides consultation for P&amp;C, managers, and employees with questions about learning and development, and advise on the different learning and development approaches for business outcome and support.&nbsp;</li><li>Owns the annual Frontline Training Plans and contributes to One P&amp;C team, executes L&amp;D plans with impact together with P&amp;C community.&nbsp;</li><li>Drives local business agenda with L&amp;D expertise, challenges and concludes L&amp;D deliveries that improve business results.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with Cluster/FL business leaders and P&amp;C colleagues to drive L&amp;D agenda as well as consult on development. Provides L&amp;D services and delivers selected trainings for the cluster/FL.&nbsp;</li><li>Governs and consults on learning needs by broadening stakeholders’ views on what gets solved with training and what is something else.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads P&amp;C Services training coordinators for the cluster/FL to optimal efficiency and value.&nbsp;</li><li>Focuses on field training discipline, data accuracy and KPIs transparency including improvement suggestions.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops learning assets e.g., Training Centres towards full utilization &amp; impact&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures relevant learning offering and L&amp;D operational excellence across cluster/FL in sync with Area and Global L&amp;D direction.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for development and performance management of the L&amp;D team in the Front line.&nbsp;</li></ul> Contribute:&nbsp; <ul><li>Communicates continuously L&amp;D value, services, and operating model to all relevant cluster/FL stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates and promotes learner centric learning culture.
