This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering innovative solutions and driving long-term growth for the organization.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Team Leadership &amp; Motivation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.</li></ul> Sales Strategy Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers at the CXO level, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.</li></ul> Performance Monitoring &amp; Improvement:&nbsp; <ul><li>Track team performance using sales data, identifying trends and implementing improvements to ensure team objectives are consistently met.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.</li></ul> Sales Reporting &amp; Forecasting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership, aligning strategies and initiatives with business goals.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.</li><li>Atleast 2-3 years of experience in leading a team of account managers and delivering goals in excess of $ 15 Mn ACV or $ 30 Mn TCV</li><li>Proven experience in leading a team and achieving significant sales goals.</li><li>Experience in managing large enterprise and PSU’s customers.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Sound understanding of MEDDPICC sales</li></ul>
