Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the sales staffs and ensure the sales team is on track to meet mon-end goals by processing and completing orders, managing shipment and local delivery timely to customer, controlling backlog and stock availability;</li><li>Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems;</li><li>Review pending orders and specific customer request to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;</li><li>Keep line manager informed of any issues affecting month-end goals of sales team;</li><li>Manage inventory and control stock level efficiently by balancing with supply and demand on one side and costs on the other;</li><li>Submit the scheduled and on-demand reports punctually;</li><li>Control data governance sufficiently and efficiently to make all necessary data available and ready to the line manager and sales staffs upon request;</li><li>Maintain an accessible and organized filling systems for sales and administrative professionals;</li><li>Handle all administrative duties;</li><li>Generate and process new sales leads as necessary to support sales team;</li><li>Arrange appointments with customers and sales team;</li><li>Maintain a cheerful attitude with answering all inbound customer’s calls and addressing customer or sales team needs;</li><li>Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction;</li><li>Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and service;</li><li>Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary;</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the sales team;</li><li>Arrange travel and accommodations where necessary;</li><li>Expenses control;</li><li>Exert attention to detail;</li><li>Suggest sales process improvements;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 3 -5 years experience in sales administration;</li><li>Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems, Import/Export process;</li><li>Extra experience in accounting field is an advantage;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail;</li><li>Efficient time management;</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process;</li><li>Ability to priortirize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner;</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to collaborate when necessary with other departments;</li><li>Ability to multi-taks;</li><li>Administrative, record-keeping and clerical skills;</li><li>Demonstrate enthusiasm about the sales support role and remain up-to-date with changes;</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;</li><li>In-dept understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;</li><li>Teamwork and motivational skills;</li><li>Ability to work under high pressure.</li></ul>
