Responsibilities: <ul><li>Monitor computer networks and systems for security issues</li><li>Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents</li><li>Resolve detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard</li><li>Monitor the group service management tool and resolve any support calls allocated</li><li>Review application and system logs to proactively manage any issue</li><li>Administer the corporate anti-virus, malware protection software and other associated defensive tools</li><li>Assist the Group Governance, Risk and Compliance team with security compliance investigations, audits and analysis as necessary</li><li>Promote policies and standards adherence and all security measures and procedures in place to protect our people, information and systems</li><li>Support the wider business IT Services community to ensure timely completion of security related tasks</li><li>Creation / update of procedural documentation and relevant reports as required</li><li>Document security breaches and perform impact assessments.</li><li>Work on the adoption and development of company-wide best practices for Cyber Security</li><li>Leading or contributing to projects for security enhancements</li><li>Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management</li><li>Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:</li><li>3+ years professional experience as a security analyst</li><li>Experience of administering and management of Cisco security products advantageous</li><li>Practical experience of working within an IT / Cyber Security Team</li><li>Formalized security training or working towards security-related certifications such as Microsoft MTA, ISACA CSF, CompTIA Security, ISC2 SSCP, CISSP or GIAC.</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of the MITRE ATT&amp;CK Framework.</li></ul>

Job Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Data and Devices Business Unit is looking for R&amp;D Product Development Engineer (PDE) to design and develop high speed cable assembly and connector which are used inside of switches, servers and storage for data communication.&nbsp;</li><li>In this role you will be responsible for the design and documentation of new products, from market definition through production and release, always prioritizing customer requirements and maintaining a customer service mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>You will conceive original ideas for new products/solutions and develop them into practical and economical models.&nbsp;</li><li>You will determine specifications, perform engineering analysis, make preliminary sketches and designs, and coordinate support operations (such as fabrication engineering samples and testing).&nbsp;</li><li>Interaction with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products is also an important part of this role.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Responsible for product development of high-speed cable assembly, connector from market definition through production and release:&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the customer and sales/SA/FAE/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer) and convert to a design conceptualization and preliminary product specification.&nbsp;</li><li>Conceive concepts and perform feasibility studies.&nbsp;</li><li>Run mechanical and thermal simulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Make the engineering evaluation/proposal to the customer.&nbsp;</li><li>Create the detailed design including 2D/3D drawings and perform DFMEA/tolerance analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Build prototype samples and perform validation.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support to the Operations team including Quality and Production for efficiency improvement and safe launch.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve product related issues to closure and manage the ECN/PCN (Engineering Change Notification/ Product Change Notification).&nbsp;</li><li>Build a deep understanding of the market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a system level understanding of the customer application and the product design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ expectation.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support to customer, sales, PM and plant teams. Conduct necessary DFMEA, tests, engineering analysis, trouble shooting and verification.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and outside suppliers to meet all company technical, quality, and cost objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute technical documentation to fully detail design drawings and requirements, engineering and product change notices, and design history files.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li><li>5 years of relevant mechanical engineering work experience with electrical components, electrical devices, mechanical structure design, manufacturing tooling development (stamping, molding, assembly), or manufacturing process development&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge in socket design, connector design, or other relevant mechanic design and development.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity of switch and or server equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge in relevant mechanic design and development, including but not limited to, material selection, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, product qualification, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in 3D Design Applications (such as ProE or Spaceclaim)</li><li>Basic knowledge in raw material, industry standard, and product application&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge in manufacturing process (machining, molding, stamping, plating, assembly, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 6sigma, DOE, 8D, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to facilitate global communication both internally and with external customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.&nbsp;</li><li>Open minded, coachable, willing to learn new skills, and motivated to grow.&nbsp;</li><li>This role emphasizes designing products that align closely with customer requirements, maintaining a proactive customer service mindset throughout the development process.&nbsp;</li></ul>
