In this exciting role, you will be focusing on developing strong relationships with allocated accounts to unlock and drive multi-category account plans aligned with the account and&nbsp;channel strategy. Furthermore, you will identify, develop, and implement activities within your account base to facilitate the achievement of PML UK overall market objectives for its full portfolio range.&nbsp;Your day to day&nbsp;Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be building and nurturing existing and new relationships at multiple levels with large or complex Key Accounts. You’ll apply your story-teller ability to lead, advise and influence Key Account Buyers with broader consumer and category insights.&nbsp;Youll be responsible for negotiating deals with long-term value and identify new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully project manage the delivery. With this, you’ll develop and agree on Joint Business Plans by demonstrating collaboration with relevant internal functions and roles from cross-functional perspective.&nbsp;You’ll be developing and implementing multi-category trading agreements which deliver SoM growth through the utilization of programmes, trade activations and activations, and deployment of resources through the account’s portfolio.&nbsp;With a strong focus on&nbsp;brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively!&nbsp;In this role, you’ll ensure&nbsp;customer experience&nbsp;is managed across&nbsp;Commercial Planning&nbsp;and Field Activation.&nbsp;You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP.&nbsp;You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention.&nbsp;You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application. This role will require you to travel to your accounts and you will be required to come to our office in Hammersmith twice a week.&nbsp;Who we’re looking for&nbsp;<ul><li>Your success comes from excellent relationships with key stakeholders within National Accounts and you have a proven track record of strong negotiations and activations as a result.</li><li>You utilise your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and activation.</li><li>We’re looking for someone who is passionate about consumer needs and expectations, someone who has strong consumer knowledge, insight &amp; analytics and can turn these into actions.</li><li>To be truly successful, you’ll have previous experience in developing account strategies with national accounts and a good knowledge of using financial measurements (e.g margin/ORI, profitability calculations).</li><li>You’ll enjoy being creative about your approach and demonstrate curiosity in diverse ways of thinking to building new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers.</li><li>You are someone that works proactively to find solutions to problems, seeks continuous improvement and is not afraid to take calculated risks and adapt to changes quickly.</li><li>You will have led teams in previous roles, and be able to demonstrate how you are able to successfully motivate and lead a team to hit their targets.</li></ul>

Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines. Performs well under pressure, while managing various cross-functional parties during event execution. Creative and consumer-first mindset.US Spanish language fluency a plus.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:Understand consumer base, their needs and pain points by performing in depth data analysis utilizing the research data and consumer feedback to recognize gaps and opportunities in implemented programs.Formulate critical business needs & design business processes to enable teams to build, implement new or enhance existing omni-channel consumer programsDefine clear goals and objectives for business processes within consumer programs, involve stakeholders in the process and document processes using process modeling techniques and tools.Continuously monitor and measure programs and processes performance. Validate the IT build for each service and consumer program to ensure seamless consumer experience. Work with project teams to implement projects with well-defined outcomes, milestones, and metrics.Timely follow-up on the various project milestones with the underlying objective of fast but fully consumer centric execution. Actively monitor program status & performance throughout its life cycle (KPIs, ROI, impact). Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in commercial systems and/or digital background, business/process/solutions design background.Experience with campaign management software and BI tools.Omni-channel program design & implementation experienceExperience managing system developments.Prior experience in a quantitative or analytical role.Passionate about consumer experience, process mapping, and enhanced solutions.Highly collaborative with ability to manage various stakeholders and exercise indirect influence.BPM certification is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
