For our Illicit Trade Prevention’s (ITP) team, based in London, we are currently looking for a Senior Analyst ITP Forensics

This role holder will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in tobacco products and Smoke Free Products (SFP) (incl. Illicit products) forensics and fulfill PMI’s legal and court requirements as Intellectual Property (IP) right holder. While contributing to the development of innovative methodologies, features and tools to protect and authenticate PMI products, generating product intelligence on illicit products to support ITP strategies and activities, and law enforcement investigations and litigation actions.

Key accountabilities:

Product authentication: perform PMI products authentication within a timely and satisfactory manner, for both our combustible (CC) and smoke free (SFP) category.
Product Intelligence:
perform product analyses, from Empty Pack Surveys’ samples to investigations and evidence materials, as well as from consumer complaints, test purchases, SFP device returns, in-market sampling, SFP recycling hubs, etc.
Product Forensics and Investigative support: perform forensics evaluation of samples of potentially illicit tobacco products stemming from various sources.
Organize and perform onsite inspections of raided illegal factories (manufacturing premises), aiming to support authorities in the fight against illicit manufacturing of tobacco products (incl. CC and SFP).
Trigger or support follow-up actions.
Represent the company in various events, incl. witness hearings or other legal proceedings, acting as PMI’s SME in product authentication and forensics.
Perform enhanced profiling of illicit products (“grouping”), aiming to support ongoing investigations or provide product intelligence to internal and external partners.
Product Security Features (PSF): use in practice PMI PSFs and verify their functionality, providing factual and constructive feedback on their presence and effectiveness to the supervisors or personnel in charge.
Supplier Liaison Program (SLP): support or contribute to the process by collecting information, gathering evidence and materials as part of ongoing forensics activities (e.g., factory raids follow-ups, company checks etc.).
SFP:
Actively contribute to protecting the consumer journey and the fast-evolving product lifecycle and distribution models, by analyzing samples stemming from manufacturing through distribution to sales, and its reverse logistics (returns and recycling).
Provide SME expertise for the new products in PMI’s portfolio, incl. launches and markets resulting from PMI business agreements, mergers or acquisitions.
Supply Chain Integrity: actively support and contribute to the process of fulfillment of PMI regulatory or internal obligations included in PMI’s Anti-Diversion programs. By responding to external and internal partners requests for technical expertise and product forensics,
Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) through technical assistance:
deliver, support and / or assist in technical training program deliverables to law enforcement authorities aiming at building their capability in tackling illicit trade.
Support building the “external engagement corridors” for further follow-up actions.
Industry Technical Alliance: contribute to process by ensuring the relevant technical information, samples and forensics info availability, when applicable.
Forensics IT Systems: contribute to maintenance and continuous improvements process of ITP system(s) in place.
3rd party support personnel supervision: supervise and coordinate a potential pool of external vendors or service providers contracted for support in product authentication, inspections, and analyses (incl. EPS pack analysis).
We are looking for someone with;

University (master or bachelor degree), preferably in Technical Sciences.
Strong experience in the tobacco industry or other consumer goods industry, preferably in product forensics at the anti-counterfeit / anti-illicit trade department or similar.
Know-how of technical examination techniques for products and forensics evaluation, incl. chemical and qualitative analysis methodologies and external laboratories network.
Knowledge of SFPs and vaping products, incl. electronics, SFP consumables and oral products category.
Project Management - Certified project management skills, incl. international and cross-functional projects coordination and supervision.
People Management - Supervision and daily coordination of the external vendors and subcontractors / external inspectors.

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding the business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS</li><li>Integrating SAP Fiori apps with other SAP solutions and systems</li><li>Optimizing the performance of SAP Fiori applications and ensuring their compatibility with multiple devices</li><li>Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Fiori applications</li><li>Keeping up to date with the latest SAP technologies and applying them to improve the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Ensure Fiori applications are optimized for best performance.</li><li>Participate in application testing and deployment.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience,</li><li>Confirmed experience building front end or back end of application based on popular design patterns</li><li>Minimum of two years of related work experience</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience as an SAP Fiori consultant or similar</li><li>Experience in SAP Fiori application design, development, and implementation</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and UI5</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Set-up a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools by installing and adjusting work holding devices, tooling, spindle liners and bar feeders.</li><li>Operate a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools, ensuring that machine down time is minimised.</li><li>Verify programs and settings using a range of measuring equipment on first articles and apply appropriate adjustments and program modifications.</li><li>Ensure component compliance in accordance with engineering drawings and quality procedures using a range of inspection equipment.</li><li>Record daily operations on machine tools and provide operational equipment effectiveness (OEE) results daily.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the department.
