Role Description: <ul><li>Our Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Product Specialist to help support the growth of smart grid solutions in the Americas market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Product manager of Grid Solutions Americas Region and is under the Smart Grid /Grid Monitoring Solutions segment, Energy business unit.&nbsp;</li><li>This role’s goals will be aligned with the product management team goals. Responsibilities: Risk Assessment and Control Design: <ul><li>Work with the Teams to develop sustainable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and Group referentials, strengthen internal controls and promote standardization of processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads the yearly Internal Control self-assessment campaign (SMART).&nbsp;</li><li>Identify the main control gaps and business partner with the process owners to formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li>Defines and manages the Entity’s Internal Control roadmap.&nbsp;</li></ul> Testing and Monitoring: <ul><li>Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings and performs substantive tests to validate the accuracy of process owners’ self-assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine checks as an independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Document test findings and work with process owners to develop remediation plans for identified control deficiencies.&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting and Communication: <ul><li>Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders on the status of internal controls, identified risks and remediation efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and business partner effectively with all process owners to provide guidance on control implementations and improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Training and Support: <ul><li>Leverage the Group tools and referentials (e.g., charters, standards, and systems) to provide insights on critical issues to be taken in consideration.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control concepts, policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote and activate a strong internal control culture across the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Shares initiatives with Group and Zone Internal Control Departments.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience in financial or business roles with a focus on internal control, process reviews/improvement (e.g., Internal Control, Internal Audit, or a similar role).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Risk Management would be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels in the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Systems oriented. Role Description:This senior professional will be a focal point in well testing/pressure transient analysis as part of the Well Testing Division in Petroleum Engineering. He or she is expected to provide support and leadership in multi-disciplinary projects for clients from diverse organizations.Responsibilities:Have skills in pressure transient analysis (PTA) in complex well/reservoir/fluid systems– for example, ICD/ICV/Smart Completion/Multilateral/MRC/EOR/Channel/MultiPhase/Tight and Unconventional Gas.Must have excellent skills in building numerical models to study pressure-transient scenarios; for example,fault/fracture networks in heterogeneous systems, thermal effects in injection wells, etc.Competent in processing and interpreting large and real-time data from intelligent fields.Integrate PTA with petrophysical, geological, fluid properties, drilling and completion data, and operational details to build representative reservoir models.Field experiences in design, supervision and execution of exploration well testing operations are essential. Special emphasis is put on testing operations in harsh and difficult environments e.g,deep water, heavy oil, involving H2S/CO2, etc.Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and must be experienced in conducting studies and delivering technical presentations.Prior experiences in modelling complex wells, completed over multiple, heterogeneous reservoir layers, are essential.Capable of teaching complete, structured courses on well testing.Coach young professionals to prepare them to take over difficult projects in the future. Also guide them as a career advisor.Possess track records of building complex analytical and numerical models from scratch. Excellent understanding of surface and downhole tools in well testing is essential. Prior experiences of testing in difficult environments (e.g., deep water, heavy oil, high H2S/CO2 contents, etc.) are preferable.Excellent project management skills.Excellent skills in communicating with colleagues, clients and management.

Perform data collection, collation and analysis.Assess and identify appropriate locations for new production wells.Design water well completions and supervise the drilling process in the field.Design and conduct pumping tests in the field, and analyze the data in the office.Provide advice on borehole maintenance and optimizing well yield.Assess water quality issues in production wells.
