Responsibilities:Drive the system engineering tasks on the allocated project including:.Compile and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).Develop specifications of the system and lower level subsystems to the point that the development team can design to specification.Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs).Develop architectural design in consultation with design authorities at various levels of the system and capture in design descriptions, specifications and layout drawingsWork closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team.Technical management (of multidisciplinary) including performance trade-offs and managing the development team and technical outputs as well as functional areas (i.e. environmental, EMC, aerodynamics, simulations, guidance and control, software, etc.).Coordinate with logistics/product support development and safety to ensure that specialist engineering capability fields such as reliability, maintainability, transportability, producibility, etc. are implemented in the designDevelop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).Support system qualification by ensuring that test results are documented in order to write compliance reports proving compliance of the design to the specificationWork closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team.Follow methodology to meet Quality Assurance requirements including test repeatability.Maintain a decision register documenting major decisions from trade-off studies.Coordinate and lead the technical Design Reviews in accordance with the Acquisition Process/Systems Engineering Phases including System Requirements Review (SRR), System Design Review (SDR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) and coordinate with all engineering disciplines and design authorities to present at these reviews for compliance to the review checklistCoordinate and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) ahead of important ground tests (airframe structural test, GVT, etc.) in coordination with engineering disciplines and design authorities and ahead of flight tests in coordination with the Flight Test department.Hold Configuration Control Board (CCB)/ Project Configuration Management Boards (PCMBs) with design authorities, CM, QA and safety to process Engineering Change Proposal/Notice/Requests (ECPs/ECNs/ECRs)Participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs).Generate technical work packages, reports and presentations as required to support the PM in preparation for PMRs.Requirements:Qualifications/Education/Experience/TrainingMinimum academic requirements and/or technical qualifications and minimum previous professional experience required.Engineering degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering.Minimum 10 years working experience in a high tech environment, preferably 15 years in aerospace.Minimum 5 years and preferably at least 10 years working experience as a systems engineer.Previous working experience within the aeronautics engineering environment is preferable.

ResponsibilitiesConduct reservoir characterization studies, including Log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy and conceptual 3D geological modeling (Facies and reservoir properties).Contribute to field development plans through well planning using simulation ready 3D integrated model.Perform well planning, including creating well targets data with reservoir and drilling engineers, generating well trajectories and loading the directional data, preparing geological prognosis (including but not limited to tops, cross sections and correlation panels) along with monitor operational and geo-steering activities for all types of wells (horizontal, deviated, and vertical) in the office or offsite if needed, including monitoring, geo-steering and tracking wells, performing well evaluations while and post drilling, making well correlations, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic and fluid limits in light of the new drilling information, and making critical decisions for wellbore adjustments.Interact with concerned geoscientists in the Reservoir Characterization Department, Reservoir Engineers, and Drilling & Workover Engineers and communicate clearly with all parties involved in drilling activities, and prepare post-drilling analysis.Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree is preferred.You will have 15  years of experience in Field development activities or role of development geologist.You will have the ability to integrate all available Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Sedimentological, and 3D Geological model and other dynamic information for advance reservoir characterization studies to in-depth understanding for reservoir architecture and flow behavior.You will also have the ability to integrate all characterization studies to identify suitable locations for drilling.Extensive experience in subsurface mapping and be familiar of utilization of various geological applications and packages (such as DSG, Petrel, Petrosys, Geolog, Teclog etc.) is also necessary.Also, a minimum of two years’ experience in geo-steering (with triple combo log) and real-time operations is preferred.You need to be familiar with LWD and/or wireline borehole image interpretation and also with rig operations and vendor logging systems.Previous experience in reservoir geology, drilling operations, field development, sedimentology/stratigraphy or structural geology is necessary
