Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Professional, Platform Engineering job maintains and partners to design and develop digital technology infrastructure to support information technology applications and services.</li><li>With limited supervision, this job collaborates with cross functional teams to implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals and upgrade existing platforms to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient and scalable code and troubleshooting and debugging moderately complex issues.</li><li>This job also participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with platform engineering team members.&nbsp;</li><li>SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: Partners to design and develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.&nbsp;</li><li>AUTOMATION: Applies internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather moderately complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>TESTING &amp; DEBUGGING: Writes and maintains moderately complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed.</li><li>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identifies and suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Drafts and maintains comprehensive documentation for moderately complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Proficient in JavaScript, Java and Python</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Manager, Platform Engineering job sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital technology infrastructure to support information technology applications and services. This job oversees the delivery against project planning and prioritization, coordinates collaboration with cross functional teams, and allocates resources effectively and efficiently.</li><li>The job also leads the team to implement best in class industry standards to continuously improve the development process&nbsp;</li><li>PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversees the implementation and delivery of software projects, including resource allocation, to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>TECHNICAL GUIDANCE: Leads the team to apply internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>QUALITY ASSURANCE: Leads rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best in class industry standards to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.&nbsp;</li><li>PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Suggests continuous improvement initiatives and leads the implementation of approved standards to improve software development and deployment processes and operational excellence, applying test driven development as needed.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Coordinates collaboration with product managers, designers and other cross functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities and deliver resolutions to meet business objectives.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Leads and reviews the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Leads technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications for minimal downtime and fast resolution of issues.</li><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Maintains partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and enabling effective communication to assure project alignment and success.</li><li>TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organizations goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Supervisor experience in software engineering.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Implement and promote the CSDM framework to standardize and enhance service management practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM functionalities.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and assessments of the CMDB to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow.</li><li>Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending enhancements that benefit the organization.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.</li><li>ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, ITOM) are highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships that align with the organizations strategic goals.</li></ul> Relationship Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.</li><li>Identify deals through partners for growing the business.</li><li>Partnerships are required with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft</li></ul> Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work closely with internal delivery and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration with partners, driving joint initiatives and programs.</li></ul> Negotiation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead negotiations and contracts with partners, ensuring beneficial terms and conditions for the organization.</li></ul> Market Research:&nbsp; <ul><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.</li></ul> Marketing &amp; Promotion:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years professional alliance management work experience within IT Services/ System Integration companies (Accenture, Cognizant, Cap Gemini, NCS, TCS, Tech Mahindra or similar companies) in Singapore and South-East Asia</li><li>Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.</li><li>Hungry, motivated and self-driven</li><li>Proven Alliance and partnership executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level</li><li>Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts</li><li>Hunting experience, combined with mining</li><li>Business degree or equivalent</li><li>Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and partners.</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and drive long-term goals.</li><li>Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with experience in high-stakes discussions.</li><li>Collaboration: Team player who excels in collaborative environments.</li><li>Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.</li></ul>
