Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides hands-on legal counsel and support on a broad range of commercial matters for the Energy business unit in America including sales, purchase, operations-related, licensing and service agreements.</li><li>Structure, review and negotiate complex agreements including agreements with EPC companies in our growing renewables business segment.</li><li>Business Counseling: Develop a strong relationship with internal clients and drive a culture of proactive legal support; provide proactive, solution-oriented advice to business stakeholders.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies through comprehensive compliance counseling and training. Support the development and implementation of appropriate compliance controls.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify and help to mitigate legal risks affecting the business.</li><li>Product Liability, Warranty Issues/Claims/General Commercial Litigation: Provide legal advice on potential product issues or quality claims, as well as on other typical types of commercial litigation, and, as necessary, interface with outside counsel on the litigation of such matters. Supervise outside counsel as necessary.</li><li>Dispute Resolution: Gather and review facts and information; provide a preliminary opinion on exposure and risk assessment with recommendations for resolution.</li><li>Collaboration across the Law Department: Collaborating on suitable projects or matters with members of other commercial and functional support teams of the our client Law Department across segments and regions.</li><li>Due Diligence: Identify legal issues for acquisitions.</li><li>General Advice: Provide general legal and practical proactive advice to the business, while being open minded and flexible.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to the contract review process and the legal support provided to the Energy business unit, including identifying, developing and implementing best practices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Must be a degreed and licensed attorney eligible to practice in at least one jurisdiction within the United States of America.</li><li>10+ years’ experience, including 7+ years general commercial legal experience in a major law firm and/or multinational corporation that support manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in the energy / power sector, preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English required; bilingual fluency in English / Spanish, preferred.</li><li>A pro-active and energetic approach that ensures that the corporation’s business and legal risks are being anticipated and responded to effectively.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requirements and remain composed under pressure.</li><li>Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams in these efforts.</li><li>Ability to travel. Travel is estimated at about 10-25% and can include international travel.</li></ul>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical leader of process development for high-speed cable assembly products used in data center, AI, and supercomputing applications</li><li>Core responsibilities include Process Definition, Tooling Design/Cost Estimation, Process Qualification, and Exploration of Advanced Manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate and/or Participate in the Design and DFM reviews</li><li>Initiate and document PFMEA, assessing and actively mitigating process risks</li><li>I lead and troubleshoot LVM process development, tooling, production, and issues and actions.</li><li>Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate.</li><li>Provide detailed process Definition and Requirements to the Automation Team for auto-machine development</li><li>Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design</li><li>Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and Cost Feasibility</li><li>Support process transfer and troubleshooting in global cable assembly manufacturing locations as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree and engineering background</li><li>5+ years. In High-Speed Cable Assembly process development, automation development, or Cable product design/development experience</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e</li><li>Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop high voltage cable accessories, including connectors, terminations, and joints, ensuring compliance with IEEE, IEC, AEIC and ICEA standards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of accessories into high voltage systems.</li><li>Conduct voice of the customer interviews and integrate VOC into product design requirements</li><li>Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of product development, including product performance evaluations, reliability testing, and failure analysis and design validation testing.</li><li>Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, failure analysis reports and user manuals.</li><li>Represent industry forums and stay up to date on changes and trends in the industry</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Power Systems, or a related field.</li><li>A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE) is a plus.</li><li>5+ years experience, including experience in the design and development of high voltage cable accessories or related components, preferred.</li><li>Those whose experience is with medium voltage will also be considered.</li><li>Strong knowledge of high - or medium - voltage electrical systems, insulation materials, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Experience with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience with international projects and a global understanding of high voltage standards.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced testing methodologies and diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Molding experience of silicones and EPDMs and plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: General accounting: <ul><li>Support Shared service team on timely closure and ensure quality deliverables</li><li>Manage day to day accounting activities including providing advice on journal entries, adjustments, intercompany transactions and reconciliations</li><li>Oversee maintenance of chart of accounts</li><li>Provide financial updates and technical advice in accounting treatment for new business transactions</li><li>SAP month-end close in relation to general ledger</li><li>Financial statement flux analysis/review</li></ul> Shared service operations: <ul><li>Work closely with shared service team on process improvement and standardized process across locations&nbsp;</li><li>Support share service team in various accounting functions, ensure smooth communication between shared service team and operation team and facilitate resolution of financial issues</li></ul> Compliance and audit support: <ul><li>Responsible for local statutory audit, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and provide support during external audit&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between Shared Service Team and auditor and proper documentations provided by Shared Service team for audit review</li><li>Liaise with corporate secretary on filing of the audited financial statement to ACRA</li></ul> Process improvement and optimization project: <ul><li>Participate in implementation and enhancement of the ERP system and any other Company wide projects Requirements:</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in accounting standards (USAAP. IFRS)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge in SAP and Excel</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across multiple locations</li><li>Preferably 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Public Accounting firm</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate scheduling of resources and tests to maximize lab utilization while meeting project deadlines and communicating them to (primarily internal) customers.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.</li><li>Manage inventory of high voltage testing equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and retirement planning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, implementing necessary policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with audits such as ISO 17025.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>8+ years’ experience with minimum 2+ years in high voltage testing 35kV+, and should have 2+ years’ in leadership role - preferably in an industrial or research setting; and laboratory experience required.</li><li>Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in the areas of high voltage systems and insulation testing.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, such as IEEE, IEC, ANSI, and NFPA.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage day to day team activities of key account focused FAE(Field Application Engineer) team in the FAE US department&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all HR topics of the team&nbsp;</li><li>Train new team members in their role as key account focused FAEs&nbsp;</li><li>Advise and guide team members on key account specific business and technical details&nbsp;</li><li>Provide FAE US internal second level support for key account escalations&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Develop implementation strategies for account specific key elements of technology and product roadmaps.</li><li>Condense key account FAE feedback into technology and product roadmaps and project pipelines in order to provide a unified voice to the BUs and Corporate R&amp;D.</li><li>Integrate IDM focused global FAE input and feedback into key account NPI activities, escalation handling, product improvement projects, and product roadmap development</li><li>Contribute team input and customer application knowledge to local and global reporting through Account Team meetings, local company meetings, QBRs, TRMs, Competence Centers, Account Summits, Global Sales Meetings&nbsp;</li><li>Cover team member substitution tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Cover Engineering Manager substitution tasks&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Solid experience in vacuum engineering, preferably in the SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>Extensive exposure to developing products on system or sub-system level preferable in SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.</li><li>Min 7 years experience in vacuum engineering.</li><li>Affinity for people management and desire to care for individual team members and the whole team.</li><li>Good communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Awareness of on-time delivery, quality, and meeting commitments.</li><li>Technical skills in the field of customer processes, valve applications, and / or platforms.</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written) for communication with customers</li><li>Ability to work in a global matrix organization.</li></ul>
