Responsibilities: <ul><li>Instructing employees on occupational safety issues as well as ensuring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m/f/d) of all employees in individual plastic part production (approx. 30 employees)</li><li>Controlling the work effort of employees</li><li>Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process</li><li>Conducting performance appraisals of subordinate employees</li><li>Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow</li><li>Troubleshooting operational disruptions in collaboration with other departments</li><li>Arranging maintenance, informing the supervisor about defects and their Elimination</li><li>Optimization and improvement of production processes</li><li>Provision of department-specific key figures (OEE, etc.)</li><li>Personnel planning, personnel deployment planning, detailed production planning</li><li>Independent prioritization of capacity bottlenecks and identification of risks</li><li>Process optimization using analytical and statistical methods (5S method, 5 Why, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.)</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Completed vocational training in the field of process mechanics, plastics and rubber technology or comparable</li><li>Further training to become an industrial master (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies, alternatively many years of professional experience</li><li>Hands-on mentality</li><li>Professional experience in a similar position</li><li>Experience in human resources management</li><li>Experience in process optimization</li><li>Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.</li><li>Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.</li><li>Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.</li><li>Maintaining a record of mechanical repairs and adjustments.</li><li>Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 3 years’ Working experience on an assembly line Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Diploma in Technical Education Only (Engineering degree NOT preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile industry is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time.</li><li>Medium and communication level English – Preferably A2</li><li>Any past medical history with related to accidents is not preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Euro pass CV format&nbsp;</li><li>Verification of Original documents and original experience certificates during the interview&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Automobile Production Tools&nbsp;</li><li>Reliable, loyalty, Committed personality</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Quality Work&nbsp;</li><li>Age Preference, 23- 35 Years&nbsp;</li><li>40 Hours duty per week</li></ul>
