Overview: <ul><li>We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and focused candidate for Business Development role for our business in India who would support the journey of business expansion, expanding clientele base, and building new opportunities for business.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate have the advantage of working on different verticals (Rx, OTC, diagnostics and devices), various business models under different therapeutic categories.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate will be working closely with Country Head – India business and Regional Lead of BD&amp;L.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&amp;L assessment and new product launches&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.</li><li>Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.</li><li>Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development&nbsp;from Pharma / Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)</li><li>Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Therapeutic &amp; Market knowledge.</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport.</li><li>Time management and planning skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To develop and establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in collaboration with marketing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>To be responsible for sales objective set for OTC team and manage sales strategies to achieve sales target, improve market share and profitability for the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Propose and implement adequate plans to tackle business opportunities and to offset potential risks and challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales / competition movements including market trends of new &amp; existing products.</li><li>To plan promotions and trade activities aligned to trade and shopper marketing strategy for brands.</li><li>To conduct joint business planning and maintain positive engagement with partners, building effective and strong working relationships with principals, pharmacies, and wholesalers.</li><li>To recruit, mentor and coach sales team/promoters and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions.</li><li>Responsible in managing trade activities and A&amp;P BTL expenditure within budget allocations.</li><li>Support on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.</li><li>Work with other cross-functional departments to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Demonstrate basic understanding of clients industry/business/products.</li><li>Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).</li><li>Key account management experience working with modern trade partners (Guardian, Unity, and Watsons) for Consumer Health/FMCG products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors.</li><li>Key Account Management (KAM) experience, with a focus on product management and brand management.</li><li>Proven track record in sales and marketing within the Over-The-Counter (OTC) and consumer healthcare segments.</li><li>Expertise in managing teams, developing brands, and executing brand-building strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer health trends and the ability to drive marketing initiatives to align with market demands.</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and expand market presence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>7+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or consumer goods industries.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, product management, and brand management.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in developing and executing brand-building strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare sector and OTC products.</li></ul>

Purpose of the Role: <ul><li>Effective Operational Governance &amp; optimization of the service delivery/quality across GBS towers (RTR, PTP, OTC, HTR) – provided by a mix of inhouse / outsourced workforce – across the AMEA region.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As an instrumental part of the Regional GBS support to the BUs in the region, this position will</li><li>Act as intermediary between GBS Delivery teams &amp; BUs to oversee operational governance and feedback loops&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and lead CI / productivity opportunities in RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out of GBS, with inputs gathered from the GBS operations team and/ or onshore Finance teams in Business Units (BUs)</li><li>Leverage best practice and globalized standards from across GBS teams for the AMEA GBS Delivery teams&nbsp;</li><li>Lead GBS related strategic Change Management/ communications BUs</li><li>As the onshore focal for GBS operations/ service delivery quality, this position will support the RDP as:</li><li>Custodian of the regional GBS reporting and deliverables calendar/ cadence</li><li>Work with the GBS teams and BUs to ensure major operations escalations / month-end issues are resolved timely</li><li>Oversight of GBS performance metrics (regional metrics and global 3*3 metrics)</li><li>Regional SOX Focal point across RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out from GBS. This includes the scrub / review of the GBS controls documentation, as well as coordinating completion of testing.</li><li>Governance of contract with the BPO Service Provider. This includes Roles &amp; Responsibilities/ Service Level Agreement (SLAs)/ Volume &amp; Resource Capacity/ Change Orders / Monthly Invoicing / IT access requests</li></ul> Interfaces: Stakeholders that this position will need to work closely with include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Onshore Financial Controlling and Procurement teams at the BU, Regional and Global levels</li><li>IT teams at the Regional and Global levels</li><li>Global RTR, STP/PTP and OTC Process Leads</li><li>All GBS Delivery teams supporting AMEA – captive and outsourced</li><li>Global and Regional Internal Controls team</li><li>External statutory auditors and internal auditors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of experience in shared services domains, with min of 2 years of experience interacting/ overseeing / performing with outsourced operations teams</li><li>Working operational knowledge of one or more GBS functional domains (RTR, PTP, OTC in particular)&nbsp;</li><li>Proven hands-on experience on implementation of CI / productivity initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Active experience of working across globally matrixed organizational constructs</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) across levels of the organization</li><li>Good project management skills and ability to influence change.
