Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide L2 helpdesk and onsite support to users on desktop, laptop, mobile and peripherals</li><li>Update software patches periodically</li><li>Provide services for all iMac, Deskside Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals including delivery processing in accordance with Service Level by location</li><li>Provide and/or oversee, as appropriate all installations and de-installations</li><li>Provide and/or oversee cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments and operational changes for all in-scope equipment software, and related services at designated customer sites</li><li>Coordinate, plan and schedule iMac in support of office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding with all IT functions and/or third-party vendors to minimise operational interruption or disturbance to customers</li><li>Prepare and be on standby for video conference and meeting room A/V</li><li>Assist in any IT-related projects, activities and events</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Candidates with work rights in Singapore i.e Singapore Citizen and/or Singapore Permanent Resident due to nature of role</li><li>Relevant technical certification in end-user computing</li><li>At least 3 years in a role of similar capacity</li></ul> Preferred Requirements: <ul><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft end-user technology</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with iOS end-user technology</li><li>ITIL-certified</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs for desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment.</li><li>Ensure timely updating of software patches and maintain devices at optimal performance.</li><li>Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals, adhering to SLAs by location.</li><li>Oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments, and operational changes for all in-scope equipment, software, and related services at designated customer sites.</li><li>Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs in support of office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding, collaborating with all affected IT functions and/or 3rd party vendors to minimize operational interruptions or disturbances.</li><li>Handle Video Conferences and assist with meeting room A/V setups.</li><li>Participate in IT-related projects, activities, and events as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Strong technical skills and general IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, notebook, mobile, and peripheral issues.</li><li>Fresh Graduates or 1-2 yrs of experience in Deskside support.</li><li>Familiarity with video conferencing and audio-conferencing equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch support to users and VIPs.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other IT functions and external vendors.</li><li>A proactive and customer-focused approach to address user needs promptly.</li><li>Flexibility to handle office changes and other on-site activities efficiently.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality point of contact for assigned Southeast Asia customer accounts.</li><li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management, product engineering and manufacturing locations for characteristics that can become quality or application risks to the customer.</li><li>Manages Quality / Reliability interactions with the customer, including regular communication and escalations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues and minimize customer impact, Company PPM, cost of poor quality and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Influences without authority in efforts to achieve 5D/8D response time within 10 business days or less.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated teams within company.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out the customer quality improvement strategy.</li><li>Ensures compliance to company quality policies and procedures related to customer requirements.</li><li>Partners closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure organizational alignment regarding setting targets and achieving quality objectives for our customers.</li><li>Partners with engineering and sales to establish trust with our customers by sharing our DND strategic quality roadmap as well as resolving problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly conducts reviews with key customers regarding DNDs quality &amp; delivery performance.</li><li>Drives systemic corrective action and continual improvement for customers through training and implementation and use an array of quality improvement tools.</li><li>Regularly reports to management on the overall performance and effectiveness of the assigned strategic customer account.</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a company facility or at a sub-tier supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the MRB team functions for disposition of non-conforming products.</li><li>Visit local customers and travel within Southeast Asia to customer locations to review company product and application as it is being used by the customer and to foster productive working relationships.</li><li>Conduct audits at manufacturing sites and attend to customer audits.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with DC, Planner, Sales &amp; CCP on block stock &amp; RMA return.</li><li>Coordinate onsite sorting at customer site with Sales, Planner &amp; CCP.</li><li>Coordinate RMA request &amp; return with manufacturing.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering with technical focus.</li><li>5+ years minimum quality assurance experience working in a global capacity.</li><li>Preferred customer quality experience in the electronics industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, forge strong internal relationships, and drive transformation globally.</li><li>Knowledge and application of quality system regulations (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000).</li><li>Experienced in the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D and other advanced statistical methods including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Capability (CpK) techniques.</li><li>Possesses strong leadership skills and executive level presence.</li><li>Self-motivated, efficient, ability to work with little or no supervision, and committed to a team approach.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>May require travel to customers and other company locations, including overnight and multi-day trips.</li><li>Experience in core processes such as stamping, molding, plating and assembly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Serves as Subject Matter Expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations. Perform Root Cause Analysis on all critical equipment failures.Perform continuous review of power transformers’ maintenance programs to identify improvements to ensure the HV asset's safe and reliable operation.Provides technical consultation to the maintenance agency as required in identifying and reviewing critical spare parts list of existing equipment. Provides technical consultation to assess the condition of aging power transformers. Provide technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating if the equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.Provides technical engineering input on repair details and offers onsite technical support, especially for critical power transformers.Provides engineering input for power transformer work packages to ensure standards and material specifications are followed.Represent the organization in industry and professional organizations, users' group, which address or govern electrical codes and standards.Review and update company standards and be familiar with international standards. Possess strong technical training, speaking, writing, and customer service skills.Able to direct daily work activities with limited supervision and able to work cooperatively in a team environmentRequirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree (Msc) and Professional Engineer certification such as chartership or PE is preferred.The successful candidate will have a Minimum of 8 years’ Power Transformer Operation and Maintenance experience demonstrated by suitable references primarily related to Power Transformer Design.The candidate must demonstrate distinct experience as transformer specialist, such as contribution in international conferences as Transformer specialist or employment by leading Power Transformer Manufacturer.The successful candidate will have deep, technical level insight in Transformer construction and design practices covering Distribution and Transmission type transformers related to diagnostic testing, Condition Assessment, aging characteristics / symptoms related to corrosion.The candidate must also be familiar with transformers Factory Acceptance Test in a leading capacity demonstrating depth of compliance with manufacturing standards such as IEC. and participate as member in the relevant CIGRE Working Group.You will also have the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and seek opportunities to improve results and processes proactively, contributing to the goals, safety, and profitability of the company. Additionally, assimilating and quickly applying newly acquired technical information is also necessary. 

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Use your knowledge in various SAP transactions to perform regular planner duty that includes, but is not limited to, opening/initiating internal orders, notifications, maintenance work-orders, planning the activities with required resources, ordering the materials, and track all maintenance activities within your respective area.Plan for equipment isolation and safety precautions and estimate job step craft man-hour requirements.Prepare weekly and daily schedules by reviewing backlog and coordinating work requirements to comply with operation rankings.Ensure availability of all resources required are met and available, prior to scheduling work, and obtain approval of the schedule updates maintenance order statuses & follows up until completion of orders.Monitor the progress of the maintenance on a daily basis and give feedback to maintenance supervisor and supporting the execution team.Ensure the history is updated and technically completed on all works orders prior to closing them.Ensure onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.Process the return of all support equipment and machines (i.e. crane, forklift, air compressor, flood glitch, etc.)Daily contact/coordination with concerned parties that includes Operations Foremen, Maintenance Supervisors and personnel to clarify work scopes on Maintenance Work Orders, required resources, status update, and the path forward.Prepare detailed job step plans in proper execution sequence, with details of craft man-hour and crew size requirements for each step.Requirements:You should have a minimum of 11 years maintenance experience, including at least three years devoted to planning of maintenance jobs.You must have high school certification. A Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred.You should have the ability to identify all materials, services, equipment’s, and special preparations required for each maintenance job.Knowledge of SAP is a must (SAP PM AND MM MODULE).
