Primary Function: <ul><li>The Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity targets for GBS process areas and providing a path to value through various initiatives with a heavy focus on digital solutions and automation.&nbsp;</li><li>The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate ideation sessions, apply Kellanova Work Systems principles of value stream mapping and lean six sigma to drive standard ways of working in the process.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will be responsible for process catalogs, process mapping, governance of desktop procedures, and is the primary gatekeeper of standard ways of working within GBS.</li><li>A critical component of the role will be monetization of the value created through process efficiencies and digital solutions as well as scalability and standardization globally.</li><li>This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, operations, and business partners, to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>This role will follow standard ways of working to monitor and evaluate the results and impact of initiatives and share best practices and lessons learned</li></ul> Dimensions: <ul><li>Responsible for delivering digital solutions for GBS and driving automation, process intelligence, and analytics through organization</li><li>Own the platform architecture for GBS digital capabilities in process intelligence, automation and analytics to set GBS up for future growth and maturity across technologies</li><li>Governance of technology budget, roadmap, and metrics/measurement of digital tools in collaboration with operational results and future value stream identification</li><li>Ownership of the Digital/Data Center of Excellence to create digital kreators through GBS to make digital ways of working a part of our DNA &amp; designing a coaching program to educate analysts on digital opportunities and personal growth</li><li>Delivering on digital projects and initiatives &amp; executing change management to ensure success</li><li>Having a global, external focus for GBS and challenging the organization to deliver value, while benchmarking against peers and industry enablers</li><li>Engage GBS leaders in the future of digital &amp; educate on future opportunities through stakeholder engagement</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and lead ideation sessions to expand organization solutioning from an automation perspective, including actioning on ideas and realizing value from solution</li><li>Develop and execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems standard ways of working, including desktop procedures, process maps, taxonomy activities, process catalogs, SIPOCs, and Project Submission Portal value realization activities</li><li>Govern continuous improvement processes within the worksteam and engage operational teams in best practices</li><li>Deliver value realization/efficiencies for the organization on a monthly basis to cumulate into productivity for GBS</li><li>Advise on global scale of solutions and standard ways of working</li><li>Act as coach for continuous improvement with operation teams and GBS leaders to build capability in value realization across GBS</li><li>Create and deliver the value roadmap for GBS, aligning with the business objectives, productivity targets, and priorities and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization</li><li>Provide business process guidance and oversight for automation and integration projects across GBS, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners, to deliver efficiency solutions that meet the needs of GBS and its stakeholders</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in process area to enable new solutions and evaluate their applicability and suitability for GBS .</li><li>Develop and maintain metrics to measure continuous improvement projects, including cost, quality and speed metrics and maintain metric portfolio to understand state of GBS process to understand sources of loss to improve the process</li><li>Implement and leverage process intelligence to understand process waste areas and work with operational teams to realize efficiencies from analysis</li><li>Create calendar with planned CI activities for each process area, align with stakeholders on annual plan, and measure against timelines</li><li>Assess end to end processes with business partners to improve risk profile against quality metrics to drive improvement</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Environment: <ul><li>This position requires some travel and working extended and irregular hours.&nbsp;Travel is typically required less than 5 percent of the time.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Desired: Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivering value realization through continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple projects and tracking project success.</li><li>Knowledge of automation tools such as Celonis, PowerBI, Service Now, and other automation and analytics solutions.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and process improvement concepts in a clear manner to various audiences and levels.</li><li>Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across the organization and with external parties</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Utilize SAP ECC/Enterprise applications experience to enhance and streamline business processes.</li><li>Engage in business partnering to understand and address the needs of stakeholders across all key functions.</li><li>Lead the mapping and documentation of business processes across various departments.</li><li>Assist PM in Project manage/serve as PM on the delivery of IT services, ensuring value addition and coordination with regional/global teams and vendors.</li><li>Achievement of streamlined and well-documented key business processes, reducing organizational risk.</li><li>Successful definition and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with respective IT domains managers.</li><li>Effective leadership in system testing and validation for major implementations.</li><li>Support provided to finance, commercial, supply chain, and R&amp;D relationship managers through process documentation, user requirement gathering, testing oversight, and project management for small-medium projects.</li><li>Provision of business partnering services for smaller corporate functions such as HR, corporate affairs, and legal, including annual high availability application testing coordination.</li><li>Stakeholder communications and engagement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years Business Analyst, Business consulting and/or Project Management and Delivery. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Offering Enhanced Solution Delivery to Process Automation, Power Transmission &amp; Distribution, and Power Generation industries helping customers jumpstart to digital focusing on asset optimization, efficiency and &amp; thereby cost savings.</li><li>Dealing with customers on solutions that have a combination of technology and business process re-engineering that comprises end-end solutions covering IT (CRM platforms, Enterprise Content Management), OT, Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Analytics, and dash-boarding / visualization solutions, Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0</li><li>Participating and presenting in industry-specific events while liaising with key stakeholders in Govt sectors and building Go-To-Market plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Assessing future market trends in the industry and offering recommendations and closely working with internal sales to build a healthy funnel of projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Explore AI, Digital Twins, etc. to gain insights and strategic competitive advantage&amp; drive strategic initiatives with large accounts and end-user seminars.&nbsp;</li><li>Closely work with the internal strategic team to support and build eco-system partners to enhance solutions and customer experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Engaging with customers, and consultants, and mapping key stakeholders in an organization to educate and promote company solutions &amp; being a speaker to present company Enhanced Solutions to customers and industry events.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing end-to-end operations in the visualization of the shop floor to ensure enhanced production efficiency, quality, and reduced downtime.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education – Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 10+ years’ sales experience in the Automation sector.</li><li>Markets – Technically strong and familiar with smart manufacturing that covers – IoT, networking, security, edge, and cloud solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Should understand the entire automation process from the field to the control center/cloud. Experience in project sales with industry connections at every level with End Users, Consultants, System Integrators, and EPCs.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant knowledge of field-level process areas in manufacturing will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Should be able to independently conduct presentations and should be good at articulating business cases to customers/partners and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational leadership skills - aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team and partners.</li><li>Relevant Industry Experience – Process, Pharma, Metal, Mining, CPG, Cement, and other manufacturing industries.</li><li>Strong connections with consultants will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have connections with C-level executives at the end-user level.&nbsp;</li><li>Should have connections with major SIs and EPC contractors in this space.&nbsp;</li><li>A good social network will be preferred.</li></ul>

ResponsibilitiesConduct reservoir characterization studies, including Log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy and conceptual 3D geological modeling (Facies and reservoir properties).Contribute to field development plans through well planning using simulation ready 3D integrated model.Perform well planning, including creating well targets data with reservoir and drilling engineers, generating well trajectories and loading the directional data, preparing geological prognosis (including but not limited to tops, cross sections and correlation panels) along with monitor operational and geo-steering activities for all types of wells (horizontal, deviated, and vertical) in the office or offsite if needed, including monitoring, geo-steering and tracking wells, performing well evaluations while and post drilling, making well correlations, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic and fluid limits in light of the new drilling information, and making critical decisions for wellbore adjustments.Interact with concerned geoscientists in the Reservoir Characterization Department, Reservoir Engineers, and Drilling & Workover Engineers and communicate clearly with all parties involved in drilling activities, and prepare post-drilling analysis.Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree is preferred.You will have 15  years of experience in Field development activities or role of development geologist.You will have the ability to integrate all available Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Sedimentological, and 3D Geological model and other dynamic information for advance reservoir characterization studies to in-depth understanding for reservoir architecture and flow behavior.You will also have the ability to integrate all characterization studies to identify suitable locations for drilling.Extensive experience in subsurface mapping and be familiar of utilization of various geological applications and packages (such as DSG, Petrel, Petrosys, Geolog, Teclog etc.) is also necessary.Also, a minimum of two years’ experience in geo-steering (with triple combo log) and real-time operations is preferred.You need to be familiar with LWD and/or wireline borehole image interpretation and also with rig operations and vendor logging systems.Previous experience in reservoir geology, drilling operations, field development, sedimentology/stratigraphy or structural geology is necessary

Responsibilities:The candidate will be required to perform the following:Exploration mapping and option generation for CO2 storage in the subsurface geology of Saudi Arabia.Have a background of CO2 properties and how they relate to depth of storage, seal effectiveness and long-term aspects of trapping mechanism, subsurface dynamics and interaction with subsurface materials such as lithologies and drilled wells.Interpret well information, making well correlations and working with petro-physicists as required to define stratigraphic frameworks and the properties of reservoirs and seals, and characterize in-situ formation water properties.Participate in the acquisition planning and possibly interpretation of geo-mechanical information, such as analysis of conventional core, relating to seal integrity for CO2 storage.Familiarity with well injection testing and operations, and interpretation of well test data in terms of reservoir performance in relation to CO2 storage.Interpret seismic, including seismic stratigraphic interpretations for storage. Understand depth conversion of seismically-mapped geological surfaces, considering velocity information and uncertainties.Map making using industry standard tools. Storage volume and risk estimates. Prepare and present professional-quality presentation materials to technical peers and management. Provide mentoring and technical assistance to young professionalsTake critical decisions and solve problems.Works in multidiscipline teams.Requirements:As a successful candidate, you would need to hold a bachelor or higher degree in Geology or Geophysics.You will have 15 years of experience in subsurface geoscience including several years of experience specifically related to geological interpretation, mapping and preferably CO2 subsurface storage option mapping, selection and site characterization, including extensive experience in applying Clastic and Carbonate Sequence and Seismic Stratigraphy and Regional Geology using seismic and well data to document all scales relevant subsurface storage option generation, ranking and characterization.as well as an extensive experience in petro-technical applications relating to the use of wells and seismic (2D and 3D) for subsurface storage geoscience, e.g., Petrel, Petrosys.  You will be competent with basic well log interpretation and familiar with advanced logs and well data such as image logs, NMR, pressures and core. Apply sequence stratigraphic techniques to identify storage opportunities.  Structural geology skills including fault interpretation and fault seal.As a subject matter expert, you will have:Experience in planning and involvement with the operational decision-making of several wells.English language fluency with the capability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing, with experience of working with multidisciplinary teams across different parts of an organization.Experience of other non-hydrocarbon subsurface management challenges such as geothermal, Hydrogen storage, chemical storage etc would be an advantage.A track record of research publications or patents would be an advantage.Excellent presentation skills.
