Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate scheduling of resources and tests to maximize lab utilization while meeting project deadlines and communicating them to (primarily internal) customers.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.</li><li>Manage inventory of high voltage testing equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and retirement planning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, implementing necessary policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with audits such as ISO 17025.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>8+ years’ experience with minimum 2+ years in high voltage testing 35kV+, and should have 2+ years’ in leadership role - preferably in an industrial or research setting; and laboratory experience required.</li><li>Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in the areas of high voltage systems and insulation testing.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, such as IEEE, IEC, ANSI, and NFPA.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors.</li><li>They design, recommend revisions, and install quality control systems, develop, and document analytical methods for establishing the reliability of products and their components, and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing</li><li>standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, products, and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action, and customer communication.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and reliability standards.</li><li>Design and conduct tests to validate product quality, performance, and durability.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of product defects, failures, or non-conformance issues.</li><li>Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or other applicable certifications).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10 or more years of experience in Quality or Reliability Engineering.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in quality tools, practices, and procedures.</li><li>8D investigational experience required, including disposition of non-conforming materials, identification of root cause, and driving corrective action</li><li>Working knowledge of ISO 9000, and preferably AS9100.</li><li>MILSPEC experience required</li><li>Testing and reporting requirements.</li><li>Plating process knowledge preferred</li><li>First Article Inspection (FAI) inspection experience</li><li>Process control knowledge.</li><li>Ability to use testing and measurement equipment.</li><li>Successfully worked in a team environment assisting various departments requiring consistent quality assurance systems to succeed.</li><li>Ability to influence and drive cross-functional teamwork and work well with internal and external customers and other cultures.</li><li>Highly Desirable: Knowledge &amp; experience in acceptance and reliability testing of connectors or similar devices</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As the Engineering Team Leader for automotive sensors—including pressure, rotary, speed, and position sensors—you will oversee a new product development team from understanding customer requirements to designing, validating, and supporting mass production.</li><li>Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable sensor solutions.</li><li>By leveraging your expertise, you will drive innovation and play a critical role in expanding the organization’s business within these product lines.</li></ul> Responsbilities: Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Lead a multidisciplinary team in the research, design, and development of pressure, rotary speed, and position sensors for automotive applications.</li><li>Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and serve as the primary customer-facing leader for engineering support.</li><li>Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, and promote cross-functional collaboration globally.</li></ul> Sensor Development: <ul><li>Define and execute the sensor development strategy, integrating mechanical, electronic, and software components.</li><li>Oversee design, simulation, and prototyping, optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with operations to develop efficient manufacturing processes for high-quality sensor production.</li></ul> Testing and Validation: <ul><li>Lead calibration and testing of sensors, working closely with the test team to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Troubleshoot validation issues and drive standardization of testing systems for efficiency.</li></ul> Sensor Technology Expertise: <ul><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of MEMS and magnetic sensing technologies for robust product development.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers on sensor integration and troubleshooting.</li></ul> Innovation and Industry Trends: <ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends, pressure, rotary, speed and position sensors sensing technologies.</li><li>Propose research projects (ADPAC) and collaborate with Product Managers to keep technical roadmaps current.</li></ul> Project Management: <ul><li>Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful, timely completion.</li><li>Enhance lean product development and drive strong P&amp;L outcomes.</li></ul> Documentation: <ul><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, tests, and results, and prepare reports for internal and external audiences.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of engineering team leadership experience.</li><li>Proven expertise in sensor development like MEMS or Magnetics sensing technologies.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of sensing technologies and scientific principles.</li><li>Proficient in sensor testing, calibration, and validation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities with international partners.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills.</li></ul> WE VALUE <ul><li>Lean Six Sigma Certification.</li><li>Standards Knowledge – IATF 16949, EN 9100, ISO 9001.</li><li>Project management ability.</li><li>Solid knowledge on Automotive sensors development.</li><li>Solid knowledge in sensors electronics, measurement &amp; signal processing.</li><li>Functional Safety (FuSa) Knowledge and Expertise (ISO 26262).</li><li>Familiarity with software development coordination, regulatory, and compliance requirements for sensors.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality point of contact for assigned Southeast Asia customer accounts.</li><li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management, product engineering and manufacturing locations for characteristics that can become quality or application risks to the customer.</li><li>Manages Quality / Reliability interactions with the customer, including regular communication and escalations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues and minimize customer impact, Company PPM, cost of poor quality and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Influences without authority in efforts to achieve 5D/8D response time within 10 business days or less.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated teams within company.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out the customer quality improvement strategy.</li><li>Ensures compliance to company quality policies and procedures related to customer requirements.</li><li>Partners closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure organizational alignment regarding setting targets and achieving quality objectives for our customers.</li><li>Partners with engineering and sales to establish trust with our customers by sharing our DND strategic quality roadmap as well as resolving problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly conducts reviews with key customers regarding DNDs quality &amp; delivery performance.</li><li>Drives systemic corrective action and continual improvement for customers through training and implementation and use an array of quality improvement tools.</li><li>Regularly reports to management on the overall performance and effectiveness of the assigned strategic customer account.</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines.
