Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms.</li><li>Assist to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programmes for effective recruitment.</li><li>Partner with the business to understand business structures, priorities, and dynamics to develop a strategic sourcing plan to acquire talents to meet business needs.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include the sourcing of candidates, facilitation of interviews, conducting interview with Hiring Managers, preparation of salary proposal and offer letter, making job offer to candidates and as well as administering the contract signing for offered candidates.</li><li>Build and maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels.</li><li>Constantly engage key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Manage the various social medial platform and sites to attract and hire talents.</li><li>Review, design and drive the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Liaise with different vendors and brief them the requirements, follow-up to ensure proper profiles are gathered for suitable requirements and manage day to day interactions.</li></ul> Requirements: Educational Qualification <ul><li>﻿Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Management</li></ul> Experience <ul><li>5+ years and more of in-house talent acquisition and recruitment experience in preferably IT/Engineering related positions.</li><li>Strong Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan and execute Change Requests activities which include gather and facilitate business process discussion, conduct detailed analysis, solution design, development and configuration, testing, documentation and deployment.</li><li>Provide application support to end users in troubleshooting and resolution of issues, and updating them of the progress which entails communicating with them in an appropriate and constructive manner.</li><li>Work closely with the team and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications</li><li>This role includes implementation and sustainment responsibilities.</li><li>Travel within Asia Pacific region will be expected but kept to a minimum.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP HR/HCM project implementation and rollout experience</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements</li><li>Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR/HCM modules</li><li>Able to do simple debugging of program</li><li>Experience in supporting interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications</li><li>Team player with good writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply open- and closed-source collection and analysis skills to author threat and risk intelligence reports and briefings. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good work environment.</li><li>Administrative HR duties include answering general employee questions, maintaining employee files, data entry, managing job descriptions, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and creating KPI dashboards/reports.</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding benefits, paychecks, leave of absence, PTO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including temporary plant employees.</li><li>Create and conduct HR-related presentations such as supervisor training, Code of Conduct training, goal setting, and new hire orientation.</li><li>Led the Leave Administrative Process for our client regarding FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal leaves, military leaves, STD, and LTD; initiated leave cases and serve as a liaison between the company, employee, and our third-party leave administrator.</li><li>Assists with recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, reviewing job openings, and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.</li><li>Reviews, maintains, and inputs employee data into UKG and runs regular reports to validate data entered into the system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of five years of recent work experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a manufacturing environment working with an hourly population</li><li>Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp laws</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - Ability to read, write and speak</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support business client groups (Approximately 25% domestic travel, which may require overnight stays)</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>BS or BA degree in human resources, business, or related field</li></ul>
