Sr. Engineer - SAP Full Stack (Hybrid)

Senior Retail Designer

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand the pain points of field service workers, dispatchers, and managers.</li><li>Collaborate with customer support teams to gather feedback and pain points directly from the end-users.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure that Salesforce FSM is competitive and meets the needs of various industries.</li><li>Develop user personas, user journeys, and detailed workflows based on research and business requirements.</li><li>Define and document design specifications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.</li><li>Work closely with product managers and engineers to align the design vision with technical and business constraints.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>M.Sc. degree or equivalent</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud products and their implementation</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in custom mobile architectures</li><li>Good knowledge of handling &amp; simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT etc.</li><li>Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage</li><li>Salesforce Platform Experience :A strong understanding of Salesforce core features, data models, security settings, and integration capabilities is necessary.</li><li>Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks</li><li>Data Standards &amp; Modelling: A good understanding of Salesforce data models is essential for success in this role.</li><li>Declarative Development: Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules is a strong asset.</li><li>Custom Development Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce development frameworks like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce will provide an advantage.</li><li>Integration &amp; APIs: Experience with Salesforce integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and familiarity with middleware solutions is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Salesforce Field Service Expertise: This is a desirable skill but not mandatory. On-the-job learning will be supported.</li></ul> Certifications (Preferred): <ul><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator: Validates the ability to configure and manage the Salesforce platform.</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder: Demonstrates proficiency in declarative development and application design.</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform Developer: For candidates with custom development experience in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.</li><li>Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant: Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service solutions.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze, and assign user stories to agile development team Object Oriented Programming Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, Contact Manager and Portal GOSU, PCFs, Business Rules, Underwriting Rules and Guidewire Event; Messaging / Rules Framework</li><li>Guidewire applications according to the business requirements, such as setting up workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and more. Rest Client API to consume rest services and Guidewire Integration Views</li><li>Consuming/Publishing SOAP APIs and Rest APIs.</li><li>Guidewire Workflows and Forms development.</li><li>Guidewire Advanced Product Designer Native/Retrofit; Spring Boot Application Development</li><li>Developing integrations between Guidewire applications and other third-party systems like CRM, accounting systems, or external databases.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Some Project Management Skills</li><li>Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Methodology including program increments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Scaled Agile ceremonies.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of the Microsoft productivity suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-Motivated learner</li><li>Experience working on tools like Git, Bit Bucket, TeamCity and Data Dog.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of Guidewire cloud concepts is preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScript, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.</li><li>Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Support RICEF objects, Fiori apps, and B2B integrations (SOAP, IDOC, OData).</li><li>The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills.</li><li>Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.</li><li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP business applications using ABAP on the backend and SAP Fiori/UI5 for the frontend.</li><li>Build and extend existing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.</li><li>Enhance the user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and responsive Fiori/UI5 applications, incorporating Fiori Elements and smart controls.</li><li>Leverage BTP services to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and extensions.</li><li>Support ongoing development, implementation, and quality checks for existing projects/applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code reviews and learn and adapt to the companys engineering and development practices.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP developer or a similar role with a focus on SAP S/4, ECC, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC</li><li>Strong, well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities</li><li>Proficient in ABAP, EDI management, and SAP modules.</li><li>Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and support projects</li><li>Experience of Designing, coding, and modifying SAP applications to meet specific requirements.</li><li>Strong background in SAP Gateway and OData services</li><li>SAP Certification is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and BTP is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Counter Design: <ul><li>Define, create and coordinate the brand retail design &amp; merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and implement this in line with the global brand objectives</li><li>Implement merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials) to brand objectives</li><li>Creation of POS material with VM answering the marketing plan needs</li><li>Co-undertake the conception, development, and follow-up of flagship stores with TRM, DMI and Zone</li></ul> Project Management for brand &amp; regions: <ul><li>Develop communication tools for countries to transmit brand values and identity (brand charter, negotiation rules etc)</li><li>Develop and follow guidebooks for different types of distribution and marketing events</li><li>Manage projects and adapt brand concept to local distribution constraints.</li><li>Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints</li><li>Coordination for regional projects</li><li>Develop a good relationship with suppliers and contractors</li></ul> Master Retail Design Fundamentals: <ul><li>Expresses and decodes brand’s image/value &amp; sense of purpose</li><li>Understands &amp; Integrates Market ‘specificities</li><li>Understands customer path &amp; shopper experience’s rules</li><li>Leads design prospective &amp; innovation</li></ul> Designs Customer Centric Retail Concept: <ul><li>Uplifts brand’s visual identity to build customer centric retail concepts</li><li>Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue</li><li>Defines &amp; ensures high quality standards</li></ul> Delivers Operational Implementation with Excellence: <ul><li>Adapts the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile</li><li>Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production</li><li>Cooperates with 360° internal &amp; external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience</li><li>Pilots &amp; Monitors RD’s efficiency in line with timelines and budget</li></ul> Act as a Business Driver: <ul><li>Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives</li><li>Negotiates with retailers about staging and implementations</li><li>Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Interior Design / Industrial Design</li><li>Project management skill</li><li>Good stakeholders’ management skill</li><li>Good understanding of the Travel retail environment &amp;/or Cosmetic industry</li><li>SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad&nbsp;</li><li>At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience&nbsp;</li><li>Candidates with more years of relevant experiences &amp; budget management, will be considered for senior level position</li></ul>
