Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop Improvement Strategies: Formulate and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance supply chain performance.</li><li>Conduct thorough analyses of current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.</li><li>Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.</li><li>Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of improvement initiatives.</li><li>Apply industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize supply chain processes.</li><li>Leverage data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and drive data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking.</li><li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.</li><li>Design and implement audit processes to systematically evaluate supply chain processes and compliance. Drive assessment of current capabilities - Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Developing a global training strategy aligned with the SC organizations goals and objectives. Identifying skill gaps and learning needs to determine training priorities. Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities.</li><li>Overseeing the creation of training materials and resources.</li><li>Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance across all functions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure stability and resilience.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Role is 40% tactical &amp; 60% strategic</li><li>Report to Director of Supply Chain Transformation for DDN</li><li>A bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience (10+ years) in supply chain management, continuous improvement, or related roles.</li><li>Strong numeracy and analytical skills.</li><li>Able to translate data into high-level analysis.</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing audit processes.</li><li>Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership as well as Change and project management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Influencing skills (build relationship, mentor, work under pressure)</li><li>Proven experience in delivering training programs.</li><li>Experience in building and maintaining a network of supply chain professionals, fostering knowledge-sharing, and facilitating collaboration.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management (areas such as supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution), best practices, and industry trends on a global scale.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain management systems &amp; Tools (MES, ERP, …)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Foster a culture of teamwork across the IT team and the organization</li><li>Mentor junior team members through their project delivery, support and customer service</li><li>Document reporting specifications as designated by the reporting consumer</li><li>Develop requisite reporting solutions</li><li>Shares responsibility in development of semantic models and data flows</li><li>Document and maintain governance information regarding data and objects in the reporting enterprise</li><li>Develop and assist in delivery of education material on tool and reporting object use</li><li>Analyze usage of reporting objects in the reporting enterprise</li><li>Shares responsibility with the greater BI team for ensuring quality and integrity of data in the data warehouse, ensuring consistency and synchronization between systems</li><li>Shares responsibility for maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of BI systems and tools</li><li>Perform requisite support of the BI Platform in line with Service Level Agreements, which may require 24/7 on-call support</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related Discipline&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coursework in Statistics and/or Data Visualization desired</li><li>6-9 years working with Microsoft’s analytic tools (Power BI) with working knowledge of environment administration.</li><li>Participation in 4+ full lifecycle implementations involving new analytic capabilities and/or new data; at least 2 of the implementations in the capacity of the Lead for the reporting initiatives.</li><li>Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Gen 2, SQL, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric</li><li>Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications for EDW members</li><li>Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions</li><li>Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills</li><li>Demonstrated track record in new concept development for a variety of projects and complex analytic artifacts</li><li>Passionate to share ideas, work with and mentor other members to ensure the success of the team</li><li>Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening) and the ability to interact with all levels of company customers and members</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others</li><li>Customer-focused service attitude</li><li>Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and day-to-day task management</li><li>Excellent technical documentation skills</li><li>Ability to generate and analyze requirements</li></ul>
