Lead UI Engineer

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding the business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS</li><li>Integrating SAP Fiori apps with other SAP solutions and systems</li><li>Optimizing the performance of SAP Fiori applications and ensuring their compatibility with multiple devices</li><li>Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Fiori applications</li><li>Keeping up to date with the latest SAP technologies and applying them to improve the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Ensure Fiori applications are optimized for best performance.</li><li>Participate in application testing and deployment.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience,</li><li>Confirmed experience building front end or back end of application based on popular design patterns</li><li>Minimum of two years of related work experience</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience as an SAP Fiori consultant or similar</li><li>Experience in SAP Fiori application design, development, and implementation</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and UI5</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScript, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.</li><li>Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Support RICEF objects, Fiori apps, and B2B integrations (SOAP, IDOC, OData).</li><li>The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills.</li><li>Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.</li><li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP business applications using ABAP on the backend and SAP Fiori/UI5 for the frontend.</li><li>Build and extend existing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.</li><li>Enhance the user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and responsive Fiori/UI5 applications, incorporating Fiori Elements and smart controls.</li><li>Leverage BTP services to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and extensions.</li><li>Support ongoing development, implementation, and quality checks for existing projects/applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code reviews and learn and adapt to the companys engineering and development practices.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP developer or a similar role with a focus on SAP S/4, ECC, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC</li><li>Strong, well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities</li><li>Proficient in ABAP, EDI management, and SAP modules.</li><li>Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and support projects</li><li>Experience of Designing, coding, and modifying SAP applications to meet specific requirements.</li><li>Strong background in SAP Gateway and OData services</li><li>SAP Certification is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and BTP is a plus.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking a UI Lead to help create our next-generation products that satisfy our customer’s needs.</li><li>The UI Lead will use their deep professional knowledge and an understanding of the customer environment to propose and develop new and innovative solutions to customer problems.</li><li>They will use their understanding of applied engineering, product lifecycle and technology advancement to help align and solve problems across multiple product lines using similar technology.</li><li>The successful candidate will be hands on and curious with a focus on technology, remote collaboration, the application of engineering principles, and the ability to influence cross functionally to achieve department goals.</li><li>This role will report to the Technical Program Manager and will work from our Pune office</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the infrastructure and the software architecture for the React-based Front End related to a specific set of products and projects.</li><li>Act as a lead and a mentor to offshore teams, including code review, best practices, architecting, product thinking, and code quality.</li><li>Develop platform software and collaborate across engineering groups to maximize the use of common emerging platform technologies, conventions, technological building blocks.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and Product Owners from various teams and Executive leaders to define the business and technical strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with global engineering leads at various businesses to establish and drive adoption of conventions and innovation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelors or higher degree in a related technical field (Electrical, Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering)</li><li>8+ Years in front end development</li><li>5+ years in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of a micro front end that consumes high distributed service-oriented architectures, having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, scalability and security.</li><li>Experience with UI and UX concepts using modular and reusable UI components.</li><li>Experience with refactoring large code bases using safe techniques.</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines. DevOps and Devsecops, version control, and system testing with Gitlab and Jenkins</li><li>Experience creating and obtaining actionable insights from Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana</li><li>Experienced with programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, React.js, GO</li><li>Willingness to learn and teach complex technologies.</li></ul>
