<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>This role will provide support to the CAO in all aspects of the CAO function; examples of tasks would include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinating and managing relevant risk and control committees (CCC and BRCC) agenda and meetings;</li><li>Supporting CAO to ensure successful governance and management of CAO function and deliver financial objectives where required;</li><li>Planning, coordinating, and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of key initiatives and projects of the CAO office;</li><li>Assisting CAO in relation to engagement with the FSC and other relevant Taiwan regulators;</li><li>Preparing reports, presentation materials, regulatory briefings materials, and updates (when required, i.e. to APAC/Taiwan ALM, BRCC, OpCo);</li><li>Assisting in ad-hoc reports/special projects as needed;</li><li>Other assignments/tasks as may be assigned by CAO.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><u style="background-color: transparent;">Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>6-10 years of experience in a financial services role</li><li>Previous business management or COO experience preferably within large and complex financial services or similar organization</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems</li><li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li><li>Chinese language literacy and Mandarin-speaking prefer</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong style="background-color: transparent;"><u>Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Master’s degree preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
