Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing plans</li><li>that align with overall brand objectives.</li><li>Develop promotional materials and POSMs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.</li><li>Manage social content calendar and digital ad schedule and ensure that content is rolled out in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in the development and launch of new products, from launch and Go To Market.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to ensure brand plans are executed to drive business objectives.</li><li>Execute promotional activities, including Key Account, Local Store, Events, sponsorships, and partnerships.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional campaigns</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports to the SMM on brand performance and campaign results.</li><li>Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Conduct market analysis via available tools, trade visits or digital content and be proactive</li><li>and reactive to consumer and market trends.</li><li>Track and report brand expenditure, sales performance.</li><li>Track and measure effectiveness of brand events and sampling activities.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business studies/health-related discipline or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role preferable in FMCG, Consumer Health environment.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong researching and analytical skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and people skills</li><li>Experienced in project management and product development</li><li>Excellent command of English and Filipino, both written and spoken</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience in product management, product development, or related roles in the health Industry</li><li>Strong understanding of health products, supplements, and the broader health and wellness industry is added advantage</li></ul>
