Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a freelance, project-based basis.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and new media channels like podcasts, with a strong background in performance marketing.</li><li>This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the following industries: OTC Healthcare/Consumer Goods/Health and Wellness/E-commerce.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with brand marketers to understand brand strategy, tactical plans, campaign requirements, data needs, and operational support associated with their digital marketing efforts</li><li>Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities for the brand.</li><li>Ensure timely and compliant delivery of operational responsibilities in accordance with project milestones.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing best practices, internal processes, and systems related to digital marketing.</li><li>Help brand marketers ensure adequate data capturing and reporting are in place for all digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate continued educational/training opportunities for internal marketing stakeholders and external agency teams</li><li>Gather future business requirements and represent the voice of the brand as additional digital marketing capabilities/platforms are established.</li><li>Cultivate strong partnerships with external agency teams, suppliers, and vendors in support of Brand and/or Digital Operations efforts.</li><li>Lead and execute media plans; Identify and optimize digital channel mix to help grow the brands.</li><li>Oversee all digital paid advertisements and third-party digital vendor management.</li><li>Analyze data by mapping current digital tactics to identify gaps, opportunities, and insights to optimize spend, performance &amp; ROI</li><li>Proficiency in core marketing capabilities such as digital creative development, segmentation, investment optimization, etc.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple external agency partners and internal marketing partners to meet deadlines in alignment with SOWs.</li><li>Work with overseas counterparts to ensure alignment of brand objectives.</li><li>Plan, conceptualize, and develop new product launches.</li><li>Manage media communication, advertising, and campaign/promotion on both offline and online (social media, Facebook, Instagram)</li><li>Manage brand presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant blogs, sites, e-commerce, and forums</li><li>Monitor social media for conversations and trends related to company brand and feedback insights to the Regional to align overall business strategy</li><li>Measure the impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of our company’s social&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or) masters degree in marketing or related fields.</li><li>6+ years of relevant experience, preferable within the bio/pharma industry with at least 5 years of digital marketing experience</li><li>Exceptionally strong analytical skills, Communication Skills with the ability to evaluate KPIs, present learnings based on data and optimize</li><li>In-depth knowledge of digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.</li><li>Freelance, Project-Based Work: Must be willing to work on a freelance, project basis, with flexibility on timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Operational Experience: Must have direct operational experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and new media, including podcasts.</li><li>Performance Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results like conversions and ROI.</li><li>Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).</li><li>Experience in managing Influencer campaigns on Social Media platforms like Tik Tok, YouTube shorts and Meta.</li><li>Industry Experience: Experience in OTC healthcare, consumer goods, or consumer services is required.</li><li>Strong experience working closely with advertising agencies.</li><li>Self-Motivated &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive to in bringing best in class innovative antenna system solutions products for various exciting application e.g. IoT devices, infrastructure or consumer product using computer</li><li>simulation and experimental techniques.</li><li>Working and leading multiple team members towards innovative antenna solutions and deliver to market on time with dialed in cost.</li><li>Contributes and influence to BU level technology and product decision.</li><li>Provides guidance and complex subject matter training to less experienced co-worker internal or external of the department.&nbsp;</li><li>Mentors and coaches other engineers in BU with the state-of-the-art antenna technology	Assists team the design implementation and validation of antenna systems across the lifecycle from initial concept stage to mass production</li><li>Analyze and review design requirements with close collaboration with the customers, product managers and sales.</li><li>Collaborate with NPI team to develop RF product design and define the optimum technology for Manufacturability to meet customer requirement.</li><li>Proactively involve in procedure optimization/improvement in RF design flow for time to market.</li><li>Perform research for state-of-the-art antenna via trade, professional journals to determine next generation technology platform.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Solid understanding of antenna theory, product, application, and the RF/antenna analysis project.</li><li>8+ years of experience in antenna design with about 2 years of RF circuit design for RF related electronics.</li><li>ast experience with antenna test and measurement including VNA, spectrum Analyzer, PIM testing, anechoic chamber, and active measurement (TRP/TIS).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Expert level proficiency with 3D EM simulation software (HFSS or CST) and RF Circuit (ADS or AWR)&nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of electromagnetics and antenna theory. Use the first principles approach to resolve deep technical challenges to unlock innovation.</li><li>Hands on experience with bench design work to validate simulations and experience with anechoic chamber testing.</li><li>Ability to influence mechanical engineering, I.D., product management, operations, PCB design and PJM with a data driven approach.</li><li>Assess risk and compliance across areas of accountability.</li><li>Experience in LTE/GNSS/Wi-Fi/BT/NFC/UWB/mm-Wave among other protocols.&nbsp;</li><li>Crisp communication skills to present to leadership and stakeholders as needed.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Hardware Engineer , you will focus on the electrical design, simulation, and verification-validation testing of high-speed products in cable assemblies targeting high-speed communications and connectivity within data centers and wireless infrastructure.</li><li>You will be expected to independently work on projects in hardware design and validation for product, and system design including modeling, simulation, testing, and circuit board layout.</li><li>You will work collaboratively within a broader cross-functional team of mechanical, manufacturing, &amp; operations to execute leading-edge product designs.</li><li>You will be the subject matter expert for the electrical performance of a product/platform beginning with the initial analysis through prototype fabrication &amp; evaluation, and production verification testing.</li><li>You will tackle challenging design problems and utilize simulation tools to guide complex designs toward success.</li></ul> Short Description <ul><li>Subject matter expert in high-speed data, electronics design, simulation, and validation activities through product development cycles.</li><li>Establishing electrical design performance/functional requirements for new products.</li><li>Product development of high-speed cable assemblies from conception to manufacturing.</li><li>Component selection, schematic design, PCB Layout, and product validation testing.</li><li>Creating actionable recommendations based on design reviews and simulation results.</li><li>Making data-driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: What your background should look like: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a high-speed hardware engineering role.</li><li>Electronic design and analysis tools (Altium PCB, ADS, Ansys Designer, Ansys HFSS).</li><li>Experience with cable/cable assembly designs (high-speed twin-ax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables, active copper cables).</li><li>Experience with high-speed test equipment (Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester, TDR, Pattern Generators, Power Supplies, etc.)</li><li>Experience with signal conditioning techniques (equalization, amplification, FIRs, CTLEs).</li><li>Experience with component selection, schematic capture, printed circuit board design, fabrication, and assembly.&nbsp;</li><li>A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project leadership, especially as it applies to design, development &amp; manufacturing teams.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones, fluent in English (verbal/written), able to collaborate with individuals across geographies.</li><li>The individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Subject matter expert in signal integrity design, simulation and validation activities through product development cycles</li><li>Establishing signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new products</li><li>Performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product.&nbsp;</li><li>This includes determining the correct simulation methodology and setup to use, as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface.</li><li>Performing PCB design schematic and layout reviews</li><li>Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results</li><li>Guiding connector design and component qualifications from a signal integrity standpoint.&nbsp;</li><li>Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters Degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in electrical Design, RF design or PCB design</li><li>A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior&nbsp;</li><li>Expert with Signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools)</li><li>Expert with 3D CAD tools (SpaceClaim preferred, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent)</li><li>Expert with high-speed test equipment (VNA, TDR, BERT)</li><li>Expert with interconnect design or electronic packaging, with a preferred focus on high-speed differential connectors and/or cable assemblies, RF connectors, and channel integration.</li><li>Expert with printed circuit board layout and design (Altium preferred), fabrication and assembly, especially as associated with connector FP and card-edge interfaces</li><li>Proficient with data analysis techniques, appreciation for design geometry tolerance impacts, and HVM qualification.</li><li>Experience with physical layer communications systems and architectures.</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.</li><li>Expert in analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.</li><li>Learning Capability: Open minded, coachable, willing to learn new skills, and motivated to grow</li><li>Pro-active in identifying complex situations, providing solutions, and driving improvements to evolving procedures</li><li>Experience writing technical papers and presenting to BU-level organizations, external conferences, and critical customer contacts</li><li>Proficient at owning project SI responsibilities and driving team actions across multi-discipline engineering &amp; manufacturing teams</li></ul>
