Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Improvement of the injection molding process.&nbsp;</li><li>Improvement and promotion of automation.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the production and maintenance of digital reports, visual kanbans in the injection molding workshop</li><li>Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and propose or implement solutions.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new systems, applications, or technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, machinery or related</li><li>More than 3 years of relevant work experience in precision injection molding/molding/intelligent manufacturing&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Power BI, Sailsoft, Excel/PowerǪuery, SǪL applications&nbsp;</li><li>Good reading and writing skills in English&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with injection mold design/process debugging is preferred, as well as the use of Creo, CAD and other software&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Capacity planning for short-term &amp; long-term according to production requirements: <ul><li>Machine, Tool, Labor, Layout capacity management</li><li>Capacity improvement plan</li></ul> Cost analysis and cost improvement management: <ul><li>Cost analysts are involved in detailed cost research and comparative analysis including to competitors.</li><li>Drive cost reduction initiatives</li></ul> Upgrade the productivity and achieve cost control target: <ul><li>Identify, lead &amp; drive efficiency improvement projects to reduce the conversion cost;&nbsp;</li><li>Set and control the manufacturing standard time</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent education with IE major</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Certification: <ul><li>Familiar with MS office software</li><li>Familiar with Auto-CAD drawing</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>4+ years on industrial engineering experience, lean/6 six sigma related</li><li>Cost analysis related background is plus;</li><li>Have independent project leader experience</li></ul> Technical Skill &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Layout for exist and new expansion, Optimize the plant/workshop layout to improve space utilization</li><li>Capacity forecast and adjustment, analysis improvement opportunity and make investment proposal</li><li>Lead labor efficiency &amp; line balance improve/optimization</li><li>Involve key project detail design of machine/material/process</li><li>Deep understand of IE toolset, such as ECRS/Time study/cell design</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customer Quality Complaint Handling: <ul><li>Customer complaint initial check, on site investigation, CSR quick check &amp;support, strong driving ability to deliver solution for customer</li><li>Quick initial response or containment actions for customer</li><li>Publish complaint to company manufacturing plant and timely follow up</li><li>Internal 5D/8D driving / evaluation / on time deliver to customer</li><li>External 8D release and report to customer</li><li>Timely progress tracking, update and in time escalation</li><li>D6/LL/RA/CTP verification to make sure 8D effective closure&nbsp;</li></ul> Capability in Application &amp; Engineering:&nbsp; <ul><li>Good understanding of OEM production line assembly process</li><li>Strong problem solving ability &amp; tools capability like FTA, DOE...</li><li>Engineering basics such as GD&amp;T, good product &amp; application knowledges.</li><li>Sensitiveness to study/bench marking solutions from other competitors</li></ul> General quality topics coordination (internal &amp; external): <ul><li>Green scorecard driving with responsible key customers</li><li>Take leader as the pliot CQ leader for Chery, responsible for continues quality improvement coordination and regular meeting &amp; communication with various customer SQM interfaces.</li><li>Customer visit, CTP identify, proactive customer reporting &amp; quality workshop…coordination &amp;lead</li><li>Coordinate Training/Meeting/Audit/Quality documents...requested by customer&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the on site service people in Chery Wuhu, to deliver excellent service to customer</li></ul> Quality Data Analysis and Reporting: <ul><li>Maintain customer quality data in system/worksheet, timely tracking &amp; monitor.</li><li>Data analysis and reporting, performance tracking, improvement opportunity identify and driving.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Full-time degree or diploma holder</li><li>Minimum 3 years of customer quality experience </li><li>Previous exposure from automotive industry is preferred</li></ul>

Role Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Facilitator Engineer to join our Ras Tanura Refinery Engineering Department, Corrosion Management Unit.Your primary role will be to lead and facilitate Risk-Based Inspection processes for various assets, equipment, and facilities.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, develop inspection plans, and optimize maintenance strategies to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets while minimizing operational risks.Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Lead and facilitate Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments for critical assets and equipment.Develop and implement RBI methodologies, processes, and procedures to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize inspection activities based on risk assessment results.Utilize risk assessment tools and software to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.Review inspection reports, findings, and recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Work closely with reliability engineers to optimize maintenance strategies and improve asset reliability.Provide technical guidance and support to field inspection teams during on-site inspections and evaluations.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate personnel on RBI concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Monitor and track key performance indicators related to asset integrity, reliability, and risk mitigation.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in RBI technologies to continuously improve RBI processes.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degree or certification in Asset Integrity Management is a plus.You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience.A Proven experience in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) facilitation, implementation, and management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries.In-depth knowledge of RBI methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and inspection planning strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using RBI software tools and platforms for risk analysis and reporting.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing asset integrity and inspection practices.Willingness to travel to various project sites and facilities as needed.
