The Role:The objective of the Field Sales Executive (Business Development) is to grow the company revenue, profitability and trading base through achieving a forwarding sales target on an area specific basis. Working by objective and proactive</li><li>Fresh graduate or at least 1years of experience in smart factory technology or related field.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including experience in smart factory implementations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate smart factory solutions for specific business needs.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and process customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and on-time delivery of goods.</li><li>Resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints, with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, warehouse) to align on order priorities and address customer needs.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfilment while minimizing disruptions.</li><li>Maintain and update order documentation in ERP systems and ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Analyse and report on order metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in the process.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in order management, logistics, transportation, or distribution roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in managing international orders and coordinating with global supply chains.</li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus.</li><li>German B2 required.</li></ul>
