Role Overview: <ul><li>The Manager – Automotive Consulting will work both independently and within a team on consulting projects. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables, meeting timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships.&nbsp;</li><li>The Manager will work on strategic engagements with private-sector clients, including manufacturing companies, investors, financial institutions, government bodies, and multilateral agencies.&nbsp;</li><li>The role requires expertise in automotive mobility segments, strategic analysis, business development, and market research, as well as the ability to travel and work across locations in India and abroad.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Project Management: <ul><li>Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs within set timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications, are of the highest quality, and are completed on time.</li></ul> Client Management &amp; Relationship: <ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, financial institutions, government bodies, and multilateral organizations.</li><li>Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, discuss project progress, and manage any issues or challenges that arise.</li><li>Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, addressing any concerns proactively and ensuring repeat business.</li></ul> Consulting &amp; Strategic Engagements: <ul><li>Work on strategic engagements across various sectors, including market assessment, business strategy, policy work, financial models, and project management.</li><li>Provide consulting expertise on mobility segments such as passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, tractors, farm equipment, electric vehicles (EVs), charging infrastructure, and alternate powertrains.</li><li>Work on strategic assignments related to regulatory aspects, sales and marketing strategies, and business planning.</li></ul> Business Development: <ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and growth of the client portfolio.</li><li>Support the Associate Director/Director in business development activities, including writing articles, conducting in-house research, and creating business development proposals and pitch decks.</li><li>Participate in franchise outreach activities to enhance the organization’s presence in the market.</li><li>Proactively identify and escalate potential business opportunities to senior leadership.</li></ul> Market Research &amp; Analysis: <ul><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Provide insights into emerging trends within the automotive industry, particularly focusing on new mobility solutions, electric vehicles, and alternate powertrains.</li><li>Develop and refine business models, financial projections, and business plans for clients in various automotive sectors.</li></ul> Travel &amp; On-Site Engagements: <ul><li>Travel as required for client engagements, site visits, and project execution both within India and internationally.</li><li>Occasionally be stationed at client sites for a few days depending on the requirements of the project or assignment.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing assignments that require on-site presence and travel.</li></ul> Internal Firm Activities &amp; Strategy: <ul><li>Participate in internal activities and initiatives, contributing to the firm’s growth and strategic direction.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to prepare internal business plans, strategic pitch presentations, and new business initiatives.</li><li>Support senior management in creating and executing business strategies and identifying areas for growth and improvement.</li></ul> Knowledge Building: <ul><li>Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging trends, and new technologies in the automotive sector, particularly in the mobility and electric vehicle space.</li><li>Continuously build knowledge and skills in new areas related to automotive consulting, even outside current domain strengths.</li><li>Share industry insights and best practices internally to contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum Experience - 5 year</li><li>Maximum Experience - 7 years</li><li>Education Qualification : MBA</li></ul>
