Responsibilities: Administrative Leadership: <ul><li>Responsible for talent management cycle, including talent acquisition, employee development and mentoring, and performance management.</li><li>Facilitate staff engagement and team improvement ideas with commitment to the enterprise and staff retention.</li><li>Support the advancement of staff competencies through the creation of development plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Assesses the effectiveness of team responsibilities and accountabilities and makes recommendations as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and encourage an environment of innovation and learning so that the staff remains current with relevant technology and industry best practices that may enhance the services provided.&nbsp;Such an environment may include attendance at regional or national conferences staff members as appropriate.</li><li>Provide general technical assistance, consulting, and direction to staff.&nbsp;Identify training needs and assist in developing training plans.</li><li>Assist in development, modification, review and maintenance of procedures and operations guide.</li></ul> Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Coordinate the review and ongoing management of the Deskside support team.</li><li>Understand business needs and processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the assessment, justification, implementation, and integration of end point technologies including laptops, mobile devices and related devices and technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and support Temasek key events held onsite or offsite. Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth execution of events.&nbsp;</li><li>Support technology adoption of Temasek initiatives including Cloud-Infra and Application teams, supporting and performing tests.&nbsp;</li><li>Accountable for maintenance of end point devices. Ensure that all end point systems stay up-to-date and compliant with updates and security patches.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Determine and identify opportunities for system improvement.&nbsp;Provide response to system hardware and operating system software problems as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate and maintain relationships between vendors, assist in reviewing of contracts.</li></ul> Project Management:&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee, plan, lead, coordinate, and collaborate with external partners, to lead small to medium size projects through the appropriate phases of implementation and support throughout the cross functional team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional Project Manager, in directing the team to assist in initial scoping documents and resource estimates for new customer’s new technology implementations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience. Minimum 5 years in a team managerial experience</li><li>Lead and mentoring of Deskside team, to provide L1 and L2 support to users</li><li>Lead cross function team in rolling out end point related projects, in coordinating with involved vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead cross function team in participating of customer’s major event/meeting from preparation, dry-run sessions to the completion of the actual event/meeting.&nbsp;</li></ul> Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Experience in Microsoft technologies including M365, Windows</li><li>Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with technical professionals as well as non-technical users.</li><li>Strong understanding of the technology lifecycle and development methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and be result oriented.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to include the understanding and documentation of business/clinical processes and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal presentation.</li><li>Demonstrates effective communication with senior management, stakeholders and vendors.</li><li>Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.</li><li>Ability to provide leadership and promote teamwork.</li><li>Ability to manage project implementation teams and individuals and monitor the deliverables of each team to ensure milestone completion.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to mentor staff and assist them in attaining desired results based on individual goals and objectives.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills.</li><li>Oversee the support of Customer location.</li><li>Drive the cross functional teams to ensure a smooth delivery of customer’s major events or meetings.</li><li>Facilitate and maintain relationships between vendors, assist in reviewing of contracts.</li><li>Oversee, plan, lead, coordinate, and collaborate with external partners, to lead projects through the appropriate phases of implementation and support throughout the cross functional team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional Project Manager, in directing the team to assist in initial scoping documents and resource estimates for new customer’s new EUC initiatives.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform evaluations and/or analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.</li><li>Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.</li><li>Perform training as needed to Lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.</li><li>Monitor equipment operations to ensure proper usage.</li><li>Construct and/or assemble new equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed.</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment down-time.</li><li>Perform Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.</li><li>Help repairing on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.</li><li>Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.</li><li>Analyze and improve existing products, equipment, processes as assigned.</li><li>Develop manufacturing methods and processes in the production of components and methods to reduce manufacturing costs.</li><li>Investigate, establish and implement requirements for equipment, tooling, and methods of manufacturing.</li><li>Participate in cost reduction and cost of quality programs.</li><li>Assist manufacturing engineer in solving production constraints.</li><li>Support production through independent review, root cause analysis, corrective action, discrepancy handling, and defect prevention.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good communication skills, both oral and written.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.</li><li>Must have good or corrected eyesight to ensure quality of work.</li><li>Strong practical technical ability.</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Associate Diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.</li><li>1+ years experience in injection molding maintenance, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair.</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Install, configure and deploy applications, hardware &amp; operating systems&nbsp;</li><li>Ongoing maintenance and support of Desktop/Laptop devices</li><li>Basic troubleshooting of hardware &amp; software</li><li>Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system</li><li>Work with and support team members on various projects</li><li>Provide timely resolution of issues</li><li>Work in collaboration with our 3rd party support contractor</li><li>Develop documents and implement standard operating procedures</li><li>Periodically provide 1st level support to users for all issues raised by phone, email, self-service or face to face</li><li>Any other duties as required</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field﻿</li><li>Proficiency in Windows desktop OS&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge O365 environment essential. Specifically, MS-Outlook &amp; TEAMs</li><li>Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within particular field</li><li>Experienced knowledge of Networks and IT infrastructure.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive &amp; solve technical issues through to completion</li><li>Excellent team player</li><li>Resourceful, self-educating and self-motivating</li><li>Excellent team player with strong communication and customer-facing skills</li><li>You must have strong organisation and time management skills</li><li>You may be required to travel to and / or support other sites</li><li>Motivated self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who works well to tight and varied deadline.</li></ul>
