Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Disseminate insights widely in the company through engagement with stakeholders and creation of reusable training content.</li><li>Co-own (with sales) the customer strategy and revenue / new opportunity pipeline within the focus application. Drive pipeline growth in partnership with sales and marketing teams, through effective value proposition development and communication, and sales coverage planning and optimization.</li><li>Maximize opportunity pipeline conversion by participating in pipeline reviews, providing input into our clients major project proposals and quotes to enhance win rates, and supporting sales and product management team members with customer presentations for major opportunities.</li><li>Generate ideas for enhancing our clients value proposition in the target application through Product Portfolio expansion.</li><li>Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams on portfolio expansion through New Product Introduction, Strategic Partnerships, or Acquisitions</li><li>Plan and execute external and internal ideation/innovation workshops to enhance application-specific product roadmaps.</li><li>Partner with marketing communications team to develop and execute ideas that position our client as a leader and trusted advisor to customers, through content such as whitepapers, webinars, tradeshows, and other technical marketing content.</li><li>Generate market knowledge and insights, including products, competitors, market trends, technology roadmaps and regulations.</li><li>Keep key stakeholders, including executive management, updated on these trends on an ongoing basis. Use the insights to develop actionable growth and market share expansion plans.</li><li>Be the “champion” for the focus application. Be the recognized “expert” and “leader” who sets the direction, and makes things happen to win in the focus application.</li><li>Deliver growth plans that cover both strategic (setting the long-term trajectory) and tactical (translating into 6-12 months action plans) horizons. Lead the implementation and execution of those plans.</li><li>Work closely with leadership to ensure that application plans are aligned with regional commercial plans, sales planning and our clients strategic objectives / key initiatives.</li></ul> Key objectives: <ul><li>Strategic projects to win in the focus application, including application roadmaps and plans for portfolio expansion into product adjacencies through partnerships / acquisitions.</li><li>Number and quality of joint product &amp; technology roadmaps with leading customers.</li><li>Commercial pipeline, and conversion.</li><li>Long-term revenue growth above the market growth rate.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy, industry marketing, or product management role in relevant industries. Deep knowledge and expertise in one or more of the focus applications.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, science or Engineering from a leading institution is required.</li><li>Demonstrated success with key marketing processes (e.g. market segmentation, strategic planning, competitive analysis, market research, new product development and launch, strategic marketing etc.)</li><li>Strong teamwork and leadership skills – success in delivering results in cross-functional, non-hierarchical, and cross-cultural environments. Ability to work effectively with and influence individuals at all organization levels.</li><li>Substantial project management experience in large, complex, global organizations.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to convey messages concisely in both text format and presentation format to busy executives.</li><li>Willingness to travel (up to 20%) to our clients locations, attending industry conferences, visiting customers etc.</li><li>Professional working proficiency in English required.</li></ul>

Performance Evaluation: <ul><li>Continuously monitor the performance of investments in portfolios and provide updates or adjustments based on research findings.</li><li>Track market conditions and assess how changes in economic conditions or company performance impact investment portfolios.</li><li>Evaluate the risk and return profiles of investments and suggest adjustments or rebalancing as needed.</li></ul> Risk Assessment: <ul><li>Assess the risk factors associated with investments, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.</li><li>Identify potential risks and their impact on the overall investment portfolio, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.</li><li>Monitor and report on changes in risk metrics, such as volatility, correlations, and market sentiment.</li></ul> Staying Updated with Industry Trends: <ul><li>Continuously stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact the investment landscape.</li><li>Regularly update knowledge of financial markets, securities, and asset classes.</li><li>Participate in conferences, webinars, and other professional development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Essential Qualifications : CA (Chartered Accountant), MBA (Finance), or equivalent.</li><li>Additional qualification in CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, investment analysis, or capital markets.</li><li>Knowledge of Debt and Equity Markets: A strong understanding of both debt and equity markets.</li><li>Capital Market Instruments: In-depth knowledge of various investment products like:</li><li>Mutual Funds</li><li>PMS (Portfolio Management Services)</li><li>INVITs (Infrastructure Investment Trusts)</li><li>REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts)</li><li>AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)</li><li>Insurance products</li><li>Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with the regulations governing the mutual fund, PMS, and insurance industries.</li><li>Analytical &amp; Report Writing: Proficiency in analysis, along with the ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured reports.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office: Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite, especially:</li><li>MS Excel (for data analysis and financial modeling)</li><li>MS Word (for report writing)</li><li>PowerPoint Presentation (for creating presentations)</li><li>Independent Performer: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.</li><li>Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Performance Under Pressure: Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under high-pressure situations.</li><li>Client Management: Prior experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.</li></ul>

Role Summary: <ul><li>As a successful Event Manager Webinars &amp; Webcasts, you will play an essential role in the customer experience as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers webinars and it effective on respective audiences.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be the contact person for our clients and production team with regards to webinars &amp; webcasts.</li><li>Be or quickly become a specialist in the field of communication within Webcasting.</li><li>Be a trusted advisor to our customers within various fields.</li><li>You know how to best reach the audience and provide key tips and tricks to our clients.</li><li>Provide assistance and comfort, you understand that being in front of the camera can be intimidating and know exactly how to put clients at ease</li><li>Inspire and guide the customers on a C-level through the entire process.</li><li>Manage/coordinate the internal and external suppliers on the day of the event to make it a success.</li><li>Encodes projects when necessary.</li><li>Identify new market developments and translate those internally</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in project management in a corporate environment</li><li>Adaptable and able to maintain a good project overview</li><li>Strive to achieve the best result together with the client, strong customer support skills</li><li>Be client-oriented and work as a strong team with your colleagues</li><li>Good command of English and the language of the country where you are based in</li><li>Excellent communicative and organizational skills</li><li>Flexible, proactive, result and service-focused</li><li>Broad knowledge of Information Communication Technologies</li></ul>
