Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings</li><li>Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with Travel Retail Zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with Travel Retail APAC needs (Travel Retail Exclusive Sets development for Chinese PAX)</li><li>Take ownership of international launches to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences in the Travel Retail channel.</li><li>Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)&nbsp;</li><li>Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales</li><li>Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&amp;L, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in marketing team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth sensitivity to our métier and in-depth product and brand knowledge</li><li>Research and market data analysis, highly analytical; Financial knowledge (P&amp;L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)</li><li>Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record</li><li>Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry</li><li>Good understanding of Chinese consumer and China’s digital eco-system</li><li>Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Sales and Marketing Growth Plans – Crafted plans to explode total company business growth in Foodservice Channel.&nbsp;</li><li>Portfolio Management – Working on multi-tier, multi-segment categories to accelerate growth across different consumer groups to maximize the business growth, sales, and profit for the company&nbsp;</li><li>Distributor Management – Working with distributors across the markets from business planning to marketing and sales strategies to in-store, below-the-line and above-the-line executions. Collaborate with distributors on sell-out analysis to uncover growth gaps and opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Consumer-centric Category-Country Strategy – Designed and introduced the consumer insight-based growth strategy by category-country combination to unlock category and market growth, which was previously non-existent in the company business.&nbsp;</li><li>Regional Campaign Design and Execution –Working on ideation, regional design and local adaptation and execution of campaigns that build on each category strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Select Customer Development – new business development of potential select key customers (FS/e-comm) that the KH distributor partner may engage for new sources of revenue.&nbsp;</li><li>Key Account Development – conduct Joint Value Plan with key customers in FOODSERVICE, and eCommerce.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the JVP is fully aligned with the distributor for monthly execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead/participate in the distributor monthly sales cycle operations plan to ensure timely execution of monthly category &amp; customer plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Supply Chain Management – Initiated the full supply chain tracking system for company Markets from ordering to shipping to systematize issue escalation and resolution (late ordering, delays, quality issues, customer complaints) more actionable.&nbsp;</li><li>Forecasting and Demand Planning – Leads the demand planning process with the distributors starting with sell-out analysis and campaign planning to sell-in forecasting and shipment planning. Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:Make safety inspections of all vessels prior to berthing or loading.Direct deep loaded vessels to a safe anchorage and lines up same for the departure channel upon ship's Master request.Investigate ship/pier related oil pollution incidents and prepares reports.Maintain permanent official log of vessels handled.Develops and maintains record of selected characteristics of all vessels handled.Maintain radio communications with vessels in the operating area; advises vessels of ballast condition required, berthing and unberthing time and other information to expedite ship movement and help with optimum scheduling.Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Senior Harbor Pilot Supervision.Give direct commands regarding steering orders, engine speed and use of anchors; directs tugs and/or mooring launches via radio assigned to berthing/unberthing operation.Direct Pier personnel or mooring launches in the order and sequence of putting out and taking in mooring lines.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree from a recognized and approved Maritime Studies College and have five-year experience, including at least four in Harbor Pilot or seagoing experience.Or you will hold High National Diploma from a recognized and approved Maritime Studies College and have six years’ experience, including at least four in Harbor Pilot or seagoing experience.You will have for Maritime Studies discipline is required for HND & Bachelor graduates.You must have Tanker Safety Course-Basic training in Oil/Chem/Gas.Helicopter and Underwater Escape Training Course is also necessary.

Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams in introduction of new End-Of-Line test processes at Company in collaboration with global team in headquarter and ensure test process robustness for FPY rate upkeep in series production.Actively contribute in NPI activities for development, implementation and release of robust EOL testing process.Support cross-functional team initiatives to continuously improve assembly line quality, safety and productivity.Improve and standardize assembly and test troubleshooting methods to enhance process efficiency, quality and safety.Actively contribute in pFMEA to analyse quality risks and define preventive and detective actions to mitigate them.Work closely with counterparts from company for new Equipment, Process and System development for technological advancement related to test processes.Engage in problem solving activities, implement corrective actions and effectively communicate those actions to all required personnel.Conduct training for Production Supervisor / Leader / assemblers in the use and applications of various testing systems / equipment / devices and processes.Provide technical support to production for troubleshooting of daily assembly and test process failures, investigate the root cause and establish corrective / preventive actions.Be the subject matter expert for functional / vacuum leak test processes and provide training to trainers, engineers, technicians and assemblersRequirements:Actively collaborate with global assembly process and test engineering team from headquarter for knowledge and technology transfer5-10 years experience in assembly testingSupport mechatronics engineering team to develop and sustain various assembly and test devices in assembly.Responsible of adaptation of inspection plans in test devices according to engineering requirements as per Bills of Materials.Support daily tasks as given by Management.
