Cloud Solution Specialist- Hybrid

EUC Desktop Engineer (M365)

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud architectures using Azure, VMware, and HCI platforms like Nutanix and Azure Stack HCI.</li><li>Provide strategic consulting on cloud migration, optimization, and best practices.</li><li>Manage and administer the hybrid cloud environment, including, provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.</li><li>Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.</li><li>Good Knowledge on Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architecture Framework (WAF)</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Connect, Azure AD DS, and related technologies.</li><li>Implementation and management of Public and internal DNS server.</li><li>Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell and Ansible.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hybrid cloud infrastructure and services.</li><li>Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and practices.</li><li>Designing and implementing IAM policies to ensure secure and efficient user access management.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for VMware environments, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues within the VMware infrastructure.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering and consulting, with a strong focus on Azure, VMware, and HCI platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, SQL PaaS, and security.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in backup tools and disaster recovery planning.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Design Expert, Nutanix) are highly desirable</li><li>Experience in deployment and configuration of VEEAM backup and replication tool.</li><li>Skilled in NetApp Storage Administration, capacity planning.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong general Linux administration skills including Shell scripting/Powershell</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.</li><li>Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications.</li><li>Keep a comprehensive record of all assets related data in a proper record keeping&nbsp;</li><li>Deploy and configure M365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) across user devices.</li><li>Manage updates and patches for M365 applications and desktop systems.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors for services</li><li>Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Operating systems: Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, iOS</li><li>VDI Solutions: Advanced knowledge of VMware Horizon, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Thin clients&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in device management &amp; troubleshooting for Windows, iOS/iPadOS.</li><li>Experience in M365 and configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc. is a plus</li><li>Device Management: Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, thin clients using Microsoft End Point Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris and Mobile Device Management Solutions.</li><li>Security: Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies and security best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff.</li><li>M 365 skills</li></ul>
