Overview: <ul><li>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy: <ul><li>Generate deep insight based on understanding of industries, customers, markets, consumers needs and competitive solutions</li><li>Lead analysis on portfolio prioritization to deliver business objectives</li><li>Plan marketing strategies to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial goal. Marketing Strategy Development:</li><li>Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape. Brand Management:</li><li>Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.</li><li>Develop and manage campaigns that enhance brand recognition and loyalty.</li><li>Create eye-catching, informative materials such as posters, banners, flyers, shelf-talkers, digital screens, and product brochures. Ensure these materials align with brand guidelines and reflect the product proposition effectively.</li></ul> Product Launches: <ul><li>Lead direct to consumer communications campaign and material development</li><li>Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches.</li><li>Coordinate marketing efforts to support new product introductions and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Create a compelling product offering and design appropriate point-of-sale materials, collaborating with the sales team to enhance product visibility and awareness in the market.&nbsp;</li></ul> Budget Management: <ul><li>Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various initiatives.</li><li>Monitor, tracking and report on campaign performance and budget adherence. Cross-Functional Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with sales, design, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives.</li></ul> Performance Analysis: <ul><li>Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketing performance and insights.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the MNC DTC (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare) sector.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Skills:</li><li>Strong understanding of various marketing tools and analytics.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in marketing software and CRM systems. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Improvement of the injection molding process.&nbsp;</li><li>Improvement and promotion of automation.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the production and maintenance of digital reports, visual kanbans in the injection molding workshop</li><li>Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and propose or implement solutions.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new systems, applications, or technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, machinery or related</li><li>More than 3 years of relevant work experience in precision injection molding/molding/intelligent manufacturing&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Power BI, Sailsoft, Excel/PowerǪuery, SǪL applications&nbsp;</li><li>Good reading and writing skills in English&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with injection mold design/process debugging is preferred, as well as the use of Creo, CAD and other software&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and/or adaptation of global animations designs to fit individual/local animations requirements.</li><li>Design animation &amp; launch podium, following the brands guidelines and marketing needs.</li><li>Coordinate the executions of promotions in accordance with the brands guidelines, and the adaptation of Travel Retailers’ requirements.</li><li>Take charge of counters update with the latest launch visuals, PLV, collaterals etc.</li><li>Create clear guidelines on the delegated brands for other teammates and contractors, to understand the new direction of launches and collaterals required executing the launch.</li><li>Support specific projects in travel retail business.</li><li>Manage and lead VM Executive</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in visual merchandising, PLV developments in retail business, preferably in Beauty or agency.&nbsp;</li><li>Higher Diploma or above on visual merchandising or related&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English and Chinese</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketchup</li><li>Mature, motivated, organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently.</li><li>Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all level</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Counter Design: <ul><li>Define, create and coordinate the brand retail design &amp; merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and implement this in line with the global brand objectives</li><li>Implement merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials) to brand objectives</li><li>Creation of POS material with VM answering the marketing plan needs</li><li>Co-undertake the conception, development, and follow-up of flagship stores with TRM, DMI and Zone</li></ul> Project Management for brand &amp; regions: <ul><li>Develop communication tools for countries to transmit brand values and identity (brand charter, negotiation rules etc)</li><li>Develop and follow guidebooks for different types of distribution and marketing events</li><li>Manage projects and adapt brand concept to local distribution constraints.</li><li>Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints</li><li>Coordination for regional projects</li><li>Develop a good relationship with suppliers and contractors</li></ul> Master Retail Design Fundamentals: <ul><li>Expresses and decodes brand’s image/value &amp; sense of purpose</li><li>Understands &amp; Integrates Market ‘specificities</li><li>Understands customer path &amp; shopper experience’s rules</li><li>Leads design prospective &amp; innovation</li></ul> Designs Customer Centric Retail Concept: <ul><li>Uplifts brand’s visual identity to build customer centric retail concepts</li><li>Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue</li><li>Defines &amp; ensures high quality standards</li></ul> Delivers Operational Implementation with Excellence: <ul><li>Adapts the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile</li><li>Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production</li><li>Cooperates with 360° internal &amp; external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience</li><li>Pilots &amp; Monitors RD’s efficiency in line with timelines and budget</li></ul> Act as a Business Driver: <ul><li>Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives</li><li>Negotiates with retailers about staging and implementations</li><li>Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Interior Design / Industrial Design</li><li>Project management skill</li><li>Good stakeholders’ management skill</li><li>Good understanding of the Travel retail environment &amp;/or Cosmetic industry</li><li>SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad&nbsp;</li><li>At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience&nbsp;</li><li>Candidates with more years of relevant experiences &amp; budget management, will be considered for senior level position</li></ul>
