Responsibilities: <ul><li>Non-standard automatic equipment design and development, execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, build, and execute automation design standard.</li><li>Handle machine or auto assembly line establish by external automation suppliers.</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in automating machinery. Strong programming capabilities, expertise in machine design, and a solid understanding of all machine components, including mechanical, electrical, and programming aspects.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience working with these components and the ability to drive improvements and automation within the system.</li><li>Background in automating assembly machines, as well as experience with molding, stamping, and plating machines.</li><li>Familiar with these processes—assembly, plating, molding, and stamping. But overall, the key requirement is strong machine automation experience.</li><li>Background in machine design and a strong understanding of machine components, including electrical, mechanical, and programming capabilities.</li><li>Candidates should present detailed portfolios showing their involvement in designing complex machinery, including visual representations like jigs and machine designs.</li><li>Knowledge in PLC programming, Human machine interface. Know how to use 2D . 3Dsoftware</li><li>Familiar with key manufacturing and engineering documents such as PFMEA, DFMEA, DFM, and FAA, which are critical for this role.</li><li>Proficient in mechanical aspects, with the ability to work with 2D and 3D software such as Creo, Autodesk, and AutoCAD. These skills will be key in ensuring the candidate can contribute to both the design and automation processes effectively.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Inspect parts for material defects and irregularities.</li><li>Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique(s).</li><li>Interpret, evaluate, and document results.</li><li>Generate NDT report, organize report and evaluate data for disposition.</li><li>Support product &amp; process failure root cause analysis.</li><li>Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Obtain and analyze information skillfully.</li><li>Provide support to manufacturing departmental Quality Control Inspectors, as necessary, to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.</li><li>Prepare QA reports as directed by the QA Manager.</li><li>Support the control of Non-conforming material process.</li><li>Support Calibration of equipment.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and to drive product quality.</li><li>Assist in the development of quality plans, implement established methods for new and existing products for inspection and test procedures.</li><li>Other appropriate duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Must be US citizen due to access to products and technology controlled under the ITAR &amp; EAR</li><li>Quality - demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and monitors own work.</li><li>Safety - actively promotes safety procedures; use all equipment and materials properly.</li><li>Oral Communication - Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.</li><li>Written Communication - Edit and present numerical data effectively.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills - maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Planning / Organization - Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently.</li><li>Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.</li><li>Must be familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized.</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and release material purchase orders (Raw Material, Semi-Finished and/or manufactured parts) to cover requirements and support customer demand, maintaining Inventory levels within target.</li><li>Review and Execute exception codes (messages) in system (example: 10, 15 and 20) for planned purchase orders or pending approvals, since they indicate a situation (Purchase Orders Placement, Changes and/or Cancellations) that need an action to prevent Inventory Excess, Material Shortages, etc.</li><li>Plan and execute system messages. Review and release system customer blocks with established frequency to maintain STR performance within goal and avoid Past Due.</li><li>Follow the appropriate escalation process to communicate on time any situation that could put in risk the normal performance of the business.</li><li>Track Shipments from supplier thru receiving, coordinating with logistics, customs, cross-dock, GLOG warehouse and receiving inspection to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monthly Review of Materials excess and obsolescence and follow procedure for proper disposition.</li><li>Analysis of safety stock levels to meet the changing sales trends/customer demand changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and implement preventive and corrective actions in the supply chain area.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing team to improve supplier’s performance.</li><li>Review and maintain related parameters for part numbers assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>More activities can be assigned by supervisor or manager as they are required to comply with the job role.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid VSM and Materials Manager in achievement of performance targets, including delivery (STR), inventory value, and cost avoidance/cost reduction.</li><li>Serve as cross functional liaison to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Minimum 3yrs to 5 years of experience as Planner/Buyer.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP System (SAP) in modules such as: Purchasing, PP, WM, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.) through PDCA.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in automotive plants.</li></ul>
