Team Leader Engineering

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead / Execute KWS RM COE and own Work Management element as part of reliability maintenance scope.</li><li>Drive implementation of KWS for RM COE among engineering, technical, and operations teams with regular engagement, preparation, and training.</li><li>Develop good relationships with other regional factories and strive for cross-learning and implementation of best practices for plant performance and KWS.</li><li>Delivery highest level of machine reliability with the optimum level of preventive, corrective &amp; condition-based base maintenance strategic formulation and implementation.</li><li>Responsible for guiding the team in conducting loss analysis using proper tools and identifying the root cause, improvement projects, and saving projects.</li><li>Leads the team as the expert point of contact for process, mechanical, and SAP-related consultation and support.</li><li>Creating the machine inventory list, following the updates and entering them into the system.</li><li>Act as the superuser for maintenance SAP and make sure the technical systems team has good SAP knowledge with regular coaching and training sessions.</li><li>Work on mechanical internal CAPEX project management by applying a reliability maintenance strategy for strategic investment and upkeep high machine reliability.</li><li>Owns Technician Training and development systems in support of Technician Progression.</li><li>To guard standards and regulations on EHS, QFS and other fundamentals by participating in and coaching during Leader Led Observations, Safety 7, Golden 6, and other EHS and QFS activities.</li><li>Always maintain a good level of documentation and evidence management to support all internal and external audits. (QFS, KWS, EHS, DOSH, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, and Global programs on FUS).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline with at least 2-5 years of working experience.</li><li>Sound practical knowledge of mechanical engineering (rotating equipment, fasteners, bearings, gearbox, valves, thermodynamics, material strength &amp; compatibility, etc.).</li><li>Practical knowledge of process equipment working mechanism and working principle (fryer, mixing, grinding, canister filling, packing machines, conveyors, etc.).</li><li>Preferably having work experience in F&amp;B industries with experience in SAP system</li></ul> Technical experience in the following systems: <ul><li>Digital sensory devices (e.g. capacitive/inductive/ magnetic/photoelectric sensor, electro-pneumatic actuator, etc.).</li><li>Numerical literacy of basic electrical engineering (motor power, electrical load, cable sizing) and process engineering (basic mathematics related to the physics of pressure, temperature, level, force, etc.).</li><li>Preferably with some process literacy in HVAC, compressed air supply, utility gas supply, potable and wastewater treatment.</li><li>Exposed and have hands-on experience with pillar approached performance management (KWS), CI tools, analysis tools, sound problem-solving skills, and coaching skills.</li><li>Good leadership skills and capable of managing 24/7 plans with critical thinking and strong people management skills.</li><li>Six Sigma Green Belt &amp; CAPEX project management will be added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for system operation including cleanroom, MAU, Dry Coil, FFU, AHU, CDA, Process Vacuum, PCW, Chiller, Cooling tower, Pumps System, Acid Scrubbers &amp; Exhaust system, Solvent Exhaust, General Exhaust system, Calamity Exhaust system, Fire protection and fire alarm system, air conditioning, etc.</li><li>Develop, maintain and review operational &amp; maintenance procedure and ensure facilities equipment operate in optimum level (efficiency, healthy, safe, etc.) together with Plant Facilities.</li><li>Review predictive and preventive maintenance of the system for continuous improvement together with Operation &amp; Maintenance.</li><li>Evaluate and review system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability.</li><li>Support, coach and guide technicians in operation &amp; maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.</li><li>Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventative/correction maintenance program and projects and compliance with various regulatory procedures.</li><li>Ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system</li><li>Aspect impact, FMEA, SDS, risk assessment, control plan&nbsp;</li></ul> Mechanical Facilities System Capacity Management: <ul><li>Capacity Review</li><li>Drawing Management</li></ul> Responsible for Mechanical Facilities System Training: <ul><li>Develop and maintain training material:</li></ul> Conduct training: <ul><li>Responsible for Mechanical System Maintenance. Review maintenance contract to ensure adequate maintenance suit to facilities system.</li><li>Work Order Support to close all defects and issues on time.</li><li>Facilities Projects Support – Infrastructure/Clean room/Facilities System (Upgrade, Expansion, Modification, Retrofit, Improvement, Robustness, Energy Saving, etc.)</li><li>Feasibilities Studies and Technical Review for Projects</li><li>Project Specification Preparation</li><li>Project Execution</li><li>Project Buy-Off</li><li>Facilities Expansion Plan</li></ul> Manufacturing Support: <ul><li>Plan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup</li><li>Support in Equipment hookup&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issue/expansion projects/improvement projects/etc.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder preferable in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Min. 3 years in similar capacity and working experience in related field</li><li>Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage day to day team activities of key account focused FAE(Field Application Engineer) team in the FAE US department&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all HR topics of the team&nbsp;</li><li>Train new team members in their role as key account focused FAEs&nbsp;</li><li>Advise and guide team members on key account specific business and technical details&nbsp;</li><li>Provide FAE US internal second level support for key account escalations&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Develop implementation strategies for account specific key elements of technology and product roadmaps.</li><li>Condense key account FAE feedback into technology and product roadmaps and project pipelines in order to provide a unified voice to the BUs and Corporate R&amp;D.</li><li>Integrate IDM focused global FAE input and feedback into key account NPI activities, escalation handling, product improvement projects, and product roadmap development</li><li>Contribute team input and customer application knowledge to local and global reporting through Account Team meetings, local company meetings, QBRs, TRMs, Competence Centers, Account Summits, Global Sales Meetings&nbsp;</li><li>Cover team member substitution tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Cover Engineering Manager substitution tasks&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Solid experience in vacuum engineering, preferably in the SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>Extensive exposure to developing products on system or sub-system level preferable in SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.</li><li>Min 7 years experience in vacuum engineering.</li><li>Affinity for people management and desire to care for individual team members and the whole team.</li><li>Good communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Awareness of on-time delivery, quality, and meeting commitments.</li><li>Technical skills in the field of customer processes, valve applications, and / or platforms.</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written) for communication with customers</li><li>Ability to work in a global matrix organization.</li></ul>
