Responsibilities:Manage day to day team activities of key account focused FAE(Field Application Engineer) team in the FAE US department Manage all HR topics of the team Train new team members in their role as key account focused FAEs Advise and guide team members on key account specific business and technical details Provide FAE US internal second level support for key account escalations  Develop implementation strategies for account specific key elements of technology and product roadmaps.Condense key account FAE feedback into technology and product roadmaps and project pipelines in order to provide a unified voice to the BUs and Corporate R&D.Integrate IDM focused global FAE input and feedback into key account NPI activities, escalation handling, product improvement projects, and product roadmap developmentContribute team input and customer application knowledge to local and global reporting through Account Team meetings, local company meetings, QBRs, TRMs, Competence Centers, Account Summits, Global Sales Meetings Cover team member substitution tasks Cover Engineering Manager substitution tasks Requirements:Solid experience in vacuum engineering, preferably in the SEMI / Display / Solar industries.Extensive exposure to developing products on system or sub-system level preferable in SEMI / Display / Solar industries.University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.Min 7 years experience in vacuum engineering.Affinity for people management and desire to care for individual team members and the whole team.Good communication skills (verbal and written).Awareness of on-time delivery, quality, and meeting commitments.Technical skills in the field of customer processes, valve applications, and / or platforms.Fluent in English (verbal and written) for communication with customersAbility to work in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities:Lead Technology related innovation projects in collaboration with internal and external customers as well as suppliersIdentify customer requirements and translate them into specifications for company componentsDevelop & maintain interface to elastomer / compound makersExtend network and partnerships with suppliers, customers, and R&D institutionsAcquire and document Technology Know-How about the usage & application within the Semi-industry (lithography, inspection, deposition, etch, etc.)Link, consult and support the colleagues from the different Business Units, product management and development, simulation, production and test laboratory in elastomer topics within CompanyManage company elastomer portfolio and guide the qualification process for new elastomers and decide about the possible scope of application in vacuum valvesRequirements:MSc or PhD Degree as Materials Scientist, Chemist or equivalent, preferably with knowledge on elastomers or rubber materials C(FKM, FFKM, etc.)5+ years of relevant experience, in sealing- surfaces, systems, materials, favoured if within the semiconductor industryKnowledge on analytics and characterization of rubber compoundsGood network with research partners and ideally within the semiconductor industryPolymer chemistry, Rubber processing, Rubber testingUnderstanding of different cure system — sulfur, peroxide, phenol, diamineElastomer properties understandingCompression and transfer mouldingMould cleaning & maintenanceAnodization, Surface preparation for adhesive bondingCleanroom GMPUnderstand sealing applicationChemical instrumentation for FAEnglish and German speaker, any other language will be considered advantageousMust be available to travel globally to suppliers and customers facilities (10-20%)

Responsibilities:You are expected to be able to perform the following:Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy, work and performance management strategy and conduct Maintenance health assessment in line with GME and corporate requirements. This includes PM and PdM strategies, Org. structures, manpower analysis, cost analysis, etc., and appraise and prepare reports on the effectiveness of such processes.Conduct data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization’s performance to identify gaps then set sustainable plan to close the gaps, this includes, but not limited to: Spending Analysis, Maintenance Effectiveness, operating costs of existing assets, PM, and PdM, Wrench time analysis, SAP Taxonomy, Planning & Scheduling, Personnel Competency, Budgeting Strategy, Bad Actors, and RAM Modeling. Analyze facilities’ maintenance performance to establish reference baseline & Issue frequent maintenance benchmarking reports to promote knowledge.Review maintenance reporting mechanism and KPIs along with their trends to drive performance and provide recommendations accordingly.Analyze maintenance spending in terms of manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsource strategies.Assist the line maintenance organizations in the implementation of approved programs such as TPRM or GM reliability model.Develop methods and programs for handling new situations in maintenance fields. This will include prototype pumps, motors, compressors, turbines, valves, instrument systems and computer systems.Design, in conjunction with engineering personnel and vendor representatives, alternative parts or systems.Represent AMSD on standing Committees, Special Task Groups or Ad Hoc Committees.Recommend work which can be economically assigned to contractor organizations and develops scope of work.Report to concerned Maintenance Supervisor & Manager on quality and quantity of workmanship and adherence to standards within his assigned areas and recommends improved work methods.Ensure that periodic maintenance is performed in accordance with vendor recommendations and Company's procedures and that maintenance logs and records are maintained. Reviews Project Proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design.Prepare Engineering Reports on maintenance activities/methods and means for their improvement. Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program. ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to perform the following:Conduct performance and compliance assessments for gas plants control systems and instrumentation and generate related reports.Participate in field investigation and troubleshooting activities when needed and provide recommendation to restore control systems.Conduct technical evaluations of control systems and instrumentation purchases.Perform engineering studies.Requirements:As successful candidate you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with minimum of (15) years of experience as field technical support, in the Oil/Gas industry.The candidate is expected to have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Control Systems (ESD), field sensors and measurement devices, control valves, safety valves, and process analyzers. It is also expected to have minimum knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for control systems and network.The candidate is expected to have knowledge of drawings and international standards related to control systems, instrumentation, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of CDU/VDU units whilst overseeing the unit’s operation and economics losses.Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models’ result to optimize unit operation.Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns / Startups by understanding the unit operating conditions and transient effects to recommend operations improvementsPerform specific tasks such as, but not limited to catalyst forecast/ evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.Lead process safety management overseeing HAZOP, PSR, SIL, PSSR, QRA, and Alarm Rationalization. Lead HAZOP/Process Safety Reviews of plant operations as well as new modifications.Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.Prepare design requests, budget justifications and detailed implementation plans for economically justifiable projects.As well as develop detailed engineering design packages for in-house process-oriented projects and follow up on implementation.Review in-detail and revise standard work procedures like new operating procedures, instructions, RIMs, alarm and ESD check list, MOC, HAZOP, JSA, Relive valves, plant drawings.Ensure environmental and safety awareness effectiveness with work closely with the facility Safety and Environment management to improve safety and achieve highest environmental standards.Liaise with vendors and technology licensors for process enhancements and changes as well as with Engineering Services Department for any technology assessment and piloting support.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery process unit experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling Crude distillation units.Exposure to different licensor technologies for Hydrocarbon treating is a plus.Certified PHA/HAZOP leader.Familiarity and understanding of the best practices, design principles, international engineering standards and specifications relevant to operation of the concerned process units.
