Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Engineer (Relocation)

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for system operation including cleanroom, MAU, Dry Coil, FFU, AHU, CDA, Process Vacuum, PCW, Chiller, Cooling tower, Pumps System, Acid Scrubbers &amp; Exhaust system, Solvent Exhaust, General Exhaust system, Calamity Exhaust system, Fire protection and fire alarm system, air conditioning, etc.</li><li>Develop, maintain and review operational &amp; maintenance procedure and ensure facilities equipment operate in optimum level (efficiency, healthy, safe, etc.) together with Plant Facilities.</li><li>Review predictive and preventive maintenance of the system for continuous improvement together with Operation &amp; Maintenance.</li><li>Evaluate and review system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability.</li><li>Support, coach and guide technicians in operation &amp; maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.</li><li>Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventative/correction maintenance program and projects and compliance with various regulatory procedures.</li><li>Ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system</li><li>Aspect impact, FMEA, SDS, risk assessment, control plan&nbsp;</li></ul> Mechanical Facilities System Capacity Management: <ul><li>Capacity Review</li><li>Drawing Management</li></ul> Responsible for Mechanical Facilities System Training: <ul><li>Develop and maintain training material:</li></ul> Conduct training: <ul><li>Responsible for Mechanical System Maintenance. Review maintenance contract to ensure adequate maintenance suit to facilities system.</li><li>Work Order Support to close all defects and issues on time.</li><li>Facilities Projects Support – Infrastructure/Clean room/Facilities System (Upgrade, Expansion, Modification, Retrofit, Improvement, Robustness, Energy Saving, etc.)</li><li>Feasibilities Studies and Technical Review for Projects</li><li>Project Specification Preparation</li><li>Project Execution</li><li>Project Buy-Off</li><li>Facilities Expansion Plan</li></ul> Manufacturing Support: <ul><li>Plan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup</li><li>Support in Equipment hookup&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issue/expansion projects/improvement projects/etc.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder preferable in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Min. 3 years in similar capacity and working experience in related field</li><li>Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage day to day team activities of key account focused FAE(Field Application Engineer) team in the FAE US department&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all HR topics of the team&nbsp;</li><li>Train new team members in their role as key account focused FAEs&nbsp;</li><li>Advise and guide team members on key account specific business and technical details&nbsp;</li><li>Provide FAE US internal second level support for key account escalations&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Develop implementation strategies for account specific key elements of technology and product roadmaps.</li><li>Condense key account FAE feedback into technology and product roadmaps and project pipelines in order to provide a unified voice to the BUs and Corporate R&amp;D.</li><li>Integrate IDM focused global FAE input and feedback into key account NPI activities, escalation handling, product improvement projects, and product roadmap development</li><li>Contribute team input and customer application knowledge to local and global reporting through Account Team meetings, local company meetings, QBRs, TRMs, Competence Centers, Account Summits, Global Sales Meetings&nbsp;</li><li>Cover team member substitution tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Cover Engineering Manager substitution tasks&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Solid experience in vacuum engineering, preferably in the SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>Extensive exposure to developing products on system or sub-system level preferable in SEMI / Display / Solar industries.</li><li>University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.</li><li>Min 7 years experience in vacuum engineering.</li><li>Affinity for people management and desire to care for individual team members and the whole team.</li><li>Good communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Awareness of on-time delivery, quality, and meeting commitments.</li><li>Technical skills in the field of customer processes, valve applications, and / or platforms.</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written) for communication with customers</li><li>Ability to work in a global matrix organization.</li></ul>

This responsibility has driven them to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that they supply.The RoleWe are seeking a Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our Unconventional Resources Operation Department.The Unconventional Resources Operation Department is responsible for operating all the surface facilities, which include the field wells and processing facilities.Your primary role will be to lead the mechanical design review, follow the construction and leading the commissioning and testing activities for the new shale gas facilities. You will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. In addition, you will have a detailed understanding of product properties, customer applications and requirements.You must also demonstrate the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams producing reports, studies and presentations that are pivotal in shaping management’s decisions. Key Responsibilities:·       Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix rotating equipment and mechanical systems.·       Develop the engineering designs packages for the new installation and upgrade projects.·       Review project proposals and detailed design packages for new facilities.·       Participate on the testing and commissioning of the new facilities and turnaround and inspection (T&I).·       Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.·       Analyze system performance and find solution for energy saving.·       Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgrade.·       Test and pilot new technologies.·       Ensure full HSE compliance.·       Report and analyze key performance indices.·       Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.·       Lead feasibility/profitability studies for new facilities.·       Contribute to business unit strategy.·       Assist in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.·       Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to our clients capital investment decisions.·       Maintain and expand on contacts within the industry.·       Regularly interact with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis. Minimum Requirements:·       As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. A master’s degree is preferred.·       A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration will be desirable but is not essential.·       You will have at least 10 years of experience in the industrial operation facility; a shale gas facility is preferred. You should also have a good knowledge of the modular skids mounted unit.·       You must have a working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API, such as API-STD-610 and API-STD-617.·       You will have experience with creating/modifying PFDs, and P&IDs.·       You will have experience with troubleshooting and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment, such as air compressors, pumps and diesel generators.·       You will have experience in creating schematics and piping diagrams.·       You must be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed rotating equipment.·       You will have experience with rotating equipment and piping field installation, commissioning and testing.·       You will have experience in specifying piping and equipment layout.·       You should be capable of communicating with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects. You must have proven ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels within the organization. Capable of spotting and reconciling conflicting views and interests among different parts of the organization·       Strong written and oral communication skills are a requirement. You should be able to communicate what are frequently complex technical, economic and commercial concepts in a clear and succinct manner to individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds.·       A Hands-on person who will immediately command the professional respect of others who possess longtime practical experience of working in or serving the industry.
