Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead Suppliers Audit of Supply Chain domain, support suppliers in diagnosing issues, analyzing data/process/system, drive action plans on continuous improvement</li><li>Governance actions progress with suppliers, make sure all open actions to be implemented and closed on time. Lead and document Supplier audit reports, create guidance book and strategy plans for long run.</li><li>Collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and vendors to align their processes with the transformation goals.</li><li>Establishing strong partnerships to drive mutual success.</li><li>Strategy Development: Developing a clear and comprehensive ‘Upstream Planning Blueprint’ for global network of BU Outside Group Vendor.&nbsp;</li><li>Involves identifying opportunities for improvement, setting objectives (long term and short term), and outlining the roadmap to achieve the desired changes.</li></ul> Vendor Delivery Performance Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor, Track and Orchestrate the Vendor Operations Performance with Organization on regular basis against established KPI (MOQ, Lead Times, Shipment Reliability, Forecast Reliability).</li><li>Analyze historical performance data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding vendor relationships and drive supplier accountability.</li><li>Lead Regular cross-functional reviews to share insights on Trends, Deviations, Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan Progress. Address Issues and drive Decision Making with stake holders to mitigate risks.</li><li>Digitalize to help in animation. Heatmaps to drive focus and prioritization.</li><li>Qualify and Guarantee Vendor Master Data Health</li></ul> Process Optimization:&nbsp; <ul><li>Evaluating existing upstream supply chain processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.</li><li>Implementing best practices and ensuring that processes are standardized and streamlined across factories.</li><li>Establish supply network operational excellence (SNOE) reviews with Key Vendor at regular frequency, with clear agenda and agreed action plan to improve performance.</li><li>Partner with Global Logistics to enable Raw Material Central Planning Hub&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Drive IBP adoption towards forecast propagation and capacity commit backs.</li></ul> Upstream Vendor Portal: <ul><li>Be key user of BU Pilot of new external Vendor Portal solution. Drive successful Pilot, Broader roll out and adoption.</li><li>Establish current work process state, and journey map to Ideal End-Stage.</li><li>Articulation and maximization of value creation.</li><li>Skill Network and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing cross-BU network of Subject Matter Experts.</li><li>Sharing Best Practices, Documentation, and development of BU Upstream Playbook, including Make-Buy Decision Making, New Product Introduction (NPI), vendor changes, industrial transfers, and business acquisition.</li></ul> Risk Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the upstream supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Ensuring supply chain resilience and contingency planning to handle disruptions effectively.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.</li><li>Seeking feedback from stakeholders and leveraging lessons learned to refine strategies, establishing volution of in-process KPIs and achieve better results.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A bachelors degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a multinational and complex global environment.</li><li>Progressively more responsibility and experience in Procurement and Factory Supply Chain Management leadership roles.</li><li>High proficiency in Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management.</li><li>Must be a recognized leader for continuous improvement.</li><li>Abilities to drive and oversees multiple Projects End-to-End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management.</li><li>Competent with supply chain management software (SAP Must, IBP is a plus) and analytics tools.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across different locations.</li><li>Understand business drivers and able to balance between short- and long-term objectives.</li><li>Excellent ‘English’ communication skills to articulate and engage stakeholders at all levels.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Overview:We are seeking a Corrosion Engineer to join the Northern Area Corrosion & Inspection Division (NAC&ID), under Northern Area Technical Support Department (NATSD). NATSD provides engineering support for the Northern Area Oil Operations with specialized engineering and technical knowledge in the areas of various disciplines to maximize profitability and meet the highest standards of safety and environment.Responsibilities:Develop Corrosion Management Plans (CMP) for the operating facilities as perstandardsDevelop, implement and maintain corrosion mitigation plans for the operating facilities through chemical treatment (corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides, oxygen scavenger etc.), coating and material selectionConduct assessments for onshore and offshore facilities.This includes scheduling the implementation of initial/evergreening assessments, facilitating the data collection and entry into the software etc.Develop and implement corrosion monitoring plans for the operating facilities using corrosion coupons, corrosion probesCarry out failure investigation and provide recommendations to prevent failures and improve integrity of the plants and pipelines Develop, maintain and optimize On-Stream Inspection (OSI) programs for the facilitiesSupport facility improvements by reviewing design packages for maintain potential and new projects and providing comments related to corrosion monitoring, corrosion mitigation plans including but not limited to material selection, installation of Corrosion Monitoring systems (CMS), Chemical Treatments, Corrosion Risk Management, OSI etc.Work with inspection during plant shutdown and during turnaround and inspection (T&I) for evaluation of internal and external corrosion issues and coating assessmentsRequirements:As the successful candidate you Will hold a Bachelor’s degree in materials, metallurgical or chemical engineering (or other relevant discipline) with a focus on corrosion.Shall have NACE senior Corrosion Technologist certification. NACE specialist certifications would be considered advantageousShould have a Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry. At least 5 years’ experience in Risk-Based Inspection analysis methodology including qualitative and quantitative/semi-quantitative assessment skills of the probability of failure (PoF) and the consequence of failure (CoF).You should have API-580 certification.Must have a Knowledge of internal and external corrosion mechanisms common to upstream oil and gas industry and corresponding corrosion managementMust have a Knowledge of corrosion mitigation (coating, cathodic protection, chemical inhibition and material selection) & corrosion monitoring techniques (coupons, probes, on-stream inspection, in-line inspection, etc.)Are familiar with government regulations and industry codes and standards (NACE, API, ASME, etc.), specifically regarding equipment integrityHave a working experience of reviewing the project proposal, projects design, and detail design and construction stages

Role Description:We are seeking a Safety Engineer focusing on Drilling & Workover Operations to join the Loss Prevention organization (LP), which is the corporate safety organization. We provide both day-to-day in-field occupational and process safety support to operations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting function. Our field offices are located in Abqaiq, Riyadh, Ras Tanura, Dhahran, Udhailiyah, Jeddah (including Yanbu and Jazan), and Tanajib. Through these offices, LP provides its services to all facilities and departments that are located throughout the Kingdom.The primary role as a Safety Engineer (Loss Prevention Engineer) is to is to provide daily support to upstream organizations to provide field and office safety support to manage safety in petroleum engineering, exploration, drilling and workover related activities, including unconventional resources and seismic operations.Responsibilities: As the successful candidate, you will have the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to:Facilitate implementation of the Safety Management System, as well as its objectives and expectations, including developing associated safety processes, and participating in self-assessments.Inspect to onshore and offshore drilling rigs, workover equipment, and other support facilities and have in-depth knowledge of well control equipment and procedures (i.e., attended Basic Well Control School).Identify, evaluate, recommend actions, and follow up on critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to operational safety practices (e.g., work at height, isolation/LOTO, permit to work, hydrogen sulfide, confined space entry, excavations).Participate in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.Develop and/or review corporate safety standards, instructions and procedures related to upstream operations and formalize them into company-documented practices as required.Review designs of oil and gas field facilities for compliance with company and industry safety standards.Assist in the development of Emergency Response Plans for credible scenarios. Attend emergency drills as observer and provide feedback.Respond to emergency situations and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.Support the reporting, classification and investigation all incidents, and participating in incident investigations, determination of root causes, and proper recommendations to prevent recurrence.Deliver Loss Prevention-specific training to employees, contractors, and outside parties.Mentor other LP personnel.Requirements:As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline from an Accredited Institution, and seven years of relevant oil and gas upstream industry experience, including a strong track record in delivering results.  This would include areas such as: Drilling & Workover operations; well planning and approval; reservoir management; geology and geophysics; project management for upstream facilities development; oil & gas field development; simultaneous operations (SIMPOS) between upstream and construction/downstream operations; offshore and onshore drilling rig safety inspections; managerial audits/assessments; and safety program and emergency response plans development.You will have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.Have a working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS).Working Environment:Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.Our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
