Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading and work together with a team of 3rd party service contractors on site; Provide day to day IT support and resolution services to users for technical assistance and support; troubleshoot PC operations which will enable end-users to operate daily business efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be Accountable, manages and owns all IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IWPS domain&nbsp;</li><li>The incumbent should possess an excellent understanding of service desk procedures as well as an understanding of desktop software, hardware, and communications.</li><li>Action critical controls: User account management in windows based Active Directory systems</li><li>Responsible for service requests logging, the prioritization and escalation of all services related Service Desk calls within company Thailand</li><li>Works closely with all levels of function leaders to communicate and resolve systems issues in each functional area</li><li>Proactively manage and/or participate in various IT-related projects&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic system (performance, usage, traffic, reliability, fault &amp; failure, backup status, DR status, patch, security violation and so on) &amp; inventory assessment to provide periodic management reporting and quickly communicate issues and recommendations when necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete action plans for their recommendations in a timely manner</li><li>Trouble and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security</li><li>Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures and how Information Technology is supporting the business within functional business units</li><li>Make sure all IT related work is done in compliance with company’s policy.</li><li>Maintain IT Policies, Procedures Manual, IT Operational Procedures, System Risk Assessment, and IT DR plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; monitor access control approved by Data Security.</li><li>Recommend hardware/ software/ services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors’ service provided.</li><li>Maintain contracts/ documents with IT service vendors.</li><li>Manage compliance with agreed IT support processes and standards and escalates issues regarding non-compliance to the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Works as part of project team to deliver infrastructure elements of projects as directed by the Project Manager and / or the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Leads any local infrastructure upgrade projects with support and guidance from regional IT Infrastructure Managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years of IT infrastructure/End user support experience. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must.</li><li>Significant computer literacy including understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Possess broad knowledge of business principles and must be able to apply them to technological solutions and business situations.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ownership mindset to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and ensure the result delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, planning, analytical skills and project management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) and other languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Base Technical Skill:</li><li>Windows 10 &amp; 11</li><li>Windows Server 2012 and newer&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>Symantec Backup and Antivirus Technologies</li><li>Cisco Network Technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft Enterprise and collaboration tools such as Teams &amp; SharePoint Online</li><li>Android OS based Scan Gun Technology</li><li>Microsoft Teams Meeting Room VC Solution</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Utilize SAP ECC/Enterprise applications experience to enhance and streamline business processes.</li><li>Engage in business partnering to understand and address the needs of stakeholders across all key functions.</li><li>Lead the mapping and documentation of business processes across various departments.</li><li>Assist PM in Project manage/serve as PM on the delivery of IT services, ensuring value addition and coordination with regional/global teams and vendors.</li><li>Achievement of streamlined and well-documented key business processes, reducing organizational risk.</li><li>Successful definition and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with respective IT domains managers.</li><li>Effective leadership in system testing and validation for major implementations.</li><li>Support provided to finance, commercial, supply chain, and R&amp;D relationship managers through process documentation, user requirement gathering, testing oversight, and project management for small-medium projects.</li><li>Provision of business partnering services for smaller corporate functions such as HR, corporate affairs, and legal, including annual high availability application testing coordination.</li><li>Stakeholder communications and engagement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years Business Analyst, Business consulting and/or Project Management and Delivery. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must</li><li>SAP hands on experience is a must (SAP ECC6 / SAP S4 HANA)</li><li>Requires experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes, in a manufacturing context.</li><li>Self-motivated, highly visible and an engaging point of contact, who enjoys working with people</li><li>The ability to embrace change, be adaptable and foster a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence with technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including technical documentation skills</li><li>Business process mapping experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity&nbsp;</li><li>Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a regional and global team.</li><li>Can do attitude; high say-do.&nbsp;</li><li>Sees documentation and structure as a strong ally.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading &amp; speaking).</li></ul>
