Responsibilities: • Lead writing projects from inception to completion, including planning timelines, assigning tasks, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.• Lead a team of medical/scientific content writing professionals who work closely with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to deliver content for key clients within agreed timelines.• Oversee smooth functioning of the team starting from kick-off meeting with the client to understanding client expectations, allocating appropriate resources, and ensuring final delivery in a timely manner.• Review the different types of medical education and communication programs/deliverables and provide an expert view when needed to enhance the client experience.• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, guidelines, and best practices related to medical writing and ensure that all documents comply with these standards.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams regarding documentation-related inquiries and updates.&nbsp;• Coordinate with cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of projects.• Ensure team’s adherence to processes, scientific code of conduct (reference-backed writing) and ethics of writing.• Sending out contents to the clients and coordinate with them for completion of the project as per time lines.• Anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues related to the client or the account.• Conduct an appraisal for the team members and develop a suggested career path.• Comprehensive understanding of the organization’s service offerings and processes.• Responsible for recruitment and screening of candidates for medical writing positions.• Ensure that the team members are working in alignment with the client’s needs keeping in mind the interests of the organization.• Conduct training sessions for content leads, medical writers &amp; and reviewers to provide technical guidance to the team and help them solve queries. Requirements: • Qualification: MBBS / Ph. D / BDS / MDS / Pharm D / M. Pharm (Pharmacology)• Experience and Expertise in;• End-to-end management of medico-marketing deliverables and scientific slide decks for multinational companies (MNCs).• Managed work for varied therapy areas showcasing deep therapy area knowledge.• Delivered high-quality content under tight timelines.• Written different types of manuscripts.• Proficient in Veeva systems.• Led a team of at least 5-10 professionals.• Experience in coordinating with design teams for seamless project execution.• Comprehensive understanding of MNC work flow, compliance, quality standards and timeline expectations.• Substantial knowledge of varied therapeutic areas, regulatory/scientific guidelines and key statistical concepts.• Highly organised, proactive, respects metrics driven timelines and accountability for quality.
