QA Team Leader

Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Analysis of product and production systems to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Management of an engineering team of 8 people.</li><li>Training and motivating employees along the lines of quality efforts.</li><li>Perform quality control from materials to finished products.</li><li>Conducting quality audits and documenting their results.</li><li>Setting quality goals and coordinating measures to achieve them.</li><li>Preparation of reports and their analysis of internal processes.</li><li>Handling of complaints and blocking/issuance of products</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Relevant college or university degree in a technical field.</li><li>Relevant experience in the automotive industry (5+ years): experience in customer and/or supplier quality matters.</li><li>Knowledge of quality assurance systems Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).</li><li>Knowledge of IATF 16949.</li><li>VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification.</li><li>Strong computer skills, MS-Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).</li><li>Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, spoken and written.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Supervise and develop manufacturing processes.</li><li>Supervise and supervise production process control and supervision.</li><li>Leading and supporting process improvement projects.</li><li>Supporting and managing process improvement projects, including the development and implementation of process improvement projects.</li><li>Working closely with the production team to achieve targets</li><li>Preparation and updating of production documentation - Operating instructions, setup instructions, PFMEA.</li><li>Training of technical colleagues</li><li>Liaising with foreign project teams.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis of customer complaints and implementation of actions.</li></ul> Requirement:&nbsp; <ul><li>Technical diploma.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in FMEA management.</li><li>Minimum of FMEA experience FMEA experience in the field of product development.</li><li>Knowledge of problem solving methodologies (5why, Ishikawa, 8D, A3).</li><li>Willingness and motivation to learn and develop.</li><li>Project management skills would be an advantage.</li></ul>
