ABOUT: We are building a world class Global Trade Services (GTS) organization and the GTS - Automotive Business Unit senior analyst (based in Hungary) plays a critical role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Business Unit (BU). The GTS AUT BU senior analyst serves as a trusted advisor and key team member within TE’s Operational Compliance team for the BU. The purpose of this role is to facilitate TE’s compliance, at the BU level, with import and export regulations globally to enhance global trade compliance, reduce risk, increase responsiveness to issues and opportunities, and support effective operational aspects of international trade. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate and thrive in a global environment while maintaining integrity, taking accountability, and working together.&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute trade operations and provide compliance oversight for the assigned BU in EMEA to ensure TE’s compliance with import/export laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain trade operations and compliance activities in accordance with TE policies, procedures, and controls, in collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the BU</li><li>Act as a point of contact for BU stakeholders in EMEA on trade-related matters.</li><li>Actively contribute to duty savings and other projects</li><li>Embed and train GTS SOPs and other processes locally</li><li>Work with BU stakeholders and counsel in EMEA to understand business changes and develop trade-related solutions/strategies and controls to ensure compliance</li><li>Maintain BU-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the operations</li><li>Partner with Trade Compliance Professionals and Stakeholders across the Enterprise</li><li>Partner with GTS Governance to monitor trade compliance regulatory and legislative changes, assess the potential impact to the BU, and determine the necessary actions and communications to the appropriate stakeholders</li><li>Work with GTS Governance teams to conduct trade compliance audits and oversee corrective action plans</li><li>Partner with GTS Governance to develop and administer effective trade compliance training as required throughout the region and organization</li><li>Ensure appropriate utilization of the GTS Operations Service Centre for product classification (import and export), restricted party screening, and duty savings compliance, and otherwise ensure proper country of origin determination, valuation, and admissibility</li><li>Work with the Operational Service Centres to identify, evaluate and administer opportunities to facilitate trade in a cost-effective and compliant manner (e.g., make use of applicable Free Trade Agreements, processing regimes etc.)</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with internal functions, including corporate functions, to encourage awareness of global trade compliance issues, pro-actively identify trade risk and threats, and develop appropriate trade compliance controls</li><li>Talent Development &amp; Leadership</li><li>Create a culture of engagement and performance in alignment with TE’s core values</li><li>Lead by example and act with empathy</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree required (international business, supply chain, law, or related field)</li><li>6+ years’ experience in global trade compliance</li><li>Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in supporting trade functions within an industrial, communications, transportation, or similar business</li><li>Functional knowledge of import and export regulations and familiarity with customs practices in Hungary and preferably other countries in the EMEA region</li><li>Functional knowledge of customs classification, including direct experience classifying products under the Harmonized Tariff System</li><li>Preferred: Functional knowledge of export classification</li><li>Preferred: Familiarity with customs valuation (e.g., assists, transfer price adjustments)</li><li>Preferred: Experience in post-entry/post-shipment audits and process audits in general</li><li>Preferred: Experience actively participating in cross-functional group projects</li><li>Experience interfacing directly and effectively with government agency authorities</li><li>Advanced Excel and/or PowerBI skills are a plus</li><li>Proven ability to work with variety of business groups, including supply chain, legal, procurement and finance</li><li>Highly developed decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent organizational habits and priority management</li><li>Ability to foster teamwork and internal and external relationships</li><li>Customer focused with a commitment to quality</li><li>Preferred: Customs Broker License or other Customs / Trade certification&nbsp;</li><li>Travel may be necessary in fulfilment of responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Articulate a clear vision for the business unit based on company objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to define the strategy of BU based on market opportunities, customer needs and therapeutic franchise goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver BU objectives and build a solid Annual Brand Plans, including revenue growth and financial target, commercial execution, profitability, expense control, process optimization, productivity, employee development, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team for forecasting &amp; analytics to develop appropriate forecasts to drive commercial success and accuracy.</li><li>Improving result by monitoring key operational metrics, measurements, and targets.</li><li>Develop strategy to manage and engage Key Opinion Leaders and key customers of our products, maintenance strong relationship with them.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide leadership and support to team, establish and lead high-performance team which includes talent identification, development plans and succession plans.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University Degree with Science education ( eg: pharmacy, medicine ). MBA is advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum 15 years successful sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices both sales and marketing with mixed local pharmaceutical and global pharmaceutical experiences. </li><li>At least 8 year must be in managerial position.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience in portfolio of Cardiovascular &amp; Metabolic, or Gastrointestinal, or Ob&amp;Gyn or Respiratory, or Neuroscience or Paediatric or Medical Device.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s, policies and guidelines.</li><li>Preferable someone with close engagement with multi medical association including internal medicines, gastrohepatologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, neurologist, obstetric and gynaecologist, and surgeon.&nbsp;</li><li>Possesses strong understanding of market and sales strategy. Track record in defining, planning and shaping strategies and initiatives that set direction for business unit and/or function.</li><li>Proven successful track records in achieving sales target with entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Experience involving managing financial performance, P&amp;L responsibilities.</li><li>Experience with significant people demands, track record of attracting &amp; developing talent, developing bench strengths and managing complex, diverse and remote workforce (People Management &amp; development of team)</li><li>Client Interface</li></ul> Key Working Relationships <ul><li>Local and International KOLs</li><li>Main National &amp; Regional stakeholders</li><li>Medical societies and patient associations</li><li>Internal stakeholders incl.
