Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Equipment design and debugging reception <ul><li>Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project</li></ul> Technical support <ul><li>Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/change over</li></ul> Problem solving <ul><li>Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line</li><li>Responsible for the effective communication across the company</li></ul> Training guidance <ul><li>Instruct technicians and participate in automatic line maintenance and product changeover work</li><li>Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering/automation/mechatronics, the academic requirements can be relaxed for outstanding candidates</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;</li><li>Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;</li><li>Robot knowledge will be a plus;</li><li>Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;</li><li>Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing;</li><li>Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.</li><li>English skills, able to ready technical materials in English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead Suppliers Audit of Supply Chain domain, support suppliers in diagnosing issues, analyzing data/process/system, drive action plans on continuous improvement</li><li>Governance actions progress with suppliers, make sure all open actions to be implemented and closed on time. Lead and document Supplier audit reports, create guidance book and strategy plans for long run.</li><li>Collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and vendors to align their processes with the transformation goals.</li><li>Establishing strong partnerships to drive mutual success.</li><li>Strategy Development: Developing a clear and comprehensive ‘Upstream Planning Blueprint’ for global network of BU Outside Group Vendor.&nbsp;</li><li>Involves identifying opportunities for improvement, setting objectives (long term and short term), and outlining the roadmap to achieve the desired changes.</li></ul> Vendor Delivery Performance Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor, Track and Orchestrate the Vendor Operations Performance with Organization on regular basis against established KPI (MOQ, Lead Times, Shipment Reliability, Forecast Reliability).</li><li>Analyze historical performance data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding vendor relationships and drive supplier accountability.</li><li>Lead Regular cross-functional reviews to share insights on Trends, Deviations, Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan Progress. Address Issues and drive Decision Making with stake holders to mitigate risks.</li><li>Digitalize to help in animation. Heatmaps to drive focus and prioritization.</li><li>Qualify and Guarantee Vendor Master Data Health</li></ul> Process Optimization:&nbsp; <ul><li>Evaluating existing upstream supply chain processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.</li><li>Implementing best practices and ensuring that processes are standardized and streamlined across factories.</li><li>Establish supply network operational excellence (SNOE) reviews with Key Vendor at regular frequency, with clear agenda and agreed action plan to improve performance.</li><li>Partner with Global Logistics to enable Raw Material Central Planning Hub&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Drive IBP adoption towards forecast propagation and capacity commit backs.</li></ul> Upstream Vendor Portal: <ul><li>Be key user of BU Pilot of new external Vendor Portal solution. Responsibilities : <ul><li>Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on our client products for the purpose of Engineering Evaluation and Qualification.</li><li>Prepare samples using hand tools and soldering.</li><li>Run a variety of computer and microprocessor-controlled test equipment.</li><li>Set-up &amp; operate environmental, mechanical and electrical test equipment</li><li>Review and summarize data.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of test results by complying with Corporate, Business Unit and local quality system requirements.</li><li>Review active test programs and final test results to ensure that performance requirements are met.</li><li>Capable of working to specifications, drawings, diagrams, and schematics.</li><li>Ensure all safety requirements are met and followed</li><li>Write test documentation and reports.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Overtime or temporary shift in hours may be required at times to support high priority business needs.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>A preferred candidate should have, or be actively pursuing, an HNC or equivalent in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or have 3-5 years’ experience in testing.</li><li>Background of mechanical experience to aid fixture design and construction.</li><li>Good soldering skills and manual dexterity.</li><li>Hands on experience for tearing apart assemblies / sub-assemblies of electro mechanical parts</li><li>Good Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of Six Sigma tools will be an added advantage</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li><li>Ability to work in a hands-on environment.</li><li>Ability to work well with others of diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Knowledge of Global Certifications and Regulatory Standards (UL, IEC, MIL etc.) is an advantage</li><li>Must be capable of multitasking and taking full ownership of assigned projects.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or UK Military controls.</li></ul>
