Master degree is preferred</li><li>Have 6 to 10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development.</li><li>Have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.</li><li>Have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.</li><li>Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.</li><li>Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.</li><li>Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.</li><li>Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.</li><li>Have strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations. Work with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately.</li><li>Evaluate, suggest, and manage credit limits for both new and existing customers and identify any credit risks.</li><li>Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to address billing inquiries proactively and facilitate prompt payments.</li><li>Work closely with the revenue team on billing flows from Salesforce, and with the implementation team to coordinate on invoicing, in line with company service level agreements and terms and conditions.</li><li>Compile and present comprehensive weekly accounts receivable reports to drive insights on aging, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the accounts receivable domain.</li><li>Spearhead, participate in, and execute initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate accuracy (inclusive of process changes and/or system migrations).</li><li>Other duties or functions as may be needed and assigned.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review).</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Accounts Receivable roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, and managerial skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (ERP and/or Accounts Receivable software systems; knowledge of SAP Cloud is a plus).</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Supervises and oversees the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs working for engaged in carrying out programmed work.Supervises and oversees all operations performed on wells.Makes recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.Coordinates deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.Ensures that contractor meets all requirements of his contract.Works with Drilling and Workover engineers to see that modern drilling practices are followed.Approves contractor daily tour report.Ensures that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.Ensures that Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing and crew response. Assures that rig and personnel comply with established safety standards and procedures.Requirements:Completion of ITC: English, ERW; Math, MI.Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.B.S. degree in Engineering.Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.

Responsibilities:Oversee physical/chemical/microbiological testing and analyses of pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients and finished drug products, including release, stability testing, cleaning verification test, and in-process testing.Supervise daily work of Chemists, Microbiologists and Technicians; provide guidance and directions when necessary. Conduct lab investigations and prepare deviations as needed.  Testing:Execute work schedule, review analysts’ notebooks and supervise analysts in day-to-day operations to ensure the compliance of SOP, cGMP, GLP, DEA regulations and/or MSDS.Understand analytical instrument operation/maint. of HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, GC, dissolution tester, melting point apparatus, viscometer, Karl Fischer titrator, pH meter, analytical balance, etc. Expert in analytical instrumentation to assure quality of test results.Review notebooks and instrument logbooks. Release test results to QA or other departments in a timely manner.Ensure timely completion of stability testing, provide data to regulatory groups, and conduct data trending during product shelf life.Perform methods development, transfer, verification and validation activities. Coordinate and assist with evaluation of Process Validations studies.   Documentation Practice, Training and Compliance:Ensure work of staff is in compliance with good documentation practices per company's SOP and cGMP regulations in the laboratory.  Prepare and review laboratory documents such as Laboratory Deviations, Investigations, and Test Methods in a timely manner.Enforce all applicable safety and standards guidelines, DEA regs and/or MSDS in lab. Ensure analysts are trained properly before they conduct corresponding testing.Lab Maintenance:Perform housekeeping on regular basis. Oversee general lab support; sample receiving, chemical inventory and document filing.Enforce safety by ensuring wearing of lab coat, safety shoes, safety glasses while in lab.Monitor ordering of lab supplies.Enforce the control and management of controlled substances.  Staff Development: Evaluate potential candidates for QC; prepare annual performance evals. for chemists.   Prepare chemists and laboratory for FDA and other compliance audits.Ensures adequate resources are trained to support compliance and business initiatives.Requirements:Education & Experience:BS in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or related discipline. The role holder works with prospective business executives in negotiations from conception all the way to the completion of transactions. In this collaborative role, s/he will also work with the marketing and design teams in creating engaging content that will serve to attract prospects to the business. Additionally, s/he works with the HR department in establishing the hiring and recruitment criteria for the department, maintaining a consistent and high departmental performance standard.Leadership/Supervisory role: The role holder plays a leadership role within the business being the executive in charge of the Business Development. S/he manages and prioritizes the business’s pipelines. S/he oversees the generation of proposals that are suited to prospective clients with the support of the other teams. S/he leads the business development team by providing support to individual departments, inclusive of overseeing key member recruitment and training, hence, ensuring a consistent stellar performance throughout the business development department.Who is s/he: The prospective ‘Head of Business Development’, must have had similar experience working in a senior business development position within a fast-paced and dynamic CDMO environment.
