Responsibilities: As People Business Partner, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business leaders and the rest of the P&amp;C community of the site to:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Coach and advise market leadership to shape and enable the people agenda and business strategy, by guiding them on strategic planning activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipate and identify business needs and challenges on market level.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to global strategic activities, such as workforce and succession planning, talent and leadership development, culture, D&amp;I by providing market view and context.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with COEs to shape and if required tailor global solutions and best practice solutions by providing market business context and ensure that business needs are met.&nbsp;</li><li>Talent Acquisition – Provide local input to understand and shape requirements for respective workforce segment and partner with TA teams for hiring of L4+ talent (including select L3 roles) for respective market GF.&nbsp;</li><li>Talent Management – Support activation of talent priorities in alignment with the North Star Talent Strategy.</li><li>Know Accelerate and selected Advance talents for respective market.&nbsp;</li><li>Build manager capability in assessing potential and strengthening succession of Leadership pipeline. Advise leaders and employees on career development and talent activities. (approx. time spent on Talent is 30-40%)&nbsp;</li><li>Insights – Advise business based on data and insights and leverage local people insights and analytics for strategic P&amp;C agenda within respective area of responsibility and to provide voice of the customer.</li><li>Org Design and Effectiveness - Coordinate and manage business and organization changes in site in conjunction with other People Business Partners at market level and OC&amp;T&nbsp;</li><li>Culture and DEI – Promote DEI and culture by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement within respective market&nbsp;</li><li>Employee Relations - Advise on cases and act as escalation point for cases in the site.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of HR experience.&nbsp;Industrial Affairs experience in a pharma MNC setup is desirable.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization &amp; ability to represent P&amp;C externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: <ul><li>Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the wider People strategy and overall business strategy.</li><li>Partner with the MD and senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness</li><li>Act as a thought leader in HR practices to influence decision-making at the leadership level.</li></ul> Talent Management: <ul><li>Support acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent, working with the local Resourcing team</li><li>Support the design and implementation of talent development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.</li><li>Oversee performance management processes to foster a culture of high performance</li></ul> Employee Engagement and Culture: <ul><li>Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.</li><li>Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.</li><li>Act as a steward of company culture, ensuring alignment with global values and local nuances.</li></ul> HR Operations and Compliance: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Partner with global people operations teams to ensure alignment of processes and policies.</li><li>In partnership with global reward team colleagues manage compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks in line with global standards and local requirements.</li></ul> Change Management: <ul><li>Lead HR efforts during organisational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and policy updates.</li><li>Support communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional and global HR teams and relevant CoEs including Resourcing and Reward teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to the MD and leadership team on all people-related matters.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to align wider People / HR initiatives with long-term business goals.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organisation.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges with practical and effective solutions.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural nuances in a global business setting.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Demonstrable progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a senior HR leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of operating in a standalone or matrixed HR environment.</li><li>Experience working within a global organisation, with exposure to multicultural environments.</li></ul> Knowledge: <ul><li>Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, employment practices, and HR trends.</li><li>Familiarity with global HR frameworks and best practices.</li></ul>
