Identify and address the root causes of deductions, including pricing discrepancies, overages, shortages, damages, and billing issues. </li><li>Ensure that the team meets established KPIs and SLAs.</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement: <ul><li>Partner with internal and external customers, including senior management, to resolve issues, identify trends, and promote solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.</li></ul> Process Optimization &amp; Automation: <ul><li>Lead efforts to enhance the efficiency of the deduction management process, including implementing process improvements, software automation, and AI-driven tools to minimize errors and reduce processing times.</li></ul> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): <ul><li>Drive the achievement of KPIs like Days Deductions Outstanding (DDO), Deductions as % of A/R Balance, and Invalid Deductions. Oversee timely completion of audits and reporting requirements.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (6+ years) in finance, accounting, or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>4+ years of experience in Deduction Management, Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) processes, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) management. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Responsible for analysing input requests, identify right suppliers from the approved supplier panel.</li><li>Responsible for preparing RFQ’s, quote analysis, negotiations, obtaining Sourcing Committee approvals and awarding new business to supplier to develop finished products, components and tooling.</li><li>Define PBL supplier sourcing strategy based on business needs, that defines strategic suppliers into grow, fix and exit suppliers and maintains product footprint, incl. “make or buy”-analysis. Introduce new suppliers in Mexico, North America, SEA and India</li><li>Accountable for info record and PO accuracy, transfer relevant data to SCM, (Incoterm, lead time, price, MOQ etc)</li><li>Drive attainment and improvement of relevant procurement KPI’s, incl. Material Productivity (CMP), Lead time performance, delivery (STR/STC), and Quality (DLPM).</li><li>Responsible for improving material productivity by maintaining 125% material pipeline, CMP, TEBIT and WAV analysis and Drive VA/VE projects in collaboration with Engineering</li><li>Responsible for supplier price management, including PIA</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the capabilities and capacities of suppliers to avoid any constraints</li><li>Ensure and Drive MOQ optimization for material/components (incl. finished goods) used by the plant for production and establish supplier agreements, e. g. VMI, EDI, consignment, Scheduling Agreements frame order review, blanket PO)</li></ul> ﻿Requirements; <ul><li>Experience in Electronics, Stamping, Machining, Moulding, especially from connector, connector assembly or cable assembly industry is preferred</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures (must have)&nbsp;</li><li>Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.</li><li>Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.</li><li>Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues</li><li>The SCD Front Office Resource will be responsible for doing production support for TS/BidFX.</li><li>Perform heath checks for both systems.</li><li>Work closely with vendors and business.</li><li>Enable broker onboarding</li><li>Support incidents</li><li>Support enhancements.</li><li>Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP.</li><li>Participate in DR and BCP activities.</li><li>Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Any Graduate (Preferably graduated in IT)</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in application/production support</li><li>Experience in supporting third party and internal Applications.</li><li>Experience in trading applications (Trading Screen, BidFX) or other Trade Execution systems</li><li>Monitoring batches</li><li>Broker /LP onboarding</li><li>FIX knowledge</li><li>Business domain knowledge of equities /FX/derivatives</li><li>Can write SQL queries for troubleshooting. 10.	Trade flow and compliance knowledge.</li><li>Have worked with external vendors and business users.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL process</li><li>Domain knowledge of Financial Asset Classes (Equity, Bond, FX)</li></ul>
