Responsibilities: Production Data Records: <ul><li>In order to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of production data, fill in the production data truthfully and record on-site reports.</li></ul> Mold Repair &amp; Maintenance: <ul><li>In order to ensure the normal operation of molding production, repair and maintain molds in a timely manner according to production problems, and do a proper job in mold inventory management and preparation for transfer orders.</li></ul> Workshop Safety Management &amp; EHS: <ul><li>To ensure the safety of the production environment, implement safety production regulations and implement 5S+1 management.</li><li>Strictly abide by the companys labor discipline, safe operating procedures and various EHS rules and regulations at work, and strictly implement job safety responsibilities.</li><li>Receive various EHS trainings, actively participate in various EHS activities, save energy, reduce the use of hazardous waste, strictly implement the companys accident reporting system, and actively participate in and complete departmental EHS target indicators.</li></ul> Spare Parts Management: <ul><li>In order to ensure the normal production of molds, monitor the consumption of spare parts in stock, apply for and follow up on parts in a timely manner, and control parts consumption.</li></ul> New Mold Assembly: <ul><li>In order to meet the delivery requirements and needs of new projects, we resolutely implement the production plan for new mold assembly and complete the assembly of new molds on time.</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major or Industrial Engineering</li><li>3-5+ years’ experience and practitioner in the Tooling Design &amp; Development</li><li>CAD Knowledge Must, preferably Pro E / Creo &amp; Auto-cad, Solidworks, NX, etc.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Design &amp; Development: <ul><li>Lead the design and development of drug combination products by understanding design space and managing critical design parameters.</li><li>Utilize SolidWorks and apply design for manufacturing (DFM) principles along with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T) to create sound engineering drawings.</li><li>Identify the best tools and approaches to effectively solve engineering problems.</li><li>Develop, optimize, and analyze designs using a combination of engineering principles, analytical methods, and experimental techniques.</li></ul> Technical Support &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Support the evaluation and assessment of new technologies, intellectual property, products, and processes.</li><li>Provide support for existing products in terms of quality, manufacturing, and cost improvement.</li><li>Execute technical and cross-functional project work to ensure successful product development.</li><li>Develop and implement detailed test methods and write comprehensive technical reports based on design verification testing for design changes and product design activities.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with laboratory technicians and support staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: Regulatory &amp; Validation Expertise: <ul><li>Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Process Validation, and Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).</li><li>Understanding of U.S. regulatory and quality requirements, including 21 CFR 820.3</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with a preference for at least 5 years in product development.</li><li>Strong understanding of disciplined product development processes and quality requirements.</li><li>Experience in statistical tools, computer analysis, and engineering fundamentals for problem-solving.</li><li>Proficiency in SolidWorks is required.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.</li><li>Excellent technical judgment and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated accountability for the successful completion of assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in oversea transfer program and ensure molding machines, mold tooling’s and processes are installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Initiate tooling, process and quality improvements to improve productivity.</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyse and troubleshooting to achieve good quality products.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Provide cost estimates for new of molding projects / tooling’s to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Perform DFM (design for manufacturability) on new products, participate in the concept development of molds, automations and manual processes.</li><li>Standardize, improve tool design to achieve optimized lead-time, cost and safety requirement.</li><li>Carry out qualification tests on molds, machine and manual process</li><li>Ensure that all production machines, tooling and equipment which are being procured, installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Investigate identify root causes and establish Corrective, Preventive Plan with effectiveness</li><li>Participate in Process FMEA and Design FMEA</li><li>Create and maintain mold drawings, standard work for the production.</li><li>Train and guide Mold Technicians in Mold maintenance and setup.</li><li>Participate in 6-Sigma projects, Kaizen events and other Improvement activities.</li><li>Perform any other duties which may be needed by the company related to engineering and production matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyses and troubleshooting to achieving good quality products.</li><li>Initiate and implement programs such as continuous improvements, scrap reduction, cost reduction of raw material, cycle time reduction.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Perform DFM, provide concept development, cost estimates for new molding tools to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Develop and optimize new product manufacturing process.</li><li>Follow company specifications and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.</li><li>Follow company WSH specifications and procedures and ensure that staffs comply.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.</li><li>2-3 years relevant working experience in a Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Familiar with Pro-E (Creo), SolidWorks or AUTOCAD.</li><li>Good knowledge in design &amp; development of Injection molds.</li><li>Good knowledge in tool making, tool-steel application / selection and heat treatment process.</li><li>Familiar with Molding automation process.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for Molding Process, Tool Design development, (New &amp; Old tools) Qualification and Trial</li><li>Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout</li><li>Participate and engage on product development, Tool Design, DFMEA / PFMEA</li><li>Work with Global COE Assembly to drive continuous improvement in Molding Technology / Process</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and for all Mold tooling, Spares, Mold and Process Set-up Sheets</li><li>Ensure all Tooling / Mold design drawings (Soft &amp; Hard Copy) are up to date.</li><li>Impart trainings and development for new joiners, Technical Trainees etc</li><li>Multi skilling among, Stamping tool design and Mould tool design&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating with inter-department and assists with investigations of reject product and the development of corrective actions.</li><li>Drive company OA culture in shop floor.</li><li>Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement.</li><li>Assessing resource requirements and opportunity for Automation and Process Productivity improvement</li><li>Review of company OA deployment</li><li>Review ISO documents and update</li><li>Engage in ISO audits</li><li>Visit vendors for Assembly tooling assessment (Capability, Know How &amp; Capacity)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major or Industrial Engineering</li><li>3-5+ years’ experience and practitioner in the Tooling Design &amp; Development</li><li>CAD Knowledge Must, preferably Pro E / Creo &amp; Auto-cad, Solidworks, NX, etc.</li><li>DFM analysis, New Mold / Tooling RFQ</li><li>Stamping Tool Debugging</li><li>Computer Knowledge, MS Office etc, SAP knowledge added advantage</li><li>Tool Room Process’s</li><li>Tooling Knowledge</li><li>Know How on core competencies (Stamping, Tool Design, Auto- Assy is an added advantage)</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Product design, including but not limited to, fibre optic connector and termini design, fibre optic cable assembly design, fibre optic flex cable assembly design.&nbsp;</li><li>Support development of fibre optic interconnect systems&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Liaison to Manufacturing plant locations&nbsp;</li><li>Create Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Make changes to drawings in SolidWorks/CREO/ZWCAD to support UK MIL or General Market Controlled ECR/ECNs&nbsp;</li><li>Address requests for product extensions, drawing changes, engineering quotes.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle requests to get part extended and costed SAP&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support Expanded Bean Product Line for changes and product extensions.&nbsp;</li><li>Create design verification test (DVT)/Qual test plans, create test request&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support/witness testing in the lab,&nbsp;</li><li>DVT/Qual cable assy design/drawings, component modeling/print creation,&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support design review preparation/presentation&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Model shop requests&nbsp;</li><li>Support build or build prototype parts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with MS Office software.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Fiber optic or rugged fiber optic connector and termini development background</li><li>Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience with fiber optic connectors, cables, termini, etc&nbsp;</li><li>Fiber optic cable assembly development experience&nbsp;</li><li>Support and lead product development through the product development life cycle&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Solid works, CREO and Autocad&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Tolerance analysis&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>5-8 years design and new product development experience, preferably with electronic or optoelectronic related assemblies, hardware, and components</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Non-standard automatic equipment design and development, execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, build, and execute automation design standard.</li><li>Handle machine or auto assembly line establish by external automation suppliers.</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>5+ years automation design/development knowledge / experience. Can complete machine mechanism design independently.</li><li>Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, servo component selection; Understand machining principle of precision parts well.</li><li>Familiar with Creo or SolidWorks or AutoCAD design software</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR</li><li>Good logical thinking, teamwork, and innovation consciousness; powerful sense of responsibility。</li><li>Fluent in written and Spoken English.</li><li>Oversea working experience is a plus.</li></ul>
