Responsibilities: <ul><li>Product development – PDCA</li><li>Understand customer requirements and transfer the customer requirement to product feature.</li><li>Working together with related engineer on concept design and validation test.</li><li>Design mechanical module and complete the testing of new product.</li><li>According to analysis of new product’s characteristics, solve the problem while occurred</li><li>during testing product and ensure new product’s research go on smoothly.</li><li>Equipment and documentation – Maintain and renew related engineering equipment. Compile and release the design/technical documentation.</li><li>Global Communication – Communication with cross functional teams including global engineering team (US, Europe), product manager, manufacturing team, automation manufacturing team and testing.</li><li>Communication and Reporting – Provide regular updates to team and management on program status, gaps, and where needed, provide potential solutions. Effective communication to internal and customer engineering teams.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Educational Degree: <ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree on ME, Physics or similar in process</li><li>At least 3 years mechanical design experience.</li></ul> :Mandatory Requirements: <ul><li>Good English skills, speaking and writing.</li><li>Knowledge of technical tools: e.g. CAD, CAE, Office, SAP.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.</li><li>Deep technical knowledge on sensor products or related technology.</li><li>Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and very precise way of working.</li></ul> Additional Requirements (optional): <ul><li>Utilize 2D/3D CAD software, e.g. CAD, SolidWorks</li><li>Experience in temperature sensing related knowledge.</li><li>Experience in statistical methods and data analysis in Minitab</li><li>Able to utilize scientific methods in problem solving</li><li>Experience in Multiphysics Simulation Tools like ANSYS</li><li>Experience in electronics design and (embedded) software programming is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication with customer, confirm customer applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirements into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, Tolerance analysis etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards such UL and IEC, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in Mechanical, or above.</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience, power signal connector related is preferred, independently new product development experience is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of power and signal connector application and international standards ex. UL and IEC.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping. Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and teamwork experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Driving CCSI (Productivity saving) and OMP (Material saving) including identify new opportunity, work with cross functional team to build up project, calculation saving/ROI, maintain tracking for the project</li><li>achievement and reporting out.</li><li>Implement company OA (Operation Excellence) deployment plans as following; business unit/plant strategic and operational plan.</li><li>Lead in OEE and Change over improvement, collect relevant data, identify potential causes with manufacturing team, analysis and driving improvement solution.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement throughout the organization using Lean and Six Sigma principles and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead problem-solving through Lean - Six Sigma, root cause analysis and verify that permanent corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement through company Best, COE (Center of Excellence).</li><li>Support plant in achieving their continuous improvement goals; cost-saving and SQCDP.</li><li>Support for digital transformation and digital engineering to implement new digital solution to shopfloor area.</li><li>Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process &amp; systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage the Manufacturing team in the continuous improvement process to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized, and implemented in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.</li><li>Stimulate management thinking by proposing new ways of doing things.&nbsp;</li><li>Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all activities as required.</li><li>Comply with company procedure and environmental and safety regulation.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / Manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.&nbsp;</li><li>3-5 years relevant working experience in a Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineer, Operation Excellence and Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma Problem Solving experience preferred.</li><li>Have experience in project management.</li><li>Have experience in industrial digital transformation.</li><li>Knowledge of Assembly process is advantage.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving technique; Lean and Six Sigma.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel, Project and Minitab, SolidWorks or AUTOCAD, Visio.</li><li>Knowledge in GD&amp;T/SPC/FMEA/DOE.</li><li>Good mechanical / technical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good Project Management skill and effective in report writing.</li><li>Able to prepare and present technical knowledge.</li><li>Good attitude with growth mindset.</li><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of power connector solutions, including sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies, from market definition through production and release, collaborating closely with customers, Product Managers, Sales, and Field Application Engineers to gather actionable Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.</li><li>Conceive innovative concepts for power connector products and perform feasibility studies, conducting mechanical and thermal simulations to evaluate design performance in real-world conditions.</li><li>Develop engineering evaluations and proposals focused on power connector applications, creating detailed designs, including 2D and 3D drawings, and performing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance analysis.</li><li>Build prototype samples of power connectors, conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, and complete product qualification processes to finalize specifications.</li><li>Provide technical support to Operations, including Quality and Production teams, to enhance efficiency and ensure safe product launches, proactively resolving product-related issues and managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in power connectivity, fostering connections between business engineering teams and customer engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.</li><li>Follow the LEAN Product Development (LEANPD) Project Process to ensure timely completion of new product development projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints, driving product development through stage-gate reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and external suppliers to meet technical, quality, and cost objectives specific to power connectors, providing thorough technical support to customer-facing teams.</li><li>Execute comprehensive technical documentation, including design drawings, engineering change notices, and design history files, ensuring all documentation reflects product specifications and development processes.</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and manufacturing processes for power connectors, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience</li><li>Generally requires 5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience with electrical components or devices, mechanical structure design, manufacturing tooling development (stamping, molding, assembly), or manufacturing process development</li><li>Knowledge in relevant mechanic design and development, including but not limited to, material selection, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, product qualification, etc.</li><li>Proficient in 3D CAD applications (Creo preferred) with experience in 3D solid&nbsp;modeling including sheet metal, 2-D drawings, PDM link Data Manager&nbsp;and general knowledge in design applications such as
