Product Project Manager

Responsibilities: Sales Activities: <ul><li>Propose and implement annual sales plan (TERP target, billing target, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per car increase</li><li>Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders; convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.</li><li>Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.</li><li>Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.</li><li>Reach the defined project target (quality, capacity, timing, cost).</li><li>Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.</li></ul> Marketing Activities: <ul><li>Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitor information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.</li><li>Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote TE Auto products and corporate branding.</li><li>Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor in Engineering.</li><li>3+ years sales experience in auto industry, position in account manager or CQE or FAE or PM or Product engineer.</li><li>Good command of English.</li><li>Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customer Quality Complaint Handling: <ul><li>Customer complaint initial check, on site investigation, CSR quick check &amp;support, strong driving ability to deliver solution for customer</li><li>Quick initial response or containment actions for customer</li><li>Publish complaint to company manufacturing plant and timely follow up</li><li>Internal 5D/8D driving / evaluation / on time deliver to customer</li><li>External 8D release and report to customer</li><li>Timely progress tracking, update and in time escalation</li><li>D6/LL/RA/CTP verification to make sure 8D effective closure&nbsp;</li></ul> Capability in Application &amp; Engineering:&nbsp; <ul><li>Good understanding of OEM production line assembly process</li><li>Strong problem solving ability &amp; tools capability like FTA, DOE...</li><li>Engineering basics such as GD&amp;T, good product &amp; application knowledges.</li><li>Sensitiveness to study/bench marking solutions from other competitors</li></ul> General quality topics coordination (internal &amp; external): <ul><li>Green scorecard driving with responsible key customers</li><li>Take leader as the pliot CQ leader for Chery, responsible for continues quality improvement coordination and regular meeting &amp; communication with various customer SQM interfaces.</li><li>Customer visit, CTP identify, proactive customer reporting &amp; quality workshop…coordination &amp;lead</li><li>Coordinate Training/Meeting/Audit/Quality documents...requested by customer&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the on site service people in Chery Wuhu, to deliver excellent service to customer</li></ul> Quality Data Analysis and Reporting: <ul><li>Maintain customer quality data in system/worksheet, timely tracking &amp; monitor.</li><li>Data analysis and reporting, performance tracking, improvement opportunity identify and driving.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Full-time degree or diploma holder</li><li>Minimum 3 years of customer quality experience </li><li>Previous exposure from automotive industry is preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Gather and Analyse consumer electronic end customers needs and Voice of Customer, identify product requirements and proposing solutions, plan and implement the changes to reach the project objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on project management issues. Ensure smooth product development, industrialization, mass production and post NPI stages.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure the project progress as per schedule, timely and within budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate and apply technical and commercial competence, develop efficient technical/ commercial solutions in order to satisfy project requirements and present new creative possibilities. Resolve projects related issues by analyzing, identifying and facilitating recommendations to achieve efficient solutions.</li><li>Communicate and develop networking with senior management, suppliers / partners, service providers and consultants to ensure that projects rolls out efficiently.</li><li>Participate to the business justification process from initial option definition, feasibility studies, benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements related to project phases to maintain principles along the life cycle of the assigned project and to assist management in decision making.</li><li>Respect company Compliance Policies, standards and laws and ensure that external partners respect them as well. Ensure the protection of information of a confidential nature at any time. Ensure products fully meet requirements and regulatory standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanicals, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience in leading sizable product development projects, as a Project Manager or Program Manager.</li><li>Shown knowledge in Manufacturing Practices, Product Specification &amp; Process Manufacturing Standards, etc</li><li>Strong presentation skills and excellent command of English is a must.</li></ul>
