Lead IT Infrastructure & Workplace

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review system/application design specifications of document management system developed in (OpenText, SharePoint, Newgen etc..)</li><li>Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements</li><li>Review design and hands on work on GCC/GCC+ preferred Azure.</li><li>Facilitate and support the System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.</li><li>Coordinate, facilitate and support any audit to be conducted by the Authority’s appointed auditor(s) on the IT application systems (hereinafter known as the “Systems”).</li><li>Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment.</li><li>Provide technical and project management support which includes managing the daily operations of the Systems, performing continuous review to improve the Systems, and ensuring that the Authority’s appointed contractor(s) complies with the Authority’s requirements.</li><li>Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing Systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for the operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements of Systems.</li><li>Manage and maintain IT Processes, track technical documentation and monitoring of progress; i) Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance; j) Provide IT operation support for Systems; and</li><li>Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.</li><li>Review system/application design specifications of document management system developed in (OpenText, SharePoint, Newgen etc.)</li><li>Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements</li><li>Review design and hands on work on GCC/GCC+ preferred Azure.</li><li>Facilitate and support the System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;&nbsp;</li><li>5 to 8 years relevant experience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply open- and closed-source collection and analysis skills to author threat and risk intelligence reports and briefings. Identify and assess all-risk events and/or changes in the operating environment that have the potential to impact company people or operations.</li><li>Serve as generalist with broad knowledge of information collection protocols and company global risk priorities while maintaining subject matter expertise within their region.</li><li>Stay up to date on global developments, including but not limited to geopolitics, relevant regulation, natural hazards, physical and cybersecurity, industry trends, and organizational changes that might influence company people, operations, or shareholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the timely and accurate communication of risk information to ERSM and cross-functional leaders to support business decision makers and crisis management efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the regional ERSM leader in the execution of security and resilience programs administration, travel safety, data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Support the development of key strategic deliverables, such as risk modeling, recurring emerging risk reports, and bespoke customer-driven requests.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data. Develop and maintain datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, extract insights, and measure performance.</li><li>Engage with relevant risk information and industry networks to develop and maintain appropriate skillsets and cultivate a professional network.</li><li>Work collaboratively as well as independently to advance the security and resilience of company people and operations around the world.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, local educational equivalent, or commensurate experience in relevant fields.</li><li>Advanced / native fluency in English and Chinese languages (speaking and writing).</li><li>Additional language proficiencies are a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills, including exceptional time management.</li><li>Skilled using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, SharePoint) and analytic tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours for meetings with global colleagues in other time zones and/or to support crisis activations.</li><li>Experience or familiarity with continuous improvement models and processes is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of basic security, risk management, crisis management, or business continuity principles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in developing in the security and risk management field.</li><li>Critical thinking skills and an innovative mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in continuous learning and skills development.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.</li><li>Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications.</li><li>Keep a comprehensive record of all assets related data in a proper record keeping&nbsp;</li><li>Deploy and configure M365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) across user devices.</li><li>Manage updates and patches for M365 applications and desktop systems.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors for services</li><li>Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Operating systems: Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, iOS</li><li>VDI Solutions: Advanced knowledge of VMware Horizon, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Thin clients&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in device management &amp; troubleshooting for Windows, iOS/iPadOS.</li><li>Experience in M365 and configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc. is a plus</li><li>Device Management: Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, thin clients using Microsoft End Point Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris and Mobile Device Management Solutions.</li><li>Security: Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies and security best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff.</li><li>M 365 skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading and work together with a team of 3rd party service contractors on site; Provide day to day IT support and resolution services to users for technical assistance and support; troubleshoot PC operations which will enable end-users to operate daily business efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be Accountable, manages and owns all IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IWPS domain&nbsp;</li><li>The incumbent should possess an excellent understanding of service desk procedures as well as an understanding of desktop software, hardware, and communications.</li><li>Action critical controls: User account management in windows based Active Directory systems</li><li>Responsible for service requests logging, the prioritization and escalation of all services related Service Desk calls within company Thailand</li><li>Works closely with all levels of function leaders to communicate and resolve systems issues in each functional area</li><li>Proactively manage and/or participate in various IT-related projects&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic system (performance, usage, traffic, reliability, fault &amp; failure, backup status, DR status, patch, security violation and so on) &amp; inventory assessment to provide periodic management reporting and quickly communicate issues and recommendations when necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete action plans for their recommendations in a timely manner</li><li>Trouble and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security</li><li>Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures and how Information Technology is supporting the business within functional business units</li><li>Make sure all IT related work is done in compliance with company’s policy.</li><li>Maintain IT Policies, Procedures Manual, IT Operational Procedures, System Risk Assessment, and IT DR plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; monitor access control approved by Data Security.</li><li>Recommend hardware/ software/ services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors’ service provided.</li><li>Maintain contracts/ documents with IT service vendors.</li><li>Manage compliance with agreed IT support processes and standards and escalates issues regarding non-compliance to the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Works as part of project team to deliver infrastructure elements of projects as directed by the Project Manager and / or the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Leads any local infrastructure upgrade projects with support and guidance from regional IT Infrastructure Managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years of IT infrastructure/End user support experience. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must.</li><li>Significant computer literacy including understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Possess broad knowledge of business principles and must be able to apply them to technological solutions and business situations.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ownership mindset to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and ensure the result delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, planning, analytical skills and project management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) and other languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Base Technical Skill:</li><li>Windows 10 &amp; 11</li><li>Windows Server 2012 and newer&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>Symantec Backup and Antivirus Technologies</li><li>Cisco Network Technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft Enterprise and collaboration tools such as Teams &amp; SharePoint Online</li><li>Android OS based Scan Gun Technology</li><li>Microsoft Teams Meeting Room VC Solution</li></ul>
