Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate posting for sales recognition and cash application.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate bank draft related posting.</li><li>Validate data for VAT invoicing.</li><li>Do the monthly VAT reconciliation</li><li>Perform regular AR reports</li><li>AR overdue management, analyze &amp; deliver info. to relevant business stakeholders for follow up actions.</li><li>Timely journal filling</li><li>Perform accounts reconciliation for AR related sub-ledger</li><li>Regularly reconcile AR statement with customers (3rd party &amp; IC)</li><li>Historical case investigation to ensure booking accuracy &amp; reasonableness</li><li>Perform PBC list regarding AR sub-ledger parts per audit request</li><li>Support AR related projects if needed</li><li>Coach &amp; share experience to band 2 staff</li><li>Other financial responsibilities assigned by Supervisors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5years+ accounting experience with minimum 3 years in AR manufacturing (auto supplier is preferred)</li><li>Accounting in Major / Accounting qualifications</li><li>English/Chinese Writing/Speaking</li><li>Accuracy/Attention to detail</li><li>QAD experiences preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Good Microsoft Office application, data processing skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for matching PO/goods receipts/invoices and record accurately, resolve problems related to discrepancies in time.</li><li>Responsible for expense booking with correct chart of account and verify the supporting documents to compliance with internal policy.</li><li>Reconcile and track the invoice for advance payment and follow up on the long-aged AP items.</li><li>Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Such as bank reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, APV and GRNI analysis</li><li>Complete Inter-company reconciliation monthly and make sure no OOB.</li><li>Perform supplier statement reconciliations accurately and in a timely basis</li><li>Provide account analysis related to AP accurately and on time.</li><li>Communicate with plant account staff efficiently</li><li>Assist internal and external audit</li><li>Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of finance processes across various entities.</li><li>Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor in accounting or finance</li><li>Experience: 3 years Accounting work experience with at least 1 years in AP accountant role.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, QAD preferred</li><li>Experience in a shared services environment preferred.</li><li>Good inter-personal and communications skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for China new business acquisition and growth by providing solid financial analysis.</li><li>Co-work with function team closely including sales, operation, purchasing, engineering, and plant finance team to develop the business case for all new business quotes</li><li>Review overall programs cost development and ensure it is done properly according to actual or solid estimate through input from purchasing or benchmark data.</li><li>As key communication interface, make sure projects’ engineering proposal /manufacturing footprint/make or buy assumption/commercial terms/commodity economics/ logistic concept etc. are consistent.</li><li>Work with operation team for the most cost-effective manufacturing strategy as per multiple factors – JV relationship, manufacturing footprint, volume, VI (vertical component) content etc.</li><li>Keep close communication with operation and plant finance team to understand the labor and overhead cost structure.</li><li>Work with industrial engineering team to make sure capacity, investment, and cycle time etc. are consistent with volume/engineering assumption.</li><li>Provide optimization suggestions to purchasing, engineering and operations to optimize the cost.</li><li>Provide financial study on business case through Sensitivity / Scenario analysis.</li><li>Proactively participate in the discussion with commercial team on quoting language to make sure all the key assumptions are properly reflected in the quote letter and company is not exposed to major risks.</li><li>Work closely with Plant Controller for program financial assumption deliverable.</li><li>Communicate with sales leader for pricing strategy and get APO commercial finance/sales leads approval all APR/quotations.</li><li>Support the management decision by providing strategic analysis.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Finance background with experience in FP&amp;A, in manufacture industry</li><li>Solid experience on new program quote</li><li>Good Mandarin and English verbal / written communication skills</li><li>Good communication skill with multi-function and China local team</li><li>Strong analytical mind and presentation skills</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).</li><li>5 years+ working experience in MNCs in Auto Industry Company with cross-functional departments in program financial control and costing / financial analysis role</li><li>Full experience and knowledge on product and process for complete seat</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing cost management and procedures.</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The Senior Costing Analyst is responsible to support new project quotations and conduct should-be-cost analysis to obtain cost saving opportunity.</li><li>This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather information, analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization besides able to adapt with fast paced work environment.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Evaluate Bill of Materials (BOM) input and review BOM assumptions.</li><li>Understand and adhere to standard costing processes to defined product target price and tooling cost</li><li>Estimate product unit cost and tooling cost to establish target prices and tooling costs for new project quotes on specified commodities.</li><li>Providing support of cost analysis during the sourcing phase/conduct should be cost (e.g., stamping, injection molding, die casting).</li><li>Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure target price achievement.</li><li>Review supplier quotes and cost breakdowns to support gap closure analysis.</li><li>Collaborating with team mates to evaluate and review different design-engineering and VAVE initiatives.</li><li>Provide support for critical project Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and conducting cost walk/ variance analysis.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Purchasing or other related course.</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience in Automotive/ Mechanism design/ Manufacturing/ Industry Engineering.</li><li>Experience in stamping, injection molding manufacturing and tooling design who expresses strong motivation to transfer to costing is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient communication skills with regional stakeholders. Fluent in both English and Mandarin to deal with China region.</li><li>Willing to work under pressure especially with flexible working time in China and Malaysia to adapt with dynamic changing market associated with Chinese OEM.</li><li>Excellent skill on Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word and experience with database management is plus</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas – looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis. </li><li>The candidate will be “hands on”; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.</li><li>Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants</li><li>Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making</li><li>Establish and maintain key operational reports</li><li>Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed</li><li>Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.</li><li>5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.</li><li>Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.</li><li>Strong P&amp;L Logic.</li></ul>
