Overview: <ul><li>HR Operations, Payroll Management, Talent Acquisition, Manpower Plans &amp; HR Budgets, Driving Performance Management Process and Training &amp; Development.</li></ul> Responsibilities: HR Operations <ul><li>Employee Engagement</li><li>Manage Employee Relations: provide guidance and assist line managers in handling employee disciplinary issues based on HR policies &amp; procedures</li><li>Maintain employee profiles: staff registration, job offer, labor contract, contract liquidation, salary, probation, promotion, termination, etc.</li><li>Manage HR information system and handle employee inquiries</li><li>Assure through audits, reports are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations</li></ul> Talent Acquisition: <ul><li>Lead the recruitment and selection process</li><li>Handle the whole Life-cycle of staffing, such as on-boarding/off-boarding, new employee orientation, exit process/interview</li></ul> Manpower Plans &amp; HR Budgets; <ul><li>Work closely with Country Managers to finalize the HR Manpower Plans and HR Budgets</li></ul> Driving Performance Management Process: <ul><li>Spearhead end to end Performance Management Process in collaboration with Country Manager and Line Managers</li></ul> Training &amp; Development: <ul><li>Drive and deploy training and development programs and processes to reduce competency gaps</li><li>Lead local learning initiatives such as online learning and various learning tools based on business needs</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4-5 years of experience in Human Resources including as HR generalist and/or managerial role;</li><li>Familiar with HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Learning &amp; Development, HR management system, Performance Management, Talent Management);</li><li>Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English;</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams, build relationships/ credibility across the organization and quickly assume responsibility in a new organization;</li><li>Good understanding of local labor market, labor law/regulations and practices;</li><li>Critical thinking and strong influencing skill;</li><li>Collaborative, trustworthy, well-organized self-starter;</li><li>Good personal and business ethics;</li><li>Good MS Office skills</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and focused candidate for Business Development role for our business in India who would support the journey of business expansion, expanding clientele base, and building new opportunities for business.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate have the advantage of working on different verticals (Rx, OTC, diagnostics and devices), various business models under different therapeutic categories.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate will be working closely with Country Head – India business and Regional Lead of BD&amp;L.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&amp;L assessment and new product launches&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.</li><li>Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.</li><li>Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development&nbsp;from Pharma / Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)</li><li>Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Therapeutic &amp; Market knowledge.</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport.</li><li>Time management and planning skills</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>As a Key Account Manager for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our most important clients.&nbsp;</li><li>You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing key accounts effectively to meet and exceed business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and business goals.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Manage business discussion/negotiations, including TTA, DA, etc to ensure effective sales &amp; achieving business targets and directions.</li><li>Conduct quarterly business review and business progress updates for assigned customers</li><li>Leverage key customer relationships to gain market intelligence and to assist successful formulary listing</li></ul> Sales Strategy Development: <ul><li>Collaborate with the sales &amp; marketing team to create strategic plans for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.</li><li>Develop and implement processes and strategies (local go-to-market strategies, sales strategies, and customer strategies) for assigned customers to ensure achievement of sales objectives.</li><li>Manage sales projection (sell in &amp; sell out), stocks forecast and stocks holding. Evaluate trends and divide business output to support strategic growth and profitability.</li></ul> Performance Tracking: <ul><li>Monitor and report on key account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manage and monitor assigned customer A&amp;P trade fund/ TTA based investment according to annual budget to ensure efficient &amp; effective usage.</li><li>Analyse key accounts’ needs through data driven methods and structured planning &amp; provide trade activation post evaluation analysis for review of improvement and action plan (if any).&nbsp;</li></ul> Cross- Functional Collaboration: <ul><li>Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain effective quality and food safety systems that ensure that the quality standards and expectations of the Asia Pacific Snacks Plant and supply chain are achieved in line with both internal business process expectations and the legislative requirements</li><li>Develop and implement a quality improvement plan that enhances the product quality to exceed the goals set by the business</li><li>Identify, evaluate and implement manufacturing improvement initiatives that will result in achieving long-term quality and food safety culture building from leadership team to operators</li><li>Liase and support the Launch Program Manager, regulatory and R&amp;D teams to ensure that all material and products are aligned to meet consumer needs and expectations, likes HALAL, HACCP, FSSC22K and others&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A minimum of 10 years broad manufacturing experience in food technology and food safety</li><li>Studies in manufacturing, food technology and/ or food safety are beneficial</li><li>Must have strong analytical skills and excellent project management and communication ability</li><li>The incumbent will have a strong history of significant achievements both from a technical and business perspective</li></ul>
