Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research.
