Role Description:The Unconventional Resource (UR) Operations Dept is responsible for operating all the surface facilities which include the field wells and processing facilities. Their role will be to operate the well manifolds, provide field services, maintain the facility and reduce the equipment down time, perform the PM activities, provide maintenance services in addition of providing all the technical engineering and inspection activities. Additional manpower is now required to meet the significant increase in operation activity.They are looking to appoint a Process Engineer to lead the process design review, follow the construction and leading the commissioning and testing activities for the new shale gas facilities. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. In addition, the incumbent will have a detailed understanding of product properties, customer applications and requirementsThe Process Engineer must also demonstrate the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams producing reports, studies and presentations that are pivotal in shaping management’s decisionsResponsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to the Operation and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix process equipmentDevelop the engineering designs packages for the new installation and upgrade projectsReview Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilitiesParticipate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&I)Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawingsAnalyze system performance and find solution for Energy savingEnsure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgradeMake recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilitiesLead feasibility/profitability studies for new facilitiesAssists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.Provides analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to their capital investment decisions.Maintains and expands on contacts within the industry.Regularly interacts with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, MS is preferred. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration will be desirable but is not essentialMinimum 15 years of working experience including knowledge in the industrial operation facility, Shale gas facility is preferred.Also, has a good knowledge of the Modular skids mounted process unit.Detailed knowledge of industry standards and procedures such as API and ASMI codes is required to support the review of company standards, project reviews, and implementation of plant modifications to process systems.Experience with creating/modifying PFDs, and P&IDsExperience with troubleshooting process equipment and systems failures, including pumps, compressors, pipe line/piping, and dehydration systems.Knowledge of HYSIS and other process simulation softwareExperience in creating schematics and piping diagramsConduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed process system, sequence of event reportingExperience with process equipment and systems field Installation, Commissioning and testingExperience in specifying piping and equipment layout

Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Units to troubleshoot and fix electrical systems including reporting and documentation.Provide expert advice and assistance to design, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities.Develop and maintain the UR engineering standards and design best practices.Participate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&I).Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.Analyze system performance and find solution for Energy saving.Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgrade.Report and analyze key performance indices.Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.Assists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to capital investment decisions.Regularly interact with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. A higher degree is preferred. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desirable but is not essential.Minimum of 15 years working experience in Electrical engineering, with at knowledge and experience in the field of Oil and Gas Industry.You must be conversant and have working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as NFPA, ANSI IEEE, IEC, API, NEC, NACE and others.Experience with specifications and data sheets for Electrical equipment like EHV GIS/AIS Switchgear, Power Transformers, large synchronous/induction motors, HV/LV Switchgears and Control gears, EHV/HV/LV Cables, Bus ducts, EHV GIBs, UPS, Battery Charger, NGR, Panel boards is a requirement.You should also have experience in preparation of Single line diagrams, protection and metering schemes, motor schematics, Hazardous area classification drawings, substation automation architecture, synchronizing and bus changeover schemes.Experience in electrical engineering calculations like Grounding/Earthing, Battery charger/Battery sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable sizing, Electrical Load schedules, Lighting. Also knowledge of Electrical Power system studies including Short Circuit, Load Flow analysis, Motor starting, Arc Flash Hazard studies, Relay coordination and setting using software like ETAP is essential.You must also demonstrate the ability to work with design contractors to review contractor design packages, provide input to FEED packages, introduce new technology to enhance company productivity, suggest innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance, demonstrate safe working practices.Be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed electrical equipment. Experience with electrical equipment field Installation, Commissioning and testing as well as in Electrical Equipment layouts, plant cable routing layouts, lighting and grounding layouts is preferred.You should be able to communicate with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects.Have proven ability to communicate effectively with strong written and oral communication skills.You must be willing to work in remote areas depending on the project or task assignments.

Overview:We are seeking a Mechanical/Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our new Riyas NGL fractionation RNGLF Department. The RNGLF Facilities will include two fractionation trains which include fractionation units, C3 & C4 treatment, C3 & C4 dehydration and propane refrigeration. The common facilities will include feed surge and product storage, chemicals storage and utilities. Your primary role will be to lead the mechanical design review, follow the construction and leading the commissioning and testing activities for the new shale gas facilities. You will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. In addition, you will have a detailed understanding of product properties, customer applications and requirements. You must also demonstrate the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams producing reports, studies and presentations that are pivotal in shaping management’s decisions.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix rotating equipment and mechanical systems.Conduct failure analysis of rotating equipment and provide recommendationsAble to read vibrations spectrums and provide recommendations accordinglyDevelop the engineering designs packages for the new installation and upgrade projects.Review project proposals and detailed design packages for new facilities .Participate on the testing and commissioning of the new facilities and turnaround and inspection (T&I).Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.Analyze system performance and find solution for early failures and low performance of equipmentConduct performance of major rotating equipmentLead major rotating equipment overhauls or repair.Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgrade.Ensure full HSE compliance.Report and analyze key performance indices.Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.Lead feasibility/profitability studies for new facilities.Assist in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to  capital investment decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. A master’s degree is preferred.A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration will be desirable but is not essential.You will have at least 10 years of experience in the industrial operation facility; a shale gas facility ispreferred. You should also have a good knowledge of the modular skids mounted unit.You must have a working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API, such as API-STD-610 and API-STD-617.You will have experience with creating/modifying PFDs, and P&IDs.You will have experience with troubleshooting and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment, such as air compressors, pumps and diesel generators.You will have experience in creating schematics and piping diagrams.You must be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed rotating equipment.You will have experience with rotating equipment and piping field installation, commissioning and testing.You will have experience in specifying piping and equipment layout.You should be capable of communicating with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects. You must have proven ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels within the organization. Capable of spotting and reconciling conflicting views and interests among different parts of the organizationStrong written and oral communication skills are a requirement. 

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Use your knowledge in various SAP transactions to perform regular planner duty that includes, but is not limited to, opening/initiating internal orders, notifications, maintenance work-orders, planning the activities with required resources, ordering the materials, and track all maintenance activities within your respective area.Plan for equipment isolation and safety precautions and estimate job step craft man-hour requirements.Prepare weekly and daily schedules by reviewing backlog and coordinating work requirements to comply with operation rankings.Ensure availability of all resources required are met and available, prior to scheduling work, and obtain approval of the schedule updates maintenance order statuses & follows up until completion of orders.Monitor the progress of the maintenance on a daily basis and give feedback to maintenance supervisor and supporting the execution team.Ensure the history is updated and technically completed on all works orders prior to closing them.Ensure onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.Process the return of all support equipment and machines (i.e. crane, forklift, air compressor, flood glitch, etc.)Daily contact/coordination with concerned parties that includes Operations Foremen, Maintenance Supervisors and personnel to clarify work scopes on Maintenance Work Orders, required resources, status update, and the path forward.Prepare detailed job step plans in proper execution sequence, with details of craft man-hour and crew size requirements for each step.Requirements:You should have a minimum of 11 years maintenance experience, including at least three years devoted to planning of maintenance jobs.You must have high school certification. A Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred.You should have the ability to identify all materials, services, equipment’s, and special preparations required for each maintenance job.Knowledge of SAP is a must (SAP PM AND MM MODULE).
